Good morning everyone. The topic of my speech is Keep fit and study happily. As students , we spend much time on study and we seldom pay attention to our health. Some girls also don't have breakfast because they want to lose weight. These are bad habits. I want to give you some advice. First, you should have a right oppion to keep fit. Only when you are healthy, can you do what you want to do. If you are ill, you can do nothing. Second, you should do morning exercise usually, for example, jogging is a very good choice. Nowadays we can see thousand and thousand cars passingthough every rode every city every country. But even though cars bring us convenience, there are still a lot of horrible effects that costing the earth. Cars producegreenhouse gases increases the rate of global warming and damaged the environment. That is why now I strongly suggest we have to start ride a bicycle, i thinkbike is the greatest things that ever invented. First things first, it iseco-friendly which means not like cars it will not produce greenhouse gases canpolluting the air. The cars need fossil fuels to start the engine. Fossil fuelsare not renewable resource; therefore it is scarcity natural resources. Thereforeriding bike is saving the earth. Secondly riding bike is the second chancethat people get fit, many people work in the city do not have the leisure timeto go to the gym even if they want to. Therefore riding bike to work is a wayto exercise and get healthy.

实在是真的没有人可以指导的话,就到可可或沪江获得课余教材学习 多说多练很快的口语会进步许多,学习效果是必定最佳的;

crossing the river by feeling the stonesEveryone is not born to be a hero just like everything is not fit to be an art.A graceful statue of liberty, having been caved for thousands of drills, finally for us to revere. When it comes to this point, for us students, the method of studying is also shrouded to be a secrecy. Since every student is different, method varies from one to another. How can we find out which one really fits us?The only way is to encourage them to try by themselves and improve their ability of learning. In spite of once brave attempts, he could not win even a bronze medal. Nevertheless, no pains no gains. We have to , we ought to , we do not have any other choice. Thanks!

“Being a Good Partner”的英语演讲稿

Everyone likes to have a partner. Someone in the trenches with them, trying to achieve the same goals. Yet, I suspect that if I were to ask around, I'd find most people in IT or software development would say they don't have enough partners they really consider to be a partner.I spend half my day today meeting with the management team of a vendor that I have been working with for the last several months. The relationship had hit some snags, and wasn't working as we really wanted. We spent the afternoon talking about that, trying to work out what had happened and what we could do to get back on track. I'm completely spent from it. I want to develop a real partnership with this vendor, but man, I'm telling you, working on it today really wiped me out. This leads to the first law of Partnership: Being a partner takes energy. I'm hard put to describe why today was so draining. What I can say is that we talked about some hard things. About how I behaved as a customer, how they behaved as vendors. During the discussion, I had to take a long hard look at what I did or didn't do, and how that was part of the problem. I really wanted (in a dark corner of my soul) to just blame them for all the problems and be done with it. But that wouldn't put me in the way of being much of a partner. The second law of Partnership? Being a Partner takes communication. For 4 hours today we talked. Part of the time it was about fun things, like visiting the international sites to see how things were going there. Part of the time was about the problems that we were having and how we had discovered them. Prior to this meeting, I had many conversations with my counterpart on the other side about what we could do to get on track. We even wrote a talking points document together to organize our thoughts about what we wanted to do today. But today, all that was put aside and we just talked together.A1 Technology in their blog on outsourcing cites a study by Ernst & Young which says (in part)Another important finding of Ernst & Young is that many respondents point to poor communication between a vendor and a client as a main obstacle in the way of effective outsourcing partnerships. The third law of Partnership: Being a partner takes honesty. I almost said integrity. Honesty because it is important that I be honest with myself about my actions and motivations. That I be honest with the partner\\\/vendor about what I see in them and that I tell them what I see going on. Honest to the process and the contract to always do the right things. If you can't be ruthlessly honest, odds are that you won't be a good partner. The fourth law of Partnership: Being a partner takes transparency. I know enough people who think vendors are like mushrooms... they should be kept in the dark and surrounded by cr*p. That is not the path to partnership. Partners need to know what you plan to do, so they can figure out how to help. They need to know the problems you have, so they can offer solutions. They need to know when you are unhappy, so they can do something about it. Partnerships do best in an information rich environment. The fifth law of Partnerships: Being a partner takes trust. This one is sort of a chicken and egg situation. If you are doing the first 4 laws well, then the trust will probably come naturally. But you still need to give over to trust. To give trust them to do the right thing, to want you to be successful. Trust is what enables thoughtful risk taking. Without trust, it is very difficult to not demand proof at every turn. From my experience these are the 5 things I do to be a partner. I could go on with more, but these are the main items. How are you doing? Do you incorporate these items into your daily routine? If so how are your partnerships?

快交英语演讲稿了,题目是“__ is my top concern

”以什么是我最关心的事为半命题写一篇演讲稿。

Make Every Moment Count One night, I complained to my mom about the lack of time. Finally she said,”you are short of time just because you waste precious minutes on complaints and anxiety. The point is, no matter how full your schedule is, if you try really hard, you can always fit in some thing more.” It is the same with filling the jar. Even if you place a dozen fist-sized rocks and a bucket of gravel into the jar, there is still space for sand and water between the rocks and gravel. The lack of time is just the excuse for my negligence of every single minute. I believe that the great dividing line between success and failure can be expressed in six words,”I did not have enough time.”The fact is I do have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein. The point is I have never touched upon the real meaning of life which lies in snatching, seizing and enjoying every minute of it. No idleness, no delay, no procrastination, no complaint! It is during my moments of complaining or hesitation that my destiny is shaped. Once I make full use of every moment, I believe that, my worries will be gradually cut down to nothing. Time is the most valuable of all our possessions, but the most perishable as well. As Henry David Thoreau said,”You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment.” Whenever I fell the lack of time in the future, I will tell myself ”Carpe diem , seize the day, make every moment count.”
