背单词在于训练，熟能生巧。
==语法：帮他总结，尽量简练。
要他熟记，然后就这些语法实际操练，以便取得成就感。

初中英语上课的流程是什么啊我马上要去初中面试了，需
面试应该会先让你试讲，然后问一些和教学有关的问题，最后再问一些有关工资等方面的事情。
试讲最好全英，如果是大城市的学校的话。
但是如果是一般城市或者县里，一般不用全英，表现出热情和激情来，语法知识没有错误就可以了。
再准备一些和教学相关的问题，比如课上有同学开小差，你应该怎样处理
