进入宣传部的心得感想怎么写
我清楚地记得当时到宣传试时的情景，宣传作感想。
笑着说：“或许我现在什不会，对手工制作、视频、新闻稿等有关宣传工作的核心能力一窍不通，但是我相信态度决定高度，我能通过锻炼自己来达到宣传部所要求的高度。
”经过一个多月的工作，我才真正认识到我这番话代表的分量。
首先，师兄师姐将我纳入宣传部这个大家庭是对我的信任，也是对我的考验。
师兄师姐扮演的更多是引导者的角色。
就像上次学院迎新晚会手工制作的安排，诗妍师姐只是简单解释了制作思路。
每个小组接到任务，起初只是对着一堆杂乱的材料茫然无措。
经过讨论，每个小组都创造性地融入了自己一些新奇的想法。
虽然牺牲了双休日宝贵的休息时间，但当看到自己的想法一个个变成现实，每个成员心里都洋溢着一种无法言说的快乐。
让我印象深刻的还有前几天写“西方文化之旅”系列讲座第一站的新闻稿。
因为校园网编辑器不稳定，所以每次将新闻稿录入院网是一件很伤脑筋的事。
一边是部长们的催促，一边是不争气的校园网编辑器。
我担心完成不了任务，连晚饭都没来得及吃。
结果在电脑上工作了五个小时，本以为这次这次一定成功，但是还是出现了问题。
最后还是月明师姐帮的忙，才解决了这令人头痛的难题。
最后看到院网上符合编辑要求的文章，我才长长地舒了一口气，心里的大石总算落了地。
的确，将一件事出色地完成，需要付出多少的汗水与努力啊
每次学院大大小小的活动，都可以看到宣传部工作人员忙碌的身影。
我又不由得想起了宣传部响当当的口号“车到山前必有路，有路必有宣传部
”每一次，我都能够感受到集体智慧的力量。
学院品牌活动“MT”即将隆重登场，而宣传部的筹备工作也在紧张并且有条不紊地进行着。

————————在宣传部工作工作了一年多，很荣幸也很乐意呆在宣传部，经过这一年多的磨砺，我已经渐渐习惯了学生会的生活，中午去学生会签到和很多好朋友一起聊天一起工作，共同完成团委老师和部长分配的任务，在学生会的工作可以说是“痛并快乐着”，每一份辉煌的背后是鲜为人知的付出，每一份辛酸的背后是坚苦卓绝的奋斗，我深刻体味着每一份辛酸与辉煌带给我的震撼，一步一步成长壮大。
学生会的工作原则是有活动集体出动，在最初的时候我是有自己的看法的，我们宣传部每天那么辛苦，画展板，清理宣传栏的小广告，挂条幅，写海报，看似平凡简单的工作却有着很大的工作难度和工作量，忙完自己的工作还要去其他部帮忙，印象最深刻的是一天到晚除了上课不停的忙，经常在宿舍楼熄灯后摸回宿舍然后摸到床上睡觉，其中的辛苦自是不可言味。
然而有句话说“珍珠的璀璨源自贝壳的眼泪，人生的辉煌源自不懈的奋斗”，自己的工作得到大家赞赏与认可的那一刻，所有的抱怨都抛到九霄云外更九重，烟消云散了。
大一招新之后，我们部迎来了一大批新的成员，与他们的第一次接触是去南校区布置校庆会场，从那时起我们部这个集体在我心中便有了最直观的定义＿＿活泼。
真正给人一种亲和力，一种家的感觉。
90后孩子们激情活泼可爱的一面在我们部得到了完美体现。
后来又和大家一起做展板，一起准备学生会内部的晚会，每一个过程都是一段值得永久保存的记忆。
咱们部也不是完美无缺的，也是存在一些问题。
比如时间观念问题，学习和工作之间的关系处理问题，还有工作效率低下问题都是亟待解决的问题，做展板没有必要非得熬到十一点才算最好，提高工作效率，完善工作机制，细化具体分工，工作中做到人人知道做什么，怎么做，做到权责明确，效率领先，这样不但节省工作时间，更使宣传部的工作更加条理化、规范化。
做任何事，我始终认为过程比结果更重要，无论我的人生以何种轨迹规划生命的弧线，我只知道流星划过天际璀璨辉煌的背影，曾经感动着每一个用心仰望的守望者，感言《宣传部工作感想》。
