1买本词汇书,天天背 2.听力和作文也很重要.背几篇范文。
听力小对话背出来（真题的） 3.至于语法,基本上所有的语法在高中都教过了,能考上大学的人应该没有问题. 4.阅读也很重要,占分很大,建议学学新概念英语三，平时多看看21世纪和CHINA DAILY.1。
单词 大纲：4200个单词+300个词组=4500个左右 当然词组一般只记重点的和常考的，没必要300个都记，即使完型会遇到，分数也很少没必要在意，尽量把重点放在听力和阅读上，如果这两项弄好了，及格就没问题了，因为这两项就是60分。
4200个单词必须要掌握，有的不常用的但是大纲要求的词汇也要记住，很可能听力中出现。

听力 买真题的带子，每天坚持听1小时，听不懂得就看看听力原文，把不认识的单词或词组弄明白。
带子需要反复听，不要嫌烦，要做到带子中说上句，你就能说出下句。

阅读 四级考试重点放在阅读上，阅读占40%的比例，所以有人说：“过阅读者，四级胜。
”就是这样的。
有一些应试的东西，保证在没看懂题目的情况下尽可能的作对题目，以下是一位恩师告诉我的方法，请看： 具体做法：逆向做题，根据答案去分析出题者的意图。
1）划出每道题的正确答案。
一定要确保所依据版本的可靠性。
2）阅读题干。
3）找到该题在原文中所对应的位置。
4）阅读全文，找出原文中干扰性的因素，即貌似标准答案而非标准答案的元素。
5）分析一下这些干扰性因素是如何被排除在标准答案之外的。
6）把分析过的题归纳成若干类，如细节题，推导题等。
7）再次总结概括该类的思路和考点。

你也可以买本作文范例的书，看着中文，把它翻译成英文，然后再和原文对应，看看哪里自己写得不好，写得不好的地方就是你要学习的地方。
