关于普通高中学生资助卡
高中资助卡是使用专用标识代码、面向享受国家政策待遇的学生发行的、用于国家发放的借记卡，卡面式样统一设计，印有“学生资助卡”字样。
为体现国家对家庭经济困难学生的关怀，发卡行免收开卡手续（工本）费、三年内享受免年费和，免费提供入账短信通知服务。
高中资助卡项目于2012年秋季学期起，从入学新生开始实施。
制度设计：1.在办卡环节实行“一人一卡、集中申领、本人激活”，严格落实账户实名制，防范虚假、伪冒办卡。
2.要求建立信息反馈、统计制度，及时向三部委报送高中资助卡办卡、补换卡及助学金发放信息，便于政府部门掌握各地助学金发放进度和配套资金落实情况。
