香港叱咤乐坛流行颁奖典礼 是什么大奖 有多大 几年 一次? 有谁拿过 ,,,
叱咤乐坛流行榜颁奖典礼（英文：Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation）每年举办一次，初期的举办日子不定，通常在1月或2月上旬办行。
第一届（即88年度叱咤乐坛流行榜颁奖典礼）在1989年1月16日举行。
及后由于电脑化统计播放率，故商台由1995年1月1日元旦开始，订为每年元旦举行。
而举行场地亦由早年的红磡香港体育馆、香港大球场、香港会议展览中心，亦于亚洲国际博览馆Arena举行。
商业电台视该颁奖礼为电台每年一度盛事，旗下DJ亦倾巢而出，为颁奖礼担任司仪及其他台上台下的工作。

近年的网上重温叱咤903节目功能，全港乐迷有机会一同见证全年歌曲播放率的特殊变化，惹来极大争议，造马之声此起彼落，商业电台有操控歌曲播放率之嫌疑。
不过，由于奖项不滥发，增加歌手得奖、上台的难度，而歌手表达得奖感言的时间并没有限制，加上DJ精心安排的煽情台词，不少歌手在台上都会真情流露，或者因为感动而忍不住流泪。
叱咤乐坛流行榜颁奖典礼也是近年唯一一个香港的乐坛颁奖典礼允许歌手唱毕整首得奖歌曲(其他颁奖礼只能安排歌手唱半首歌曲)。
值得一提的是，尽管每年都会发生得奖名单网上曝光事件，近年更有多于一个版本的名单出现，而一些商业电台的听众亦根据歌曲的播放率推断赛果，但是和最后的得奖名单都有少许分别。
