目前，营口北海海洋公园已经全面开放，开始迎接八方游客。
为了方便百姓到此休闲娱乐、旅游观光，营口交运集团公汽公司已经开通试运行营口市区至北海海洋公园旅游专线（如遇雨、雪、雾等特殊天气停运）。
能在休息之余抽空到北海吹吹海风、看看风景，对很多生活在城市里的人们来说，无疑是件乐事。
市民李先生之前是在网上看到我市将要开通北海海洋公园旅游专线，所以，今天早早就在始发站点等候旅游公交的到来，他说：“我从来没去过北海，趁这两天有空闲时间，可以到那看看海边的风景，吹吹海风，放松心情，而且，也免去了到盖州再次倒车的麻烦，感觉就是很方便。
