由于时代的脚步，我们不得不更新自己的思维，对于双语教育也越来越重视了，而我自身也学习了多种语言（英语、日语、法语等）我把我学习的经验介绍给你吧O 兴趣是最好的教师，让孩子们对学习产生兴趣，从枯燥的教学模式中走出来，从那种教师给学生布置学习任务，我要你学，学生被动地学习，被动地接受而转变为学生自己感兴趣，产生强烈的求知欲，感受求知的乐趣，感受获得知识的成就感和欢乐。
双语教学尤其如此。
“双语教学”既不同于普通的外语教学，也不同于用母语进行的学科教学，“双语教学”的意义在于通过双语的教与学架设一座由母语专业知识体系到外语专业知识体系的桥梁，双语教学的实践更是一种新的教学理念和学习方式的探索，是在师生互动中展开教学 的一种新的教学摸式。
如果教学方法不当，课堂沉闷乏味，只会加重学生的负担，使学生产生畏惧心理，畏难情绪，失去学习的乐趣和动力，产生厌学心理，影响青少年的健康成长。

Motivation——动机原则 激发学生的学习动机，会产生巨大的学习动力。
动机是激励人们进行某种活动的内部动力或内部原因。
学习动机指“激发个体进行学习活动、维持已引起的学习活动，导致行为朝向一定的学习目标的一种内在过程或内部心理状态。
” 动机越崇高，所产生的动力就越强大，越持久。
如“为中华之崛起而读书”就是激发刻苦学习的动机，是一种崇高的动机。
在课堂上，我对学生说：汉语是世界上使用人数最多的语言，也是最难掌握的语言，我们有幸为中国人，天然的有利条件使我们能流利地使用汉语表达我们的思想，我们在语言的世界里已拥有了一件强大的武器；而英语，是，随着中国加入，中国与世界的联系日益紧密，全球经济趋向一体化，要想在激烈的国际竞争中处于优势，我们就需要了解世界和让世界了解中国，只有这样，才能更有效地参与国际竞争。
英语就是我们交流的工具和武器。

Hobby——兴趣原则 只有动机还是不够的，还要引发学生学习的兴趣，因为兴趣是最好的教师。
兴趣会使学习者在学习时感到，学习不是任务，没有压力，而是一种快乐，是一种高层次的享受。
“兴趣维持着个体恒常的脑的优越状态。
兴趣驱使人指向所愿意接近的对象，驱策人对事物进行钻研和探索，这一特点使人易于保持积极状态，兴趣能派生快乐和安逸，舒畅和满意。
” 双语教学中，一定要运用适当的方法引发学生的兴趣，让学生感受到英语的魅力，感受到学习的乐趣。

如讲述人应有善良的品德时，我引用了英国诗人卡里的是诗歌： Kind hearts are the gardens, 善良的心地是花园， Kind thoughts are the roots, 善良的思想是根株， Kind words are the blossom, 善良的语言是花朵， Kind deeds are the fruits . 善良的行为是硕果。
优美的诗歌，陶冶孩子们的心灵，使学生体会到善良的品质的宝贵，把抽象的理念变得生动、形象。
在双语教学中，还可以引用外语电影（movies）原文，如在讲述一课时，我引用电影中女主角的一段话：My God! Make me a bird, so I can fly, far far away from here.(上帝啊，把我变成一只鸟吧，让我远远地飞离这里吧)。
精彩的对白，强烈的情感，使孩子们认识到，家庭的幸福有多么重要。
而且当孩子们感到原来外文原版电影的对话我们也能懂，会增强他们学习的信心和乐趣。
引用名人名言（famous quotations）也是引起学生兴趣的很有效的办法。
在讲述人的社会化一课时，我引用了Sailing without an aim is like sailing without a compass.(生活没有目标好像航海没有罗盘)帮助学生树立正确的人生目标。
又引用了的名言Success is one per cent inspiration and ninety nine per cent perspiration（成功是百分之一的灵感加上百分之九十九的汗水），使同学们懂得要努力学习才能成功。
又引用西蒙斯的“Industry keeps the body healthy, the mind clear, the heart whole, the purse full。
” （勤奋使身体健康，使心情开朗，使思想专注，使经济充裕）通过引用这些饱含着智慧的名言，起了励志作用，又激发了学生的兴趣。
讲述一些有趣的故事会引起学生的兴趣。
历史本是活生生的，但如果照本宣科，就会变得枯燥、单调。
我用英汉双语讲述华盛顿Father of his Country .The American people love and admire George Washington, their first President. They honor him in books, in monuments, and in these words : first in peace, and first in the hearts of his countrymen. 林肯的奋斗历程，马丁 路德 金的梦想，都有很优美的英文故事。
在一个个美丽的故事中，陶冶了同学们的情操，在愉悦中培育了学生的品格。
Simple——简约原则 用双语授课，要尽量用简单的词汇来讲述。
要使学生能够听得懂，尽量少用比较生的词汇，以免学生产生畏难情绪和逆反心理。
使学生易于接受，乐于接受。
符合认知规律，认知规律是在学习知识过程中，由简单开始，随着知识的积累，视野日益开阔，认知能力日益增强。
一般说来，双语教学有三个层次的要求：即第一是在学科教学中做简单渗透，比如教师在上课时可以用英语讲述重要定理和关键词，运用一些常用的、基本的口语等，从而使学生可以多获得一些听、说的机会，提高外语水平；第二是整合层次。
教师在学科教学时可以交替使用中英文，让学生听懂、且学会如何用外语表达学科知识内容；第三是用双语思维层次，要求教师和学生都能在课堂中熟练使用母语和外语来学习知识，思考解答问题。
我教的学生是初中年级，处于整合层次和双语思维层次的过渡阶段，单词量有限，所以要尽量用浅显的语言来讲。
由浅而入，由易入难，趣味生动，让学生易学、乐学，逐渐地、适当增加深度，每次前进一点点。
随着知识日渐渐丰富，能听懂的、能用英文表达的越来越多了，此时，蓦然回首，看看走过的路，师生都会充满成就感和幸福感。
在注重简单易懂的同时，还要强调语言的优美。
简单不等同于粗陋。
这就像中国的写意画，简单的线条，略略几笔，却能勾画出优美的图画。
用英语来说就是simple but elegant.如在讲述一课时，我用East and west, home is best.(金窝、银窝，不如自己的土窝)这句简单而优美的话来讲家的温馨可爱；用林肯的朴实真挚的All I am, or I can be, I owe to my angel mother(我的存在，我的所能，都归功于我慈爱的母亲)来抒发母爱的伟大；用Blood is thicker than water.(血浓于水)来形容血缘亲情的宝贵。
这些话语虽然简单，但充满了优美的韵味和深刻的哲理，又朗朗上口，效果很好。
Humanism——人文原则 教育的主体是学生，是活生生的人，所以要以人为本，培养学生的人文情怀。
前言指出：“从历史中汲取智慧，养成现代公民应具备的人文素养，以应对新世纪的挑战。
”明确提出培养“人文素养”是历史课程的“基本理念”。
中学生正处于一个特殊的生理和心理发展时期，求知欲强，性格的可塑性很大，正是世界观人生观形成时期，也是性格形成并趋于成熟时期。
“青年时代培养崇高的人生观、道德观，胸怀为国为民的志向，必然会使学生具备崇高的情感，”有顽强的毅力克服学习和生活中遇到的种种困难。
“意志是人自觉地克服困难去完成预定目的的心理过程，是人的主观能动性的突出体现。
”历史上很多重要人物之所以能做出惊人的业绩，是与他们具有顽强坚韧、百折不回的性格分不开的。
美国的正当壮年时却得了脊髓灰质炎，半身瘫痪、言语不清，但他以惊人的毅力战胜了疾病，重返政坛，坐着轮椅冲上了总统的宝座。
他当选时，正值美国经济大萧条时期，席卷世界的经济危机使全国一片恐慌，。
罗斯福在首次就职演说中铿锵有力地说：“我们唯一值得恐慌的就是恐惧本身，是那种无名地、没有道理的、毫无根据的害怕。
”他大刀阔斧地推行了一系列改革措施，稳定了社会秩序，恢复了经济，以后又在反法西斯战争中做出了贡献。
正如1954年诺贝尔文学奖获得者海明威在他的获奖作品《老人与海》中告诉我们的：“一个人并不是生来要给打败的，你尽可以消灭他，可就是打不败他。
”通过这些事例的分析讲授，易于激起同学们的热情，有利于培养学生形成顽强坚韧、不畏艰险、百折不回的性格。
在双语教学中，用英语讲述这些历史人物的业绩和品格，既提高了学生的英语水平，又培养了他们顽强坚韧、不畏挑战的精神。
Prize——赞扬原则 疯狂英语的创始人李阳说过，赞扬是人类生活的阳光。
在课堂上，对学生的表现及时给予肯定、鼓励和赞扬，会激发学生的积极性。
每个人都有被肯定的渴望，都希望得到别人的认同，青少年尤其如此。
“在课堂过程中，学生能够不断地获得成功的学习经验，而成功的学习经验又会使他们在随后的学习中获得进一步的满足。
教师的赞扬，同学的羡慕和钦佩，在班级中地位的提高，使其受尊重的需要得到满足”。
所以当学生表现好时，要赞扬、鼓励，如You did a good job.(做得真棒
)Well done! Well done! (做得好
做得好
) That’s great !（太好了
） That’ amazing! (你太令人吃惊了
)I didn’t expect you to do such a good job.（没想到你做得这么好
）I’m very proud of you.（我为你感到非常骄傲。
）适度的鼓励和赞扬，会使个体的自尊心得到满足，自信心得以增强。
得到教师的赞扬是学生自我价值得到肯定的证明，“因此教师要重视情感投资，与学生建立起互相尊重和互相信赖的师生关系，不以权威、监督员的形象出现在学生的面前，而是通过自己的言行传递给学生亲切、鼓励、信任、尊重的情感信息”，使学生乐于开口讲英语，享受用另一种语言表达的乐趣。
教师的赞扬，如同阳光，映照同学们的笑脸，一片灿烂，会使学习变成乐趣,变成享受
