然后,以吸气的方式连续从1数到10,每次吸气时,注意绷紧身体,在头脑中反应出数字,在呼气时说“放松”,并在头脑中再现“放松”这个词,这样连续数下去。
注意节奏放慢,让身体尽量松弛,直到感觉到镇静为止。
同学们也可以在平时有意识地训练自己放松,这样,在考场上出现怯场心理时,就更容易调控。
有效消除紧张心理,从根本上来说一是要降低对自己的要求。
