尊各位评委，亲爱的同，同学们：大家好!我是来自美术学院的辅导员**，已经在辅导员岗位工作了七年，现在又是一名“思想政治教育”的在读研究生，如果连“为什么要作辅导员”都还没弄清楚的话，我想，这实在有些矫情
作为一种追求，一种专业，一种职业理想，我需要反思的正是“如何做好辅导员
”我的主张是——辅中有导，导中有辅，辅导之间，我与学生共进步
在古代，“辅”的本意是夹在车轮外侧的木头，用来增加载重的支力。
引申为帮助和辅佐。
有同志抱怨说，学校一直在给辅导员压担子：军训、转户、开博客、驻园区、评优推优、贫苦补助……等等，头绪太多，太苦太累。
而我认为，辅导员不正是学校这个大车轮上的“辅”木吗

这一次，我获得了慈溪市书法比赛一等奖，感觉非常的幸运
在这里，我要感谢我的父母，是他们给了我学习书法的机会，给我创造了安静舒适的环境让我更好的练习写字;我要感谢我的书法启蒙老师xxx老师，他在我开始书法学习的时候就鼓励我说：“你是最好的学生。
”从此以后，我每天坚持练习，从未间断。

但我深知学习书法是一个持续长期的过程，如果中途放弃，前面所学到的都要荒废掉
这几年来，书法已然成为我成长过程中的伴侣，我从墨色和线条的变化中体会到了书法中的乐趣,从书法的练习中感受到了中国传统文化的魅力，也学到了古代大书家勤奋学习的精神和刚正不阿的人品,正如老师常讲的练字练人,练习书法的同时,培养了我的耐心和毅力,提高了我的审美能力。
当我看到学校的走廊里，黑板报上、家里门上的春联、福字，都是我的笔迹时，我心里甭提有多高兴了，有付出就会有收获，我相信自己的付出是值得的
这次获奖我非常的高兴，这份荣誉又给了我更多的鼓励。
我将永不放弃书法，再接再厉! 尽管练习书法的过程有些辛苦，但我从中收获了更多的乐趣,学到了更多的知识
