例如environment，你可以讲到ecosystem，但生态系统太大没法处处提及，但如果再缩小到rubbish，垃圾分类大家身边都能看到的吧
这就是很好地将自己融入到国家的改变，以及成为国家缩影。
最后一点是我个人认为最重要的一点，就是instructive meaning，也就是得有一个theme。
讲故事讲到最后，连别人都不知道你到底想表达什么主题的话，通常跟放大话没有什么区别。
常常这个theme，也将是你的小标题，懂吧

1.认真预习。
预习在整个学习知识的过程中有着不可低估的作用。
预习是学生自主的学习行为。
在整个学习的过程中，如果学生课前没有做好准备的话，听课就会十分被动，而且还会手忙脚乱，课堂效率也不会很高，在复习的时候更是显的费时费力。
如果学生课前有准备，那么上课的时候就会心中有数，课堂笔记也就有了重点，对老师的提问反应就会更快，这样不仅提高了课堂效率，而且还能增强学生的自信心。
2.抓住课堂。
学习重在平时的努力上，不适于突击复习。
平日里学习最重要的是课堂的40分钟，听讲要聚精会神，思维紧跟老师走。

也许就是正是这几年向往与与生俱来的对孩子们的喜爱，让初为人师的我，心中总有些惴惴不安，是紧张还是兴奋，自己也说不清楚，只是满心喜悦的去迎接这充满挑战的工作，投身于了教育这片多姿多彩的新世界。
基本做到了下面几点：一、勤于学习，提高自已政治素质和工作水平不管是在担任幼儿教师的时候，还是现在担任园长的过程中，一直以来，我都能注重学习，强化素质，不断地提高自己驾驭教育工作的能力与水平。

热爱孩子是教师实施教育的重要前提，没有对孩子的爱，就没有真正的教育。
爱是幼儿的一种迫切的心理需要，教师与幼儿之间建立起良好的感情联系，能使幼儿产生积极、愉快地情绪。
对于园内新来的孩子，因为情绪不稳定，不是掉眼泪就是不吃饭。
我每天早上都热情的去看望这些孩子，跟他们打招呼。
在课余的时间，牵着他们的手去拿玩具，邀请其他小朋友和这些小朋友一起玩，尽量让这些新入学的孩子们消除对陌生环境的不适应。
随着时间一长，这些孩子们的脸上都洋溢着欢快的笑容。
他们的家长也非常的感谢我们这些老师，热情的说：是你们让我能够安心的工作，是你们让孩子快乐的生活。
因为他们快乐，所以使得我们老师更加热爱我们的工作。
在这片沃土中，面对那一双双滴溜溜乱转的眼睛，面对孩子之间的矛盾。
我渐渐地悟出，作为幼儿园长，不仅要做好蜡烛照亮幼儿，更要拥有一颗永恒的爱心，幼儿园就是孩子人生的起点站，园长的一言一行、一举一动都影响着教师们，在无形中都会深刻地影响儿童，因此，我用自己的言行举止来感染着整个幼儿园的孩子和老师们。

”作为园长，我真正做到了将这么多没有任何血缘关系的孩子当成自己的孩子一样关系疼爱，且爱得公平、爱得得法。

本着“服务幼儿、服务教学、服务教师”的理念，敬业爱岗，对自己所负责的业务工作赋予了强烈的创新意识和创新能力，为本园保教质量的提升发挥了重要作用。
面对我园新教师多的现状，我没有退缩，而是凭着高度的责任感和事业心将全部的热情投入到探索适合本园教师的管理工作经验和方法上。

Cities should create a good living and innovation environment for people. The structure and network of different cities have common views as well as their uniqueness. To understand the system and development of cities and construct a sustainable, healthy city structure is the precondition of building a livable city. It relies on people's understanding of city's developing rules as well as the rational activities in daily life. Human being, creator of good life, is the core to push the city development as well as the most creative part in the urbanization; hence, the designing of the mascot chose the Chinese character of people to be the main image.
