1. 你拍的前一万张照是烂的。

2. 如果你的照片不够好，表示你离得不够近。
“if your pictures aren't good enough, you're not close enough.” - Robert Capa心得：Capa是位知名的战地摄影师，他的确要离炮弹比较近才能拍到精彩的照片，但我们现在摄影又不用以性命去拼，以现代摄影来说，这句话指的并不是说实体上的距离不够近，而是心境上的体会，如果你无法融入当下的的环境，心境无法去贴近你要拍摄的环境即对象，自然拍不出好照片，喔对了，Capa就是离太近结果最后踩到地雷去世。
3. 摄影机最重要的元件是在它后方十二寸的那玩意儿。
“The single most important component of a camera is the twelve inches behind it.” - Ansel Adams心得：意思是你的脑袋，相机本身不是最重要的，而是摄影师如果去思考并观看他要拍摄的主题。
4. 如果我透过观景窗看到某个我觉得熟悉的东西，我会试着去用不同的观点重新看一遍。

8. 当你的想像力无法集中时不能依赖你的眼睛。
“You cannot depend on your eyes if your imagination is out of focus” -Mark Twain心得：连马克·吐温都要来讲一句，应该是说当你的想像力无法聚焦时你应该谨慎思考你看到的人事物，因为你的眼睛可能已经放空无法以创意的角度去观看了。
9. 一张好的照片是知道该在哪里等待。
“A good photograph is knowing where to stand” -Ansel Adams心得：时机和地点在街头摄影里很重要，这也是为什么布列松说街头摄影不只是“寻找”画面的艺术，也是“等待”的艺术，在对的位置等待对的时间对的画面出现，并按下快门。
10. 真正的摄影作品不需要言语去说明，而且它也无法用言语说明。
“A true photograph need not be explained nor can it be contained in words” -Ansel Adams心得：的确，很多时候看到一张照片第一个反应是心脏跳的很快、心悸、情感反应，接下来才会试着用一些文字来表达自己的感觉，其实很多时候只要去感觉并享受一张摄影作品带给你的感觉，不见得要硬用言语或文字去形容什么。
11. 对我来说最难的是肖像摄影。
你必须要将摄影机放在一个人的皮肤与他的衣服之间。
“The most difficult thing for me is a portrait. You have to try and put your camera between the skin of a person and his shirt” -Henri-Cateir-Bresson心得：这句话的意思是说肖像摄影你必须要试着看透一个人，好咬闻嚼字啊布哥……12. 在摄影之前以及之后思考，千万不要在摄影当下思考。
街头摄影的秘密在于放慢步调。
速度不该太快。
你拍摄的主题必须要看不见你。
而你的速度必须要很快。
“Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, how ever, you must be very quick.” -Henri- Cateir-Bresson心得：街头摄影的确尽量不要让被拍摄对象发现你在拍他们，并且在拍摄前先想好构图，等待，让画面走向你，并在对的时候快速的按下快门。
布列松在街头摄影时大部分的时间是在某个地方等待画面的出现，并不是一直主动去发掘画面。
13. 如果你在看照片的时候能闻到街头摄味道，那就是街头摄影。
“If you can smell the street by looking at the photo, it's a street photograph” -Bruce Gilden心得：我们形容一个人“好有味道”，除了那人可能有狐臭之外，也是说他的某种气质很吸引人，Bruce Gilden说这句话的意思是若你的照片能清楚的传递“街头的张力”，那就是街头摄影，什么是街头的张力

14. 所有照片都是种宣传。
“All photography is propaganda” -Martin Parr心得：是啊，宣传摄影师的观点，这没什么好说的。

“I have discovered photography. Now I can kill myself. I have nothing else to learn.” -Picasso心得：也不用这样说啦毕哥，虽然在记录某个画面上摄影会比绘画快上数万倍，但绘画的笔触及抽象的画法还是摄影所不能及的，您就继续画画吧毕哥。
16. 如果你能保持冷静，那你将能得到一切。
“If you keep your cool, you'll get everything” -Elliott Erwitt心得：街头摄影的时候最重要的是保持冷静，冷静地观察，不要急着抓画面，不要像无头苍蝇一样到处看，试着在一个地点等一下。
保持冷静，清醒的头脑能让你更清楚地观察并知道什么时候该按快门。
17. 好的照片在于情感的深度，而非景深。
“Great photograph is about depth of feeling, not depth of field” -Peter Adams心得：很多人看到背景糊到巴黎跟八里都分不清楚的照片就会说：“哇好美的照片。
”任何人拿一颗F\\\/0.95的镜头把光圈调大，谁都能拍出奶油融掉般的背景，但真正的好照片是在于其中的故事及情感，而不只是靠糊到天荒地老的背景。
18. 很多时候最简单的照片反而是最难拍的。
“Sometimes the simplest picture are the hardest to get” -Neil Leifer心得：这句话我想到前面布列松说过肖像摄影，肖像摄影看似简单，拍摄对象坐得好好的让你拍，而且拍不好可以重拍，拍到你高兴，但是你想要拍到他的灵魂，让看照片的人能看透他，却几乎是不可能的事。

24. 别把相机收起来，除非你要离开拍摄现场。
“Don't pack up your camera until You've left the location” -Joe McNally心得：这句话我太有感觉了，常常觉得自己已经拍完了就把相机收起来往回走，但往回走的路上又看到很多很棒的画面却来不及将相机拿出来，除非你确定真的不想拍了，否则请不要将相机收起来，因为到你走进家门的前一刻都有可能会出现你想要拍摄的画面。
25. 我是个观光客。
“I'm a Tourist” -Gary Winogrand心得：观光客到一个新的地方通常看什么都拍，住家房子前的阶梯拍、电话亭拍、招牌、路标、路人、红绿灯也拍，什么看起来都新奇，街头摄影师也应该用这种态度在观看周围的人事物，街头摄影师是生命的观光客，或每天醒来都把自己当成外星人一般第一次造访地球，对身边的所有事物充满无限好奇，用不同的角度去观看熟悉的事物，这也是拍出精彩作品的秘诀，永远不要停止你的好奇及观察
