总结一下，比较一下优劣把导游资格证挂人才中心的好处就是自由，想什么时候拿就什么时候拿，可以申请只在那儿放几个月，反正一个月是20，一年打折下来200，还要交个什么200的保证金还是什么的，但是就是自由，自己利用关系去找旅行社能带团不好的地方就是得自己去旅行社找团，人才中心不负责找团把导游资格证挂在旅行社的好处就是有团但不好的地方就是不自由了，以后想要再把这个证转出来就非常麻烦。
