急急急大一新生开学典礼，我作为教师代表发言，求一篇演讲稿。
尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的2007级新同学：大家好
我是陕西师范大学历史文化学院教师于赓哲，感谢大会给了我这样一个发言机会。
十八年前的这一天，我来到了陕西师范大学，成为一名大学生；相信那时在座的许多同学刚刚出生。
十八年前这一天，我的老师对我说：“师大欢迎你。
”十八年后的今天，我代表全体教师对2007级新同学说一声：“师大欢迎你
”陕师大是一所光荣的学校，陕师大是一所踏实苦干的学校，十八年来，我在这里由学生到教师，体会到师大的艰辛，也品味到师大成功的喜悦。
祖国的发展离不开西部，西部的发展离不开教育，教育的发展离不开教师队伍的培养建设，如今，陕师大支撑着中国大西北基础教育的半壁江山，同时也为全国其他地区输送了数以万计的优秀教师和其他人才，正可谓“横空大气排山去,砥柱人间是此峰
”这里也曾经匮乏，这里也曾经苦闷，但是这里从来不缺的是教师们的责任感。
几十年如一日，陕师大的教师们如同厚重的黄土地一般，为未来国家栋梁的茁壮成长尽心尽力，辛勤浇灌、精心培养。
如今，陕师大已经迎来发展的黄金时代，学科建设、本科生教育、研究生教育都迈上了新台阶，作为一个昔日的师大学生，我为母校的发展感到由衷的自豪，作为一个今日的师大教师，我倍感责任重大，相信在学校党政领导的正确领导下，全体师大人齐心协力，追求卓越，一定能够实现我们建成以教师教育为主要特色的综合性研究型大学的既定目标。
每年都有这样的开学典礼，每年都有这样的场景，但是今天对于陕师大来说是非同寻常的一日，对于在座的诸位同学来说更是意义非凡，你们中的2600多名同学是国家在部属师范大学实行师范生免费教育政策之后招收的第一批学生。
不久前胡锦涛总书记说：“必须吸引和鼓励优秀人才从事教育工作。
”你们的身上寄托着国家的厚望，你们和其它五所部属师范大学的师范生将成为中国改善教育资源分配状况、提高基层教育水平的关键力量，从某种意义上来说，你们将对中国未来的发展起到很大的作用。
作为一名参与者，在座同学可谓幸莫大焉
因为幸运女神并不会这样垂青每一个人。
就在今年六月高考结束那天，我和其他许多教师接受学校委派，前往各地宣传免费师范生招生政策，这也是我们的幸运，因为我们也由此成为了这一历史事件的参与者。
未来数十年之后，当你们回首往事之时，但愿你们能自豪的说：“我在一个合适的时间来到了一所合适的大学。
”但愿那时我也能说：“我在一个合适的时间遇到了一批合适的学生。
” 师大要发展，离不开学科的拓展和社会影响力的增强，综合性是师大腾飞的基础。
所以对于师大来说，在座的非师范生同学也是发展的关键力量，师大的非师范专业的快速发展，已经为你们的成长奠定了坚实的基础，你们将在另一个方面展示师大的实力与魅力，展示师大人的多才多艺。
请所有同学牢记校训“厚德积学，励志敦行”，这八个字是师大历史的写照，也是师大精神的浓缩

每一个字都有着深刻的内涵，需要我们仔细地理解与践行。
不久以前，房校长在接受记者采访时说：“陕师大将把免费师范生培养目标确定为培养优秀的高中教师，甚至是中小学校长。
”我听了很高兴，未来我的孩子一定要送到2007级师大毕业生担任校长的小学、中学去，不是为了走后门，而是因为我对你们的实力充满信心，因为你们是师大人
未来与各个行业打交道的时候，我也希望能碰到在座的2007级非师范学生，因为你们是师大人
未来在学术界，我也希望能与在座的07级研究生共同切磋，因为你们是师大人
让我们在教育行业和其它行业共同努力，有德弥高，有学弥厚，有志弥坚，有行弥敦，因为我们是师大人
