临近夫子庙的瞻园竟然有两种门票，而且团比散客票的价格还高者日前接到读供的消息，前往探访后发现，两种门票的差异背后很有些“委曲”。
票价不同游览内容却一样 记者在瞻园大门前看到，大门两侧分别设有团体购票处和散客购票处两个售票点， 散客票每位15元，而团队票每位40元。
记者买了15元的“太平天国历史博物馆”的门票，经过检票处后，一个旅游团队正好也在导游带领下入园游览，记者注意到这些游客手上拿着的40元门票上写着“明王府·瞻园”。
但记者发现，两种门票包括的游览内容几乎没有什么差别。
记者与一位济南的游客聊起来，他告诉记者：“这个瞻园原来是没有的，是他们到南京后加的景点，在汽车上导游按每人40元收，好像每个游客都参加了。
”记者出来后询问票房两种票有何差异，一位工作人员说，40元的票有讲解员，15元的没有。
记者此时注意到，团队游客进门时，都会领到印有相同数字的参观游览证，并且有专人统计每个团队的人数。
门票价差导游只拿三分之一 一位经营南京一日游的旅行社负责人对记者抖出了瞻园门票价差的内幕。
目前南京做一日游的旅行社，都把瞻园作为“热门”的自费项目来推，导游对瞻园的热衷程度远超明孝陵、中山陵等“世界遗产级”的景点。
导游之所以厚此薄彼，主要是缘于门票返利的利益驱动。
这位负责人说，瞻园大门口标明的团体票40元，其实是给外地游客看的，导游在窗口买票时并没有花这么多钱。
一般40元的门票，导游只付给售票处20元，差价的20元由导游个人、旅行社、司机分别拿三分之一，年底还可获得5元返点。
匆匆一过的外地游客根本发现不了其中的名堂。
而如果有游客问起15元的散客票，只要以“游览内容不一样”就很容易搪塞过去了。
据了解，15元的散客票主要是针对本地游客，半价只有7元。
低价“缺口”要一点点找回来 这位人士说，团队票比散客票价格还高，这种“怪现象”折射了目前国内旅游市场低价竞争的现状。
目前很多旅游团在接受游客报名时的报价都非常优惠，明显低于成本，而这个“缺口”就要通过自费项目等手段一点一点地找回来。
地接社从组团社接游客，导游从地接社领走游客，司机提供车辆，这些环节都存在不同程度的价格“缺口”，因此，由导游“导演”、司机配合的自费项目中获得的返利，大家都要拿一块。
在这样的背景下，返利多的景点，对导游的吸引力自然就大。
而像明孝陵、中山陵这些景点给导游的返利较小，就逐渐被冷落。
目前，很多“一日游”已经没有明孝陵，中山陵出现得也越来越少。

游客报名不能只图便宜 记者昨天采访了一位导游，他说，这种情况在国内其他地方很普遍，南京游客在外地也时常遇到这样的情况，可以说，这已经成为旅游业的“行规”。
但导游也没有办法，旅行社不给导游开工资，甚至还跟导游收“人头费”，导游不得已只好通过拿回扣来获得报酬，先是填补“缺口”，然后才能赚一些“利润”。
一位业内人士说，只要旅游业低价竞争的“怪圈”不破，这个问题就很难解决。
而吃亏的是图便宜的消费者，钱其实并没少花，真正值得去的景点却去不了。
相对来说，报名时价格较高的团，强迫自费的情况要少一些。
