青秀山又名青山，是南宁的国家AAAAA级景区。
泰青岭，因林木青翠，山势秀拔而得名。
它海拔有289米，占地近78公顷，山上林木茂盛遮天蔽日，清风吹过时，发出海涛般的声浪，形成青山著名一景――青山松涛。
青秀山顶上耸立的宝塔叫龙象塔，俗称青山塔，它是青秀山的象征，始建于明万历年间，共有九层，高60米，塔基直径12米，有207级旋梯，为广西最高的塔。
登上塔顶，可眺望远近一二十里的风光，南宁城景色更是一览无遗。
与满山青翠的树木相映的是山腰上天池和瑶池这两个巨大的人工湖。
天池面积达15000平方米，水深2—3米，池水波光粼粼，青松翠柏、蓝天白云倒映水中瑶池位于供有壮族女神洛甲、聪明女神布劣陀和勇敢之神布伯三尊石神像的佛堂“三宝堂”的东边，面积5000平方米，池中立有王母娘娘塑像59作，东沿岸的花岗岩青石上刻有八仙聚会瑶池的浮雕图，形态栩栩如生。
