总之，学生和老师之间应该互相理解，进行心灵的沟通，就让我们用理解创造更融洽的师生关系吧
离开老师，从学校回到家中，我们不难想到父母与儿女之间的理解。
虽然父母与我们朝夕相处，但有时也不能理解我们。

为了我们有充足的学习时间，他们包了一切的家务事，对我们的关怀是无微不至。

他就是把学生当做人来看的，当做平等的人，堪与尊敬的人。
而不是把学生当做下级，当做可以随意训斥的无知小儿。
时下某些老师可能做不到这一点。
他们往往自以为尊贵无比，维护师道尊严，不顾学生的颜面。
其实这种做法是有失分寸的。
俗语道：“人怕敬，鬼怕送。
”“你敬我一尺，我敬你一丈。
”所以，老师对学生不要体罚，不要训斥，不要高高在上，而应该像李叔同先生那样，做一个和气的人，一个严谨的人，一个值得尊敬的人，一个堪为师范的人。
学生也有自尊心，而且是很强烈的。
老师对学生的批评，恰当的，就是一种激励；不恰当的，就会成为一种伤害，甚至还会导致逆反心理产生。
绝大部分学生不喜欢老师批评时挖苦、损伤学生，伤害学生的自尊心。
因此在日常生活的教育工作中，教师应把握批评的“度”，变“忠言逆耳”为“忠言悦耳”。
正如德国教育家第斯多惠所说的，教育的艺术不在于传授知识，而在于激励、唤鼓舞。
教师还要转变教育观念，树立以学生为主体的服务意识，创造出尊重、信任、宽容、友爱的新型的师生关系。
