1、成功不是将来才有的，而是从决定去做的那一刻起，持续累积而成。
2、财富是猫的尾巴，只要勇往直前，财富就会悄悄跟在后面。
3、不要说没体力，不要说对手肘子硬，不要说球太滑，你只需做好基本功。就算对手难缠，就算他小动作多，就算他嘴里不干净，你只需做好基本功。
4、创业前的准备，创业过程中的坚持都至关重要。

半夜里，静悄悄的。忽然，一阵微弱的声音在空气中荡漾开来，细一听，原来是小明铅笔盒里发出的声音。难道它们忙了一整天不觉得累吗？真不会享受。
一只铅笔说："钢笔弟弟，你评评理，我们一生下来就要为坏蛋人类服务呀！难道我们的身份就低贱些吗？小明整天对我们大吵大闹，随随便便地就打我们。瞧！弟弟，你看我的屁股被擦成什么样子了。哎！我们真是可怜啊！"
钢笔听了铅笔的话，说："铅笔哥哥，你说得非常正确，小明对我可坏了。我帮他天天写字，他还成天地虐待我，欺负我。我没有功劳也有苦劳吧！他三天两头对我大吼大叫，随随便便地就摔我，我美丽的身子都被他摔得不成样子了。哎！真不应该啊！"
铅笔一本正经地说："弟弟，既然小明对我们这么坏，那我们就给他点颜色看看吧！"
钢笔说："好。哥哥，我早就有这个想法了。"
第二天，小明要写
在"牢房"里，铅笔又对钢笔说："弟弟，刚才的事情想必你都看得清清楚楚了吧！待会他就要把你拿出去了，你千万不要向这个坏蛋主人屈服呀！咱们虽然是一支令人不起眼的笔，但也要有骨气。我们不给他个厉害瞧瞧，他还以为我们好欺负呢！"
接着小明又把钢笔从"牢房"里拿了出来，想让钢笔为他忠心服务。钢笔受了哥哥的影响，也变得更有骨气了。小明又涮涮地写起来。"哎！怎么也写不出字来了，难道没墨水了吗？"小明捏住笔管，用力一挤，一大团墨水涌出来，滴在了小明的作文本上。小明一气之下把钢笔狠狠地摔了一下，又把钢笔关进了"牢房".刚才的一切都被小明的同桌——小华给看见了。小华劝他说："小明，你这样做是不对的`，咱们将心比心，假如你是它们，它们这样的对待你，你会怎么想。"小明听了这句话，脸红了。他对他以前做的事情深感后悔。小明再也不虐待它的文具了，而是把它们当好朋友一样看待。铅笔、钢笔看到他的主人弃恶从善了，更加勤恳地为小明服务了。
有了铅笔、钢笔的帮助，小明的成绩更上一层楼了，字也写得越来越漂亮。
