那么我今天也很荣幸的站在这里和大家一起分享我的这份深爱，和大家一起来分享我心目中的源
我演讲的题目是：“汇集体智慧，丰集体经验，源集体力量，树立汇丰源集体荣誉”。
著名学者先生曾经说过“各美之美,美人之美,美美与共,。
”也曾有云：，地利不如人和。
这时隔两千余年的至理名言向我们传达了一个共同的思想，那就是——“团结就是力量”,而团结这股力量在我们汇丰源的具体表现就是。
也许有人会问：“我们身边的集体荣誉在哪里呢
”这样的问题在我们汇丰源随处可以找到答案，举一些简单的例子：每天早上大家来上班时，早到的同事们肯定会不约而同的打扫卫生，而稍微晚来一些的同事，也会积极的加入进来。
没有规章制度的约定，没有上级领导的命令，更没有额外可观的收入，然而我们每一个却都默默的奉献着。
这是什么
这就是
因为我们知道，我们都是汇丰源的一员，汇丰源干净整洁的形象就是我们的形象，汇丰源高效干练的作风就是我们的作风，汇丰源诚信负责的态度就是我们的态度，汇丰源就是我们，而我们就是汇丰源
一根筷子，轻轻被折断，十双筷子，牢牢抱成团
无论你是早九晚五的上班族，还是做生意的个体老板，无一例外的都身处在一个集体当中。
如果一个集体被大众尊为泰斗，而你会为成为这样的集体的一员而感到自豪；相反，如果一个集体被人蔑视，那么无论你在这个集体中是多么耀眼，在众人眼中也不过是渺茫星空中的一点。
所以，先有集体荣誉，才有个人荣誉。
集体有了荣誉，个人也自然就有荣誉。
那么如何让我们认识到个人在集体中存在的价值是十分重要的呢，我总结了三句话，在这里和大家一起分享，这三句话是：“自己的事情自己做，别人的事情帮着做，集体的事情抢着做”。
“自己的事情自己做”， 我给大家讲一个故事： 有一位老木匠准备退休了，向老板去辞职，他告诉老板说自己要离开，回家和老婆孩子共享天伦之乐。
老板舍不得得力的老木匠离开，于是在极力挽留之后希望老木匠再帮忙建最后一所房子，老木匠不是很情愿的答应了。
因为不情愿所以在工作和用料上已不再向从前那样用心了。
房子建好的时侯，老板把钥匙交到了老木匠的手里，并对他说：你跟了我这么多年，这是我一点心意，这座房子就当做我送你的晚年礼物吧。
老木匠目瞪口呆，羞愧的无地自容，一个人好久好久坐在这座被自己粗制滥造的房子里说不出话来。
老木匠的故事透露着一个信息，不仅自己的事情要自己做，而且要以高质量、快速度作为标准，要求我们日常的每一项工作，认真高效的做好每一项工作，那是对集体的负责，更是对自己的负责。
“别人的事情帮着做”， 我们的同事们进入汇丰源有早有晚，业务上有精通的也有不太熟练的。
所以在平时的工作中，有些同事难免会遇到一些自己不太擅长的问题。
在这个时候，我们尽自己的绵薄之力向处在困境中的同事伸出援助之手，在方便他人的同时，也让我们自己因为帮助了别人而感到快乐，而我们快乐的同时，也在不知不觉的印在我们每一个人心中。
“集体的事情抢着做”，我们的工作中也有一些事没有规定专人去做、甚至都不可能规定去做，正像之前说过的“早上打扫卫生”，又如给饮水机换水，给公车擦车等等。
虽然这样的事都是小事，但是正从这一件件的小事上，体现我们对集体的负责，对集体的重视，对集体的热爱
汇丰源这个大集体正用它独具的魅力影响着每一个人，感染着每一个人。
用它独有的企业理念和文化底蕴告诉我们，我们大家是一个团结奋进的集体，我们大家是和谐友爱的一家人

Mascot, as the symbol featuring the hosting country, will embody the history, development, culture, concept and social background of the country and will play an important role in the communication in political, economical and cultural fields. People's life and development of the cities are closely related. With the rapid process of urbanization, the interaction between cities and the biological circle as well as the resources on the earth have become more and more strong. The relationship among people, city and earth runs through the urbanization. The three will become an inseparable complex. People are the cells as well as the spirit of cities. People give the cities their cultures, characters and uniqueness. With the urbanization, more are more people become urban dwellers. People's life is inevitably affected by the development of cities. Cities should create a good living and innovation environment for people. The structure and network of different cities have common views as well as their uniqueness. To understand the system and development of cities and construct a sustainable, healthy city structure is the precondition of building a livable city. It relies on people's understanding of city's developing rules as well as the rational activities in daily life. Human being, creator of good life, is the core to push the city development as well as the most creative part in the urbanization; hence, the designing of the mascot chose the Chinese character of people to be the main image. The blue color mascot represents the elements including earth, dream, sea, future, technology and manifests the theme of World Expo Better City, Better Life. The image of the mascot is simple, easy to remember and to communicate. Though it is a single mascot, with the different motions and costumes, it could also have various appearances. Water is the source of life. The main character of the mascot is water. The blue color stated Chinese brand-new gesture to embrace the world. Hai Bao embodies ideal of the coexistence of different cultures in cities; embodies the appreciation of economic development and environmental sustainable development; embodies the wish to remodel the city communities, embodies the anticipation of the well-off both urban cities and countrysides. 自然而然地，你的生活中便有了一处处动人的风景。
“感恩”是一种对恩惠心存感激的表示，是每一位不忘他人恩情的人萦绕心间的情感。
学会感恩，是为了擦亮蒙尘的心灵而不致麻木，学会感恩，是为了将无以为报的点滴付出永铭于心。
譬如感恩于为我们的成长付出毕生心血的父母双亲。
“感恩”是一种处世哲学，是生活中的大智慧。
感恩可以消解内心所有积怨，感恩可以涤荡世间一切尘埃。
人生在世，不可能一帆风顺，种种失败、无奈都需要我们勇敢地面对、豁达地处理。
“感恩”是一种生活态度，是一种品德，是一片肺腑之言。
如果人与人之间缺乏感恩之心，必然会导致人际关系的冷淡，所以，每个人都应该学会“感恩”，这对于现在的孩子来说尤其重要。
因为，现在的孩子都是家庭的中心，他们只知有自己，不知爱别人。
所以，要让他们学会“感恩”，其实就是让他们学会懂得尊重他人。
对他人的帮助时时怀有感激之心，感恩教育让孩子知道每个人都在享受着别人通过付出给自己带来的快乐的生活。
当孩子们感谢他人的善行时，第一反应常常是今后自己也应该这样做，这就给孩子一种行为上的暗示，让他们从小知道爱别人、帮助别人。
“感恩”是一个人与生俱来的本性，是一个人不可磨灭的良知，也是现代社会成功人士健康性格的表现，一个人连感恩都不知晓的人必定是拥有一颗冷酷绝情的心。
在人生的道路上，随时都会产生令人动容的感恩之事。
且不说家庭中的，就是日常生活中、工作中、学习中所遇之事所遇之人给予的点点滴滴的关心与帮助，都值得我们用心去记恩，铭记那无私的人性之美和不图回报的惠助之恩。
感恩不仅仅是为了报恩，因为有些恩泽是我们无法回报的，有些恩情更不是等量回报就能一笔还清的，惟有用纯真的心灵去感动去铭刻去永记，才能真正对得起给你恩惠的人。
“感恩”是尊重的基础。
在道德价值的坐标体系中，坐标的原点是“我”，我与他人，我与社会，我与自然，一切的关系都是由主体“我”而发射。
尊重是以自尊为起点，尊重他人、社会、自然、知识，在自己与他人、社会相互尊重以及对自然和谐共处中追求生命的意义，展现、发展自己独立人格。
感恩是一切良好非智力因素的精神底色，感恩是学会做人的支点；感恩让世界这样多彩，感恩让我们如此美丽
“感恩”之心是一种美好的感情，没有一颗感恩的心，孩子永远不能真正懂得孝敬父母、理解帮助他的人，更不会主动地帮助别人。
让孩子知道感谢爱自己、帮助自己的人，是德育教育中重要的一个内容。
在这方面，美国人可以堪为楷模。
从1863年亚伯拉罕起，林肯总统宣布了感恩节为国家节日。
其间的两百多年，每年一次的感恩活动，从小地方传播开去。
这是一个充满感谢和爱的节日。
美国人欢聚一堂，进行一次特殊的祈祷，感谢、颂扬上苍在过去一年里的仁慈和恩惠。
非但如此，它更成为一种社会活动，超市门口放个大筐，让人们留下一份食品给那些食不果腹的穷人，政府机关、学校和教堂准备大量的食物，敞开大门，分发给一些无家可归的人。
更可贵的，平时里无忧无虑的孩子在这一天却极其认真地挨家挨户敲开邻居的家门，募集食品。
也就从小培养了帮助穷人的意识，给了他们自己和所有美国人行善的机会。
这就让我意识到了一些东西。
如果细细想想，我们可感谢的东西真的很多：感谢父母对我们的爱、感谢我们有饭吃、有衣穿、有房子住、有床睡、有灯光照明、感谢健康、感谢老师的教育和所有帮助支持过我们的亲人朋友、还有昔日里素不相识的贵人，感谢在寂寞时有音乐陪伴，有对方可以倾诉……感谢上帝
于是，我们可以浅显简单地说，如果你感到受冷落、遭抛弃、被友谊背叛了，或许应尝试先向别人伸出热情的手，学着去感谢一些东西。
（当然，这也可能是你精神振作所需之良药。
） 感恩心态是一种健康的心态，会使人的身心更好地适应社会、适应自然。
感恩的举动所能带来的连锁反应，可能会感染改变我们周围的每一个人，包括我们自己。
震撼心灵或者悦耳动听的感谢之声永远不会引起误会，它是没有国界而可以跨越地球上一切障碍，使世界变得更加和谐更快乐的最简单易行的方式吧。
所以我们要学着去感恩—— 为了人生可以沉淀一份理性。
那个篮坛飞人乔丹在群星涌动的NBA赛场退役了，我们大概再也看不到他翱翔的身影。
这或许是一个永久的心伤。

历来讲究养育之恩、知遇之恩、提携之恩、救命之恩的中国人，是否更应提倡“知恩图报”、“滴水之恩，涌泉相报”的作风呢
虽然我们没有感恩节，但我们是否也该学着去感激一些东西，为了自己，也为了自己生活着的这片土地呢
古人云“施人慎勿念，受施慎勿忘”。

人生到底有多少天
不同的人有不同的答案，但我看人的一生无一例外地只有三天：昨天、今天、明天。
经营好这三天，就经营好了一生。
昨天的日子很长，说不清有多少天，但不管有多少天，也不管是受到挫折，还是取得辉煌，都办能代表过去，不能代表将来。
比如昨天贫困潦倒的人将来可能会变成富翁；昨天锦衣华食的人将来可能沦为乞人；昨天打工的人将来可能会变成老板。
这就是三十年河东三十年河西。
世上没有永远的胜利，也没有永远的失败，胜利和失败在合适的条件下是能够转化的。
因此，我们不必为昨天的挫折而萎靡不振，也不必为昨天的辉煌而狂妄自大。
只有把过去的挫折和辉煌都作为今天的垫脚石，才能攀登美好的明天。
今天的日子很短。
而且正在自己的脚下以秒计算地缩短。
今天是昨天和明天的接力处，接力棒交得好，便会走向辉煌的明天；接力出问题，便会前功尽弃。
因此，面对今天，我们不要总是怀念过去，过去的就让它过去了，只有从零开始，脚踏实地，全身心地经营好今天，才会结出丰硕的果实。
今天的事一定要今天完成，绝不能推到明天。
如果总是面对今天望明日，明日何其多，明日的明日便是人生的尽头了，结果不但今天没有经营好，明天也悄悄地溜走了。
明天的日子还有多长
谁也说不清。
明天是辉煌，还是落败
谁也道不明。
明天既向我们显示机遇，又向我们发出挑战。
明天的希望是美好的，但路途绝不平坦，到处布满荆棘。
但不管怎样，有一点是可以肯定的，那就是花好月圆的明天只接纳奋斗不息者。
因此，我们只有善于汲取昨天的经验和教训，利用今天做好新跨越的准备，斗志昂扬地去挑战明天，才能为人生画上一个圆满的句号。
