李鸿章故居与享堂英语导游词

文革中只因李鸿章故居已被改作它用，才得以幸存，使整体风貌维持了原状。
但内部的一些珍贵用材、木雕等，被铲除变卖了。
李鸿章享堂和墓地在一九三八年五月是日本军队兵临合肥时遭到第一次毁坏，第二次是五十年代末的大跃 进、大炼钢铁时被破坏，享堂周围一带扩进工厂，享堂内的木材被拆去炼了铁，部分房间改做了工厂的办公室、幼儿园和库房。
而墓地则被削平，尸首未留。

但由于没钱修复一直处于自生自灭状态。
一九九七年十月，李鸿章故居才按照有关专家的设计方案进行修复、补齐、复原。
