“为中华崛起而读书。
” 周恩来同志是全国各族人民敬爱的总理。
他一生为国为民鞠躬尽瘁，死而后已。
他在青少年时代，就富有革命理想，立志为兴我中华而读书。
1910年夏，12岁的周恩来，跟随伯父到东北奉天，先在铁岭银岗书院读了半年 书，后来，转入奉天关东模范学堂读书。
有一次，老师提出“为什么读书”的问题，要同学们回答。
有的说“为了明礼 而读书”，有的说“为了光宗耀祖而读书”，还有一个学生说“为了帮助父亲记账 而读书”，弄得哄堂大笑。
当老师问到周恩来时，他站起来响亮而严肃地回答说： “为中华崛起而读书。
”充分表达了少年周恩来要为祖国独立富强而发愤学习的宏 伟志向。
1912年10月，关东模范学堂隆重举行建校两周年纪念会。
当时，14岁的周恩来 感慨万分，挥笔写了一篇《关东模范学校第二周年纪念日感言》的作文。
他在文中 明确写道：“学生读书应以担负“国家将来艰巨之责任”为己任。
这篇优秀作文， 收录在《奉天教育品展览会国文成绩》一书中。
后来，周恩来转到天津南开中学读书。
他和同学们发起组织“敬业乐群会”。
在会刊《敬业》上，他发表了许多诗篇和文章。
其中有一首诗写道：“险夷不变应 尝胆，道义争担敢息肩
”抒发了他忧国忧民和发愤图强的情怀，表达了他立志革 命到底的崇高理想。
1917年，19岁的周恩来，为了寻求救国救民的真理，远涉重洋到日本留学。
临 行时赠给同学一首诗写道：“大江歌罢掉头东，邃富群科济世穷。
面壁十年图破壁， 难酬蹈海亦英雄。
”表示他决心钻研社会科学，挽救国家的危亡，以古人那种“面 壁十年”的刻苦精神，来改造当时的社会，即使壮志难酬，蹈海而死，也不愧为中 华儿女，充分表现了他年青时代的远大抱负。

其实这杯水的重量是一样的，但是你拿得越久，就越觉得沉重。
这就像我们承担着压力一样，如果我们一直把压力放在身上，不管时间长短，到最后就觉得压力越来越沉重而无法承担。
我们必须做的是放下这杯水，休息一下后再拿起这杯水，如此我们才能拿的更久。
所以，各位应该将承担的压力于一段时间后适时的放下并好好的休息一下，然后再重新拿起来，如此才可承担更久。
