更具情况制定你的计划。

==心里暗示:告诉他们英语并不难,说出你的理由。

==单词:老师和学生一起背,利用一些多媒体,如mp3+字幕。

背单词在于训练,熟能生巧。

==语法:帮他总结,尽量简练。

要他熟记,然后就这些语法实际操练,以便取得成就感。

==编排一些口语训练,如造句、句子替换等。

==尽量幽默一点,英语的确很乏味。

面试应该会先让你试讲,然后问一些和教学有关的问题,最后再问一些有关工资等方面的事情。

试讲最好全英,如果是大城市的学校的话。

但是如果是一般城市或者县里,一般不用全英,表现出热情和激情来,语法知识没有错误就可以了。

再准备一些和教学相关的问题,比如课上有同学开小差,你应该怎样处理
