一、上好英语作文课的前提——激情很多老师总会抱怨英语作文课难上，学生无话可写。
为什么英语作文课枯燥
那是因为你没有激发学生想写的欲望，没有创设写作的情景，也就是没有给学生作情感铺垫。
为了让学生有表达的欲望，今天我上课选取了写家乡美景为内容。
一上课，就以一曲优美的《走马仙女山》配以家乡的自然风光，让学生陶醉在家乡自然的美丽中，欲表达的情就在倾刻之间。
有情才能写，无情便无语。
二、上好英语作文课的关键——放缓坡度如果你一上课就给出一个题目，提出一大堆的要求，让学生自己绞尽脑汁作文，恐怕难有几个学生能胜任，尤其是中差生，更是会一筹莫展，无法下笔。
我们不妨给他们一个坡度，让学生跳一跳，能摘桃。
在写作之前，先让学生想出一些与主题相关的词,再用这些词造句,然后将这些句子进行美化,修改后,再进行取舍组合成段,再将段组成篇,最后进行修改订正成文。
这样一步步推进，学生就不会觉得很难了。
我在这节课上使用了词－句－段－篇的推进模式，引导学生由易到难，由短到长，最后连平时最差的学生也能写出一些句子了。
三、上好英语作文课的后劲——评改多样化对于学生而言，什么最给力
不是老师的评价，而是来自于学生的评价。
一次作文课的成功不能说明什么，关键是如何将这种成功变成一种永远的成功，变成学生在英语作文方面的可持续性发展，那就得在评改的形式上下功夫。
评改英语作文可以采取多种形式相结合，教师批改，优生批改，学生互相批改。
这好比一大树，教师批改是树干，决定树木的直立成长，优生批改是树枝，可以帮助主干获得更多能量，学生互相批改是树叶，可以在最大范围内获得阳光。
因此在学生完成作文后，我先让学生在小组内互相修改，互相学习，再去请一位比自己优秀的同学作自己个别指导，然后我随机抽取几位同学的作文打出投影让大家来评议，作出总结，归纳了1+2+1的模式，再让学生对比修改自己的作文。
差生有了模式可循，自然就不会觉得无从入手了。
四、上好英语作文课的备注——积累要想上好英语作文课，教师和学生的积累都很重要，有了大量的输入，才能有输出，教师有积累才有指导的方向，学生有了积累才能写出内容。
名师出高徒，教师知道怎么写好英语作文，才能教学生，如果什么是1+2模式，什么是1+2+1等模式都不知道，那指导出的学生一定也是乱七八糟，没有条理。
在平日教师还要指导学生进行大量的积累，收集好词佳句，背诵精典名篇。
“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”，有了积累的源头活水，才能流出一片汪洋。
总之，教师要想上好英语作文课，学生要想写好英语作文，不是一蹴而就的事，必须要靠教师长期摸索，鼓励学生坚持积累，对学生习作精心指导。
