Communication is very important to my college life. I study English hard as well. It makes me have many chances to communicate with foreigners. I made friends with many foreign teachers and students. From them, I learn many knowledge about foreign cultures. The computer room is another place I like to staying. I contact the outside world by the internet. All the News, advance science, and the information about internal and outside of China. Besides study, my college life is also very colorful. 心灵絮语-处入大学的感受晚自习后，与同学们走在回家的路上。

最后则是练军体拳，这是我最喜欢的项目，也许是最简单的，也许是最轻松的，我们有足够的时间歇息，放松。
军训是一种能增强我们身体素质和纪律意识的有力活动。
结束了几天的军事训练后，大家如同刚受阳光滋润过的小草般，充满着无限的冲劲，显得无比生机盎然。
静心回味起那短暂的时光：有泪、有汗、有痛，更有无止休的劳苦。
但是我们都坚强地挺了过来，因为我们都十分明白，这小小的劳苦与红军的二万五千里长征是无法相提并论的。
军训刚开始。
那“一二一”、“立正”、“稍息”、“齐步走”……一遍又一遍地反复着。
教官的嗓子早就嘶哑了，可他们仍然地认真改正我们每一个动作，这一切激励着我们，也要努力锻炼。
给我们训练的教官是一个十八岁的小伙子，他身材不高，年龄和我们相仿，甚者还比我们同学中有的人小，在他那稚气未脱的脸上写满了严肃和认真。
他还很爱笑，而且笑的时候原本就不大的眼睛变得更小了。
但是，教官在军训的时候对我们的要求还是很高的。
只要大家不努力，他就会批评我们；只要大家动作不规范，他就会一而再，再而三地示范给我们看。
这可是我第一次与军人接触。
最后一天是军训成果报告演出。
起先是领导查阅，然后是走队，经过了十天的训练，每个班都走得十分整齐。
接下来就是各项节目表演，有盾牌操，有女子舞蹈，最后是由我们八十人组成的巨形方阵，来表演军体拳。
我们做得整齐，口号响亮，为整个大会画上了完美的句号。
高中的军训，就在今天，圆满结束了。
回想起这些日子，我感慨良多。

“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东南西北风”是军训的结果。
炎炎烈日下，我们挥洒着汗水，却无怨无悔。
