(欢迎辞)天柱山位于潜山县城西北部，因主峰如一柱擎天而得名，东枕长江，西连大别山，雄峙(zhi)江淮，风景区面积 82.46平方公里，其主峰天柱峰海拔1488米.境内山奇水秀,古迹众多. 天柱山的自然景观令人叹为观止。
峰无不奇，石无不怪，洞无不杳，泉无不秀。
“天柱一峰擎日月，洞门千仞锁云雷”，是白居易赞美天柱山的诗句;诗人李白有“奇峰出奇云，秀水含秀气”之赞。

她有充溢阳刚之气的“擎天一柱”，即有奇松怪石、流泉飞瀑，又有峡谷幽洞、险关古寨，还有全国第三大高山人工湖“炼丹湖”，真是目不暇接，美不胜收。
天柱山在 1982 年被国务院列为首批国家重点风景名胜区.1992年被林业部批准为国家森林公园。
2000年被国家平为AAAA级风景名胜区天柱山古称南岳,又名皖山,霍山,潜山,皖公山,万岁山, 天柱山是霍山山脉的主峰,地貌上属侵蚀为主的中低山区.局部高山，山体呈北西向延伸。
早在唐宋时期，佛、道两教视此为“洞天福地”，当年佛教禅宗三祖僧璨在此修行，安贫乐道。
故称“ 三祖寺” 又名“三谷寺”“乾元禅寺”始建于梁武帝时（502—549年）唐宋时此寺香火鼎盛一时，被佛家奉为禅宗三祖道场，南派丛林，殿宇林立，香烟缭绕，已成为全国重点寺庙。

天柱山在长江北岸、安徽省潜山境内,因其高耸挺立，如巨柱擎天而得名。
天柱山过去还有潜山、皖山、万岁山称。
据说，称万岁山是因汉武帝南巡时，亲临皖山设台祭岳，敕封皖山为“南岳”，在祭岳时，人群高呼万岁，所以将此山称为万岁山。
隋唐以后，南岳改为衡山，天柱山被列为国内五大镇山之“中镇”。
唐代大诗人李白曾写了一着赞美天柱山风景奇秀的诗“江上望皖公山”，皖公山即天柱山，诗云：“奇峰山奇云，秀木含秀气。

Today I am very pleased to show you The Dabieshan National Forest Park.The Dabieshan National Forest Park lies in mountain areas in the north part of Huanggang city . It is a newly exploitable scenery tourist zone and almost 85% area covered by forest. It is well known for various species, rare plants and animals, oriental drugs, and delicious fruits. It is also famous for the beautiful scenery and different culture. The whole park consists of the Heaven Valley, Bodao Mountain, Jiuzi River, and Heaven Lake Garden and so on. Now I will visit these scenic spots of Dabieshan.The Heaven Valley is the main mountain of Dabieshan in Hubei Province and Anhui Province and it is at the boundary of: Luotian, Yingshan and Jinzai. The main mountain is as high as 1729ms, and named as “the No.1 Mountain in the Central Plain”. It is 10 km’s long and about 5 km wide, so the total area of about 50 km⒉ The Heaven valley is famous for its steep mountains, peaceful valley and clean water. Along the valley, the Taoist Rock, the Ape-crying Chine (山脊), the Bamboo Shoots of Double Stone, and the Nine Circles etc. are all scare sceneries. The rock pines are as pretty as natural bonsais(盆景). The Huang hibiscus, the peony, the orchid are all oriental plants. The wild animals such as the musk cat, the hedgehog and the python, which only eats the wisteria, are so rare. There are also many scare drugs here. So, it has been called as the “green ecological garden of the east of HuBei Province” for a long time. For its dangerous landform, the Heaven Valley was always the military key site in history. Even today some remains of war can be found here, such as the remain of the rebelling against Yuan dynasty led by Cheng Lan in Song dynasty, the old site of Holy Hall built by Xu Shouhui at the end of Yuan dynasty and so on. The Heaven Lake lies between two towns-the Jiuzi River town and the Dadi Basin(大地坳); It is an artificial lake, and is about 5 kms long, 0.5 kms wide.
