Hello, everyone, my name is XXX, I am so glad to have this speech.This is the first year of our middle school, we get so many things to learn, we need to learn how to be a good student and learn many subjects. Among the subjects I think English is the most difficult one. I have learned a little English but I think it's far not enough.I think English is a language, and we need to learn it like the way we have been learning our Chinese. SUCCESS(原创) The mode of life differs from person to person ,so every one has his own goal .Your idea of what success is could easily be different from mine,but now I want to say --All of us can succeed if we can do things as follows. First,we need dreams.(Hold fast to dreams ,for if dreams die,life is a broken-winged bird that can not fly.Hold fast to dreams ,for when drams go,life is a barren field frozen with show)(引用Langston Hughes) If you think you will win ,God will bless you,if you think you are to fail,hell will help you .So let us learn to know what our interests are and have great dreams. Second,start with your first step. The first step is always the hardest,but if we can overcome the difficulty,we will get plenty of confidence .Let's set practical goals ,then start with lower goals that lead to higher goals. Third,moving toward goals one small step at a time is a good strategy,A great man once said it is necessary to practise as much as possible,and the more you apply it in real situations,the more natural it will become. Forth learn from failure.Each of us should be encouraged to identify,analyze,and correct our weakness in order to become strong That is ,we must learn to cope with failure if we want to succeed.Are you ready?
