人力资源分析师刘元量在作讲座的时候说过：只有认清自己，才能站在一个对于自己合适的起点上。
站在一个合适的起点上，你才有能力有素质，去和你一样适合这项工作的人竞争。
所以，接下来是我的自我分析。
借助专业的朗途职业测评工具得出我的性格类型，我的动力结果，我的动力类型，我的长处以及我的短处。
并且我通过家人老师朋友同学对我的评价做出360度评估。
自我认知小结：在大一其间我有着出色的表现，通过参加活动训练了我的语言表达能力，自我学习能力和领导能力。
做学生工作，培养了我的责任心、沟通能力、协调能力及不畏困难的性格。
通过专业测评及分析，我是个性格外向、善于思考、重视细节，喜欢不断学习的人。
当问题出现，我很乐于去处理，敢于挑战。
有强烈责任感和团队意识。
这些特点使我与我所向往的软件测试人员这一职业契合度很高,当然我也有支配意识，年轻气盛等缺点，这些我都会在今后不断改进。
通过分析和我所学专业结合，我将选择软件行业作为我未来发展的方向。
努力成为IT企业的高级管理人员。
成功不见要靠自身的努力，外部环境也是决定成功与否的重要因素。
所以下面是第三项 职业分析 首先是环境分析 *我的家庭环境：父母受过良好的大学教育，影响我使我做事有严谨的态度，培养我使我有强烈的求知欲和探索精神。
而这些性格刚好与我的目标职业软件测试人员所需要的不谋而合。
*我的学校环境：哈尔滨学院软件学院实行的特色的2.5+1.5办学模式，使得毕业与岗位零距离。
二号教学楼五层有软件学院专门的四核处理器的机房。
学校其他的硬件设施也很完备。
但学校知名度不高，无法与名校抗衡。
*社会环境：岗位有限，岗位稳定性有限，就业资源有限，等待分配资源的人却越来越多。
*职业环境：软件行业人才供不应求，缺口大 ; *我所向往的企业是大连东软集团有限公司; 前不久我参加软件学院的工信委座谈会。
通过座谈会我了解到软件行业真正需要的人才，如果我能靠自己的努力进入该企业，我将要求自己做到以下九点， 当然甚至更多。
下面第四项是我职业定位的SWOT分析。
在未来的日子里，我会尽全力将我的劣势变为优势以弥补客观上的不足。
大学的时光很快就会过去了。

工作前三年，努力做好本职工作，熟悉工作方法方式。
之后的七年，学习行政管理学等的相关知识，积攒知识人脉。

三十岁之前当上项目经理。
四十岁后成为企业的高管。
毕业后二十年要达到一定人生境界;利用自己多年的人脉资源发展自己本质以外的投资项目. 有个和睦的家庭;健康的身体。
那么我该如何实现这宏伟的目标 我选择的职业是技术型的。
所以要求我在大学其间比其他同学更努力。
我将做到以下几点 上课认真听讲，课后丰富知识，多参与活动，积极寻找专业机构考取一些资格证书使得自己不断增值。
养成良好的生活习惯。
;平时要对身边的事物留心，每当有想法有感悟就要记下来，反省自己并提高自己。
在学知识的过程中，我会虚心向他人求教。
在大学四年充分的利用时间，培养自身的职业素养。
正所谓“天有不测风云”如果周围环境及人生某一阶段会出现一些未知的变化，我将以一年为一个周期，根据职业环境的变化对职业规划进行调整，使之日趋完善。
以积极乐观的态度来迎接新挑战。
下面是我的职业评估调整。
在此，我已经把我的未来蓝图规划好，但更重要的在于其具体实践并取得成效。
我的职业规划中不足之处是不可避免的，希望各位老师能够对我进行指导，我会保持着清醒的头脑为了我的未来不断修正改进。

用过的纸巾不能和纸张归为一类，不是可回收的垃圾，扔餐厨垃圾的时候，塑料袋要另外扔进可回收的垃圾桶……答案是：对的，因为纸巾遇水即溶，和陶器、烟盒一样，应算作“其他垃圾”的类别，塑料袋本身是可回收垃圾，不能扔进餐厨垃圾堆里。
