In this commonweal advertisement, a Chinese character “home” and a red Chinese character “water” syncretize with each other artfully with a white background. Its superficial meaning is: water is the blood of home, no home could without water. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution.
