在山东省临沂市沂南县铜井镇北部，坐落着一个已有几百年历史的古村落——竹泉村，元明时期叫泉上庄，清朝乾隆年间改名竹泉村。
这里靠山、依岭、临河，泉依山出、竹因泉生，村民绕泉而居、农耕为业，至今，仍是“竹林隐茅舍，户户临细流，田园瓜果香，居者乐而寿”，是中国北方难得一见的桃花源式的古式农村。
该村至少有四百年的历史，村民以高姓居多、赵姓次之，高氏族人明末兵部右侍郎高名衡、明末青州衡王府仪宾高炯都曾在此修建别墅，享受天趣，别墅屋基犹存。
竹泉村的来历
竹泉村（Bamboo spring village）位于山东省临沂市沂南县铜井镇，由明朝末年河南巡抚高名衡的堂兄弟高名寔迁此地隐居建成，迄今已有四百多年的历史。
竹泉村背倚玉皇山，中有石龙山，左有凤凰岭，右有香山河，前有千顷良田。
因村中有一清泉，泉边多竹，得名竹泉村。

暑假的时候，爸爸又带了一趟著旅游胜地，竹泉度。
一到了竹泉村，我就被这里景吸引了，一条条干干净净的路，一棵棵高大的树，可真是威风凛凛啊!我可喜欢这里的路了。
哎
还有小溪呢!小溪汩汩的流着，流向远方。
清清的溪水一点儿也没有垃圾，可真是漂亮。
竹泉村，当然是要有村子了，一户户人家瓜藤爬上屋檐。
一颗颗绿绿的瓜藤还好像是在比赛，比比谁怕的高、谁结的瓜最多、最大。
屋顶上、墙上、满是一些漂亮的瓜藤，瓜藤上结着许许多多、各式各样的瓜、有黄瓜等一些瓜。
过了一会，爸爸说带我们玩游戏，我们先去玩了滑滑龙，滑草，水上漂和各种游戏。
我们还看了古代的水车，石磨等。
还有清清的泉水，泉水是冰冰凉的，泉水中还有许多小石头及鹅卵石，脱下鞋来，软软的脚掌走在上面，别提多舒服了，我和弟弟玩起了打水仗。
我们玩的多么高兴、开心。
