二、降低你的浮躁心态。
这是一个浮躁的社会，各种快餐文化，快餐商品充斥在我们周围，各种生活学习压力让你变得浮躁不安。

我想大多数人玩游戏的理由就是放松，大多数人玩游戏的借口也是放松。

很遗憾地讲，如果把玩游戏的时间用到工作学习关心家人方面会更有意义，但是人不可能总是工作学习，总要有调节的时候，这或许会给我们一些玩游戏的理由，但绝不是每天花大量时间玩游戏的理由。
宅男这个新名词我是玩了WOW才接触到的，宅男好像没有什么权威的定义，我的理解是一个男子一天绝大部分呆在家里，除了吃喝睡大小号之外的时间基本都泡在游戏上，这叫宅男。
宅男是与社会隔离的新种群，是对社会毫无贡献的新物种，这个新种群在网游的诱发下茁壮成长了一批。

二、精力。

WOW会牵扯你大量的精力，不仅是玩家在线游戏的时候，即使现在你不游戏你也会为WOW耗费精力，因为你在想WOW,你在思考如何提高操作，如何得到更好的装备，如何规划你的天赋，你在看视频，泡论坛，在和很多人交流WOW经验，不知不觉中大量的精力被耗费了。
三、金钱。
有人说WOW不贵，在网游里面算是便宜的。
但是不要忘了，要玩上WOW还是要花一笔数目不小的钱的，首先你得买台电脑，能比较流畅地玩上WOW怎么说也得花上4000元吧，然后得申请装上宽带，又是个百八千，再然后你得买点卡消费游戏，这钱怎么地也赶得上一个月的水费，综合算起来要玩上WOW要很多钱，如果你是学生，别忘了你的电脑，宽带等硬件条件都是你父母为你创造的，要感谢他们。
如果你是刚上班，那可能买台电脑需要好好计划很长一段时间，单为玩WOW而透支几个月的薪水是否值得。
如果你是在校大学生，那么你可能要从吃饭日常开销中省出一大笔来支付玩WOW的网费，点卡费。
