Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust . Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young . When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80. 而只要你青春的天线高高耸起，就可以随时接收到乐观的电波-----即使你年过八旬，行将就木，而你却仍然拥有青春，你仍然年轻。

How to Learn English Well
Some people think that if we want to learn English well we must learn English grammar well first of all. Others believe we can't learn English well unless we keep in mind as many English words and phrases as possible. In my opiniongrammar rules，new words and phrases are very important，but they are not enough. Fox example， some of my classmates are quite good at grammar and have learned by heart a lot of English words and phrases， yet they can't express themselves in English when they meet foreign friends. The best way to learn English well， I think， is to learn and use English all the time. Don't be afraid of being laughed at. We'd better do a lot of listening， speaking， reading and writing. If you can form the habit of thinking and writing in English all day， you are sure to grasp the spirit of English and will be able to read works in English within a short period of time.
