老师们，同学们： 早上好
今天我讲话的题目是“想成功，就要坚持”。
首先我想与大家分享一个有趣的故事：记得有一次，大哲学家苏格拉底对学生说：“今天咱们只学一件最简单也是最容易做的事：每人把胳膊尽量往前甩。
”说着，苏格拉底示范了一遍，“从今天开始，每天做300下，大家能做到吗
”学生们都笑了，这么简单的事，有什么做不到的
过了一个月，苏格拉底问学生们：“每天甩300下，哪些同学坚持了
”有90%的同学骄傲地举起了手。
又过了一个月，苏格拉底又问，这回，坚持下来的学生只剩下八成。
一年后，苏格拉底再一次问大家：“请告诉我，最简单的甩手运动，还有哪几位同学坚持了
”这时，整个教室里，只有一人举起了手。
这个学生就是后来成为古希腊另一位大哲学家的柏拉图。
这个小故事所蕴含的深刻含意是显而易见的。
法国伟大的启蒙思想家布封曾经说过：“天才就是长期的坚持不懈。
”我国著名的数学家华罗庚也曾说：“做学问，做研究工作，必须持之以恒。
”的确，我们干什么事，要取得成功，坚持不懈的努力和持之以恒的精神都是必不可少的。
古今中外，有多少这样的例子，巴尔扎克用如痴如狂的拼劲，每天奋笔疾书十六七个小时，即使累得手臂疼痛，双眼流泪，也不肯浪费一刻时间。
这就是他能够完成一部部巨作的原因。
他给我们的启示又是什么呢?我想，他给我们每个人注入了一股强大的精神力量，那就是明确目标，坚持不懈，终能成功
世间最容易的事是坚持，最难的事也是坚持。
说它容易，是因为只要愿意做，人人能做到，说它难，是因为真正能做到的，终究只是少数人。
坚持是一种信念，坚持是一种修养，坚持是一种高尚的品质。
而如今我们有些同学为了眼前利益，不做长远的打算，竟在考试中作弊，这种不合新海高中校风的做法，不仅让学校、老师蒙羞，也失去了检测自己的机会，而失去这次机会，就相当于放弃了自己，最终一事无成。
成功和失败之间往往只有一步之遥，想成功，就要坚持。
这是一个并不神秘的秘诀。
但只坚持勤奋，却选错了方向，则令人可悲。
“ 勤奋”不是只要存在就有价值，偏离了正确方向，方向错了，就是一列疾速列车脱了轨，你汗水也罢，泪水也罢，血水也罢，那个终点却是“可望”而“不可及”的了。
如果把坚持勤奋美化成点金石，以为无论何种腐朽经过它的点化都会变成神奇，殊不知这就像把一块石头变成一匹锦缎，把一束丝线攻成美玉，也许力道、方法都恰当，却选错了对象。
当困难，绊住你成功脚步的时候；当失败，挫伤你进取雄心的时候；当负担，压得你喘不过气的时候，不要退缩，不要放弃，一定要坚持下去，因为只有坚持不懈，才能通向成功

我的理想我在每个人的内处,都会有那美丽的理想.理想--是推动人类进步的,是人一生奋斗的目标.没有理想的人就好似一副没有灵魂的躯壳在这个世界上徘徊,来的匆匆,去也匆匆. 我的理想是在每个人的内心深处,都会有那美丽的理想.理想--是推动人类进步的动力,是人一生奋斗的目标.没有理想的人就好似一副没有灵魂的躯壳在这个世界上徘徊,来的匆匆,去也匆匆. 虽然现在老师的地位不算高,经济在日益腾飞的今天,老师的薪水那么薄,但老师那无怨无悔兢兢业业为人类为社会培育出一代又一代的科技人才,带动了世界科学的飞跃进步,老师的贡献应该说是功不可没的. 我的老师经常用朴实的话语教导我们,勉励我们做正直、诚实的人．在她的影响下我幼小的心灵对老师充满了感激．在我儿童世界,老汉司如一块磁铁紧紧的把我吸引；在我遇到难题时,老师用她的智慧”化腐朽为神气”点燃了我通向光明的火把；在我茫然时,老师用她温暖如春春风化雨般的为我排除心灵世界里的纷杂；在我取得成就时,又是老师用她那赞许的目光鼓励我百尺竿头更进一步,胜不骄,百不馁…… 是我的老师点燃我的思想火花,照亮了我前进的方向!教师这个职业是我的理想,为了这个理想,我在努力着,我在拼搏着! 张海迪阿姨说过：”每个人的生命都是一只小船,理想是小船的风帆．”我的理想是一名老师.做一名没有伟大之称的老师. 妈妈从小就对我说道：“老师是一个神圣的职位.”于是,使我的心是播下了种子.小时侯的我十分向往做一名老师.“教师是人类灵魂的工程师.”作为一名老师,是那么高大,却没有伟大,让人油然而生出敬慕之意.看着老师在讲台上播下知识的种子,我也不禁向未来憧憬：假如我是一名老师,那该多好啊.老师头上的白发是最美的；老师手里握着笔批改作业是最美的；老师捧着课本在教室里津津有味地讲课是最美的.老师没有怨言,没有豪言,没有壮言,一生与粉笔为伍的人,他们言传身教,把良好的作风,优秀的品行教给我们,使我们终生受益. 我的理想不但要当老师,而且要当一名优秀可爱的小学老师.小学老师的重要,不在于他们教导大道理,而且由于他们在洁白如纸的孩子们的心灵上,写下的是永不磨灭的痕迹,这痕迹往往影响孩子们的一生.我会拿起那根没有年轮的教鞭,耕拓岁月.我站在讲台上,心里是那么自豪.下面是一双双渴望知识的眼神包围着我.我感觉一颗颗幼小的心灵在亲近我. 可是,如果现在不努力学习,理想就会泡沫般消逝,我现在一定要追求理想,追求希望,追求希望,追求明天.理想和志向、成功是循环小数,密不可分,与希望相连.每当我遇到困难和挫折时,我总以这个理想来勉励自己,永远不要轻易放弃,毕竟这是理想的希冀. 如果说“理想是小船的风帆”,那么我现在就扬起理想小船的风帆,向一个叫“老师”的港口努力地驶去,驶去教师是个神圣的职业.俗话说得好：老师是蜡烛,照亮了我们的人生道路却燃烧了自己；老师似春蚕,为我们无私奉献；老师像一艘大船,把我们送往成功的彼岸.哪一个成功人士,哪一个受众人仰慕的科学家不是老师辛苦培养出来的. 教师是个辛苦的职业.班上总是有许多同学的成绩上不去,老师不管有多忙多辛苦还是坚持每天给那些“贫困户”“补充营养.”班上有谁不舒服了,老师总是关心的问寒问暖,搀扶着他们回家.每天晚上睡得最晚的是老师,早上起得最早的是老师,老师又为我们批改作业,有为我们备课,那些不公平的白头发还偏偏要先爬上老师的发梢. 教师是神圣的职业.他们的袖口上有永远也都不掉的粉笔灰,嘴里有永远也吐不完的优美词句,手里有永远也画不完的圆和角,眼睛里有永远也琢磨不透的意思. 我敬佩老师,也衷心得感谢老师对我的厚爱,对我的鼓励,对我的帮助,对我的培育之恩.所以,我也想作一位老师,作一位贫困山区的老师,给予那里的孩子知识,让他们同城市的孩子一样享受知识海洋的孕育,成为祖国的栋梁,祖国的骄傲 张海迪阿姨曾经说过：“每个人的生命都是一只小船,而理想是小船的风帆.”每个人都有理想,而我的理想是当一名英语老师. 英语老师这个职位对我有着非同一般的吸引力,我向往当老师.还记得当我第一次接触ABC时,我就被那26个字母小精灵吸引住了,它们有着神奇的魔力,带着我翱翔英语世界.从那时起,我的心里就萌生出了一个念头：我长大后要当英语老师!教其他孩子们学习英语!于是,我始终不忘我的这个念头,这个理想.我向往当老师,老师辛勤地教导学生,再苦再累也默默无闻.老师像蜡烛那样,默默燃烧；像春雨那样,灌溉孩子们的心田；像蚕那样吐出五彩的丝,却一句话也不抱怨……我渴望当上英语老师,渴望成为为社会作出贡献,却躲在幕布后不肯抛头露面的人! 我知道,虽然我离我的理想实现还有很远,但是,为了实现我的目标,从现在开始我就要为我的理想打好基础.首先,我要做好课内的工作,从课堂上的一次次小测验中做起,认真对待每一堂课,积极发言,好好学习,每次考试争取考到100分.接着,要在课外提高自己的阅读量,扩展自己的知识,多看书,吸取书中的精髓,还要多做练习题等等.当英语老师并不只靠英语方面,要靠多方面的发展.在其他学科方面,我也要勤奋.鲁迅爷爷曾经说过：“时间就像海绵里的水,只要愿挤,总还是有的.”只要我能够把空余时间都用到学习上去,那我的成绩将更上一层楼,我离我的梦想实现就更近了一步! 如果说,理想是驶向成功的一艘小船,那么,我一定会把好船舵.
