2009年广西导游人员资格考试的通知 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 各市旅游局： 根据《导游人员管理条例》、《导游人员管理实施办法》和国家旅游局关于导游人员资格考试的有关文件精神，我局定于2009年12月组织导游人员资格考试，现就有关事项通知如下： 一、报名条件 （一）中华人民共和国公民； （二）遵纪守法，热爱祖国，坚持四项基本原则； （三）具有高级中学、中等专业学校或者以上学历； （四）身体健康。
二、报名程序 2009年导游人员资格考试同时采取现场报名和网上报名两种报名方式，新报考人员可任选其中一种方式报名，加试人员须到现场报名。
（一）现场报名 1、报考人员应认真填写《导游人员资格考试报名表》（附后），由所在单位人事部门（待业人员由户口所在地街道办事处，在校学生由学校）对申请人进行审核盖章，然后到所在地旅游局报名。
2、区直驻邕单位报考人员可直接到广西旅游人才培训中心报名。
3、在校学生由学校统一组织报名。
4、报名时须出示身份证、学历证明并提供复印件各一份；县级以上医院出具的近期（一年内）健康证明；交近期一寸彩色免冠证件照3张。
（二）网上报名 考生登录广西旅游在线（ ）,点击进入2009年导游人员资格考试报名系统，按提示进行报名操作。
报名成功后，考生须自行打印报名表并盖章后连同其它材料于9月30日前交到所在地旅游局，同时缴纳报名费。
区直考生也可以通过银行缴费（户名：广西旅游人才培训中心，帐号：45001604258050502524，开户行：建行南宁新民路支行），然后凭缴费回执到广西旅游人才培训中心交验相关材料。
三、报名时间 报名时间为2009年9月17日至9月30日。
请各市旅游局严格按照要求，认真做好报名的组织、审核和汇总工作，并于10月15日前将报名情况录入后（样表附后）用EXCEL格式报广西旅游人才培训中心，逾期不予受理。
四、考试内容 考试分为笔试和现场导游考试两部分。
（一）笔试分为导游基础知识（全国部分和广西部分）、导游实务与政策法规，英语类考生需加考英语。
（二）现场导游考试内容包括景点讲解、导游规范、特殊问题处理及应变能力。
1、景点讲解的抽签题，除考生所在地区有代表性的景点外，还包括广西概况、广西壮族自治区博物馆与文物苑、桂林漓江、芦笛岩、柳州大龙潭公园、北海银滩、桂平西山、凭祥友谊关等。
2、导游规范和特殊问题处理及应变能力，以《导游实务》教材相关章节内容为主。
3、考生现场导游考试时必须使用所报语种应试。
（三）已取得导游员资格证书的考生可申请加试其它语种。
加试英语的考生需参加英语笔试和现场导游考试，加试其它外语和中文方言的考生需参加现场导游考试。
五、考试时间和地点 （一）笔试 日期 时间 科目 12月7日 9:00--11:00 导游基础知识 12月7日 15:00--17:00 导游实务与政策法规 12月8日 9:00--11:00 英语 （二）现场导游考试时间另行通知。
（三）考试分南宁、柳州、桂林、北海和桂林旅专5个考区进行。
柳州市、桂林市、北海市的考生在本考区应试；来宾市考生在柳州考区应试；贺州市考生在桂林旅专考区应试；其他考生在南宁考区应试。
六、教材 2009年导游人员资格考试辅导教材为自治区旅游局编写的2007年版辅导教材和修订版，英语笔试教材使用国家旅游局人教司编写、由旅游教育出版社出版的导游人员资格考试《英语》教材。
七、考前培训 为保证培训质量，各培训单位要做好考前培训的教学计划、课程安排，并报自治区旅游局人教处审批。
培训时间应不少于120课时。
八、费用 （一）考生报名考试费235元\\\/人，报名时交由各市旅游局代收。
（二）加试英语的考生报名考试费为100元\\\/人，加试其它外语和中文方言的考生报名考试费为55元\\\/人。
（三）培训费由各培训单位按物价部门审批的收费标准收取。
