我的理解是：first ，你一定要梦想，只有有了梦想你才有了追求的目标，才有力量，才有方向和动力。
以我为例，考研可以说是我一直以来的梦想，只是由于种种原因，其中尤其是糟糕的英语，才暂时搁浅的，但是在我心中可以说这个梦想一直不曾消失，相反还越发强烈。
我想这就是“the power of the dream”，它会一直在你内心的最深处呼唤着你，指引你，督促和激励你。
这种力量是潜移默化的，是永恒持久的，是无比强大的。
因此我认为第一步就是确定你心中的“dream”，然后才能为之去拼搏努力。

英语学习心得 语言学习其实是最不应该正经八本地坐在写字台前伏案钻研的事情。
因为语言不像是其他学科那样需要理解和思考某种道理，我们学习一门新的语言的目的，说到底还是能跟人交流，能听得懂，说得顺，也就是英语老师经常强调的听、说、读、写。
学语言，要多感官学习，少思考道理，多实践和体会。
这里说的体会，意思就是把学到的语言当成是自己的母语一样去感受。
我的英语比别人学的略好一点，主要是因为我喜欢学，对英语文学，欧美文化感兴趣。
兴趣是最大的动力（motivation），想想假如你非常喜欢的一个明星讲英语，你平时能读到的关于TA的新闻（也就是追星）都只有英语新闻，那么你出于对于明星的喜爱，肯定会去努力看懂新闻。
所以培养自己的兴趣和好奇心，是学习语言的前提。
我刚上初中时，英语水平也就一般，但是印象最深的就是《展望未来》课本里有一节是讲菜谱的，课本里面食物的图片都非常精美，出于对“吃”的纯粹热爱，也出于老师要求第二天考试的压力，我一晚上背下了一整个菜谱。
有人说要想学会一门外语，最好的办法就是去当地生活，如果做不到，那次之的方法，就是看电影。

学习英语想与心得作为一个这么多年英语的中国学生，我的感想还是的，主要从下面两部分来一是我学习英语的经历，二我学习英语的经验及方法。
学习经历记忆中最早接触英语这门课是从小学三年级开始的。
那时我们的小学刚刚从三年级普及英语教学。
和大多数孩子一样，当时的我对英语可以说是一窍不通，只记得小学的课本上有很多的图片，老师布置作业就是把图片画出来，然后写上它的英文单词。
例如:床（bed）、伞（umbrella）、鞋（shoots）、铅笔（pencil）之类，都是一些很基础的单词。
那时的我对这些不感兴趣，倒是每次老师用录音机放磁带的时候，我很喜欢，也不知道为什么。
就是喜欢读，喜欢模仿磁带里的发音。
可以说，小学的我除了读，我什么都不会。
上了初中，英语被当做三大主课之一。
恰好的我的班主任也是英语老师。
无形之中，英语变得重要起来。
虽说也是从abc教起，但我刚开始的英语成绩却也平平。
为了改变这一状况，我在初一下学期开始努力，每天往老师办公室跑，向她请教。
课上我也积极主动发言，为此还得到了她的表扬。
也就是从这时开始，我觉得我找到了英语的“门”，觉得豁然开朗了。
这也成为我学习英语过程中的一个重要转折点。
随之而来的，是成绩的一天天提高。
在成绩的刺激下，渐渐地，我也喜欢上了这门课。
当然，付出是有回报的，我收获了接近满分的中考英语成绩。
这种对英语的喜爱也一直延续到了高中。
