进近管制员和塔台管制员有什么区别
国内的管制分为机场管制、进近管制和区域管制。
进近管制仅在繁忙机场上空开设。
繁忙机场的机场管制还分设塔台管制席位和地面管制席位，其它机场的机场管制仅有塔台管制席位。
简单来说塔台指挥飞机起飞降落，管制范围一般是以机场为中心，半径为10公里左右，高度从地面到几百米上千米的一个圆柱体空间。
进近管制是把飞机从航路引导到机场或反过来离场的时候从机场引导到航路的一个过渡。
当然现在大多机场都有公布的标准仪表离场程序和进场程序，进近管制员只需要告诉飞行员执行哪个程序，控制好飞机间隔就好。
区域管制是指挥航路上的飞机有序高效地飞行。
飞机一次完整的飞行联系管制的顺序为起飞机场塔台—起飞机场所属进近—区域（中间可能会在不同区域管制间交接）—目的地机场进近—目的地机场塔台。
