语言要简洁明快，发言时因为要直接面对听众，所以发言稿的特定形式决定了其语言的口语性强，因此应少用复杂句，多用简单句。
话说的要准确、易懂，最好运用大众语言。
所以我们在组织句子时要注意“三多一少”即简单句式多，祈使句多、情态动词多，修饰性词语少。
但文中的句型也要善于变化，不要过于单一。
