英语必须积累，达到一定量了，才会有质的提高，如你要坚持背诵单词（放到句子中理解），平时要阅读文章、小说之类；当然如果你水平低，语法什么的也要系统学一遍，并且刚开始的时候还要分析你读到的每个句子的语法，最后熟了就好了；语文，你要是平时阅读多， 有语感就好些；还有就是你平时读完文章后要先有自己的感想、思考，这样有利于你做阅读理解和写作；再就是，自己找来一些题，自己做，做完后对照答案分析拿不到高分的原因，学习一定要有自主性，不可被考试过多打倒，也不可盲目跟从老师的步伐
