一学期的口语教学任务接近尾声，即使学院不要求，现在也很有必要做一下总结，这对于一个正在成长和进步中的对外汉语教师来说十分重要。我要争取每期工作结束后都能为自己留下点儿什么。
我很幸运能有机会担任汉语学院本科教育一年级的口语课程。很感谢领导的信任，把这么重要的任务交给我。很感谢学校给我这个对外汉语教师行业的新生儿成长的空间。所以对于本次教学任务我很重视，也很珍惜。这主要表现在以下方面：
首先，每次课前我都会认真地准备，自己拿不准的地方求助于词典。我很清楚自己所教的对象不是普通的汉语学习者，而是未来的汉语专业人士。正确是第一位的。这当然是每一个教师首先应该追求的，但对于教未来的汉语专业人士，这一点及其重要。如果他们学到了错误的东西，是不能被社会原谅的。
其次，上课时提前十分钟到达教室。从教学经验和教龄来说，我还属于最低的那一级。教学上在短时间内无法达到专家级水平的情况下，我能做的只有保持不折不扣的教师形象。中国有句俗话，“做什么要有什么的样子”。这是做好任何事情的前提。
再次，课间积极和学生交流，了解他们的学习生活状况。爱学生、关心学生是教师必备的职业素质，也是教师的责任。帮助他们，让他们生活无忧、心无杂念，一心用在学习上也是老师应该做的。多和学生交流，找到学生的兴趣，也好改进自己教学方法，有的放矢。
除了以上表现外，本学期的教学实践给予我的更重要的是心理认识的提高。
在本学期的工作中我逐渐认识到，要成为一个好教师——学生们喜欢，教学质量高——最重要的是，“用心”。教学活动也是创造性活动，要想上好每一堂课，我们必须用心地创造。创造新颖的课堂表现形式，创造能够激发学生兴趣的教学方式，利用灵活的教学方法。课堂需要的不是灌输知识的教书匠，而是能让学生不知不觉地进入故事情节的戏剧演员。教书好比表演戏剧。在课堂上我们的任务是引导学生进入故事，让他们自主地充当某一角色，让他们感觉讲台上的一切水到渠成而非矫揉造作。要达到这个境界当然需要用心地准备，台上一分钟，台下十年功。备课的过程就是用心感受虚拟课堂的过程。课堂的每一个环节必须提前感受到。备课需要我们备得天衣无缝。
感兴趣的事情才能“用心”，才能做好。工作又是人的生活中很重要的一部分。时间是物质运动的存在方式，工作是生命的存在动力，理想的工作是生命积极健康地存在的条件。除了它能让我们衣食无忧，还是我们重要的存在方式。所以我们要选择自己喜欢的工作，这样才能把工作当成生活的意义。把工作做好活着才有价值，才有意义。选择教师这一职业是因为我热爱。和学生们在一起会让我幸福，我尤其喜欢和来自世界各地、不同国家的人交流，这会让我生活愉快和充实。我喜欢这样的工作。
如果各种原因让你无法选择自己喜欢的工作。其实很多时候，我们讨厌这个工作是由于先入为主的厌恶情绪阻止我们喜欢它。那么不妨先接受它，经过一段时间你会慢慢喜欢上它的。就像你不喜欢灰色，请多次告诉自己，“灰色多好看啊，灰色多漂亮啊”，然后再细细地审视、品味，慢慢地，你会改变对它的看法。我们不喜欢是因为我们投入的不够多，对他了解得不够多。不管做什么，态度很重要。

在英语学习的过程中，口语和听力如何提高是大家经常谈论的话题。对于母语并非英语的人来说，学习英语的目的无非是理解和交流。首先要理解对方所说的单词、 句子，已经其中表达的内在含义；其次自己要有流畅的表达能力，能够说出自己所想的内容，这样才可以达到交流的目的。听力和口语正好对应了上述语言学习中的 两个方面。听懂别人，表达自己，这样就完成了一次最基本的交流。
一般来说，一个人的'听力水平和口语能力密不可分。听力水平高的人 可以很好的理解讲话人的意图，并能够听出一些习惯用法的表达，并在以后的口语交流时从自己的记忆库中调用适当的表达方法；口语表达比较好的人一般听力也比 较好，因为口语表达是在一种交流的环境中进行的，要让他人理解自己的意思必须首先了解他人的表达习惯和方法，而这正是听力能力的范畴。所以，口语和听力不 可分割，而听力又扮演了基础能力的角色。

最后，建议在家利用英语软件辅助视频（电影，连续剧，老友记，走遍美国）学英语，这样不仅可以欣赏， 而且也可以详细学习，也不会感到枯燥无味，我以前在华军里下载了一款学习工具，很好用，我 经常用它看（走遍美国，老友记）学英语的，但有点地方需要改进，希望他们能加上练口语的功能，如果有，那算是完善了。以后大家有什么好的软件也拿出来分享 啊！

教育教学工作方面
多年的英语教学工作实践告诉我：对于九年级这个年段的英语教学，如果不认真研究教法和学法，结合教材和学生的实际情况来教学，就会使学生失去对英语学习的兴趣。兴趣没了，英语自然也不会学好。因此，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，勤于专研，注重在实践中积极探索新的教学方式，潜心研究英语课堂教学，深刻领会新课改的理念，注重激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，自制教具，开展英语特长活动等，使学生在轻松、愉快的氛围中学习和运用语言，树立学习英语的自信心，注重形成性评价在英语教学中的运用，并能够及时总结经验，提高自己的科研水平。本学期，我积极主动学习杜郎口先进教学理念和方法，让有效高效走进英语课堂。
思想政治方面

下面，我仅结合自己在小学英语的教学实践，谈谈对小学英语口语评价的认识。
一、正确认识小学英语口语评价的目的
评价不是最终给任课教师或每位学生打出一个等级，而是让教师发现问题、改进教学、提高教学质量。更重要的是让每位学生通过评价测试的过程受到鼓励，增强英语学习的兴趣，评价是学生自我诊断、激励学习的手段。我校毕业班的口语评价注重语言的正确性和流利性。语言的正确性包括语音语调、词汇及语法；语言的流利性包括语流、运用语言的能力。因此，小学英语口语评价的目的在于激发学生学习英语的兴趣，提高学生学习英语的积极性，让学生乐于说英语，大胆说英语，并且能说出比较地道的英语，为其终身学习英语做好准备。
二、运用科学而全面的口语评价方法
（一）日常学习生活中的形成性评价
1、值生报告
每天开课前5分钟请两名同学做英语展示，话题不限，之后由全班同学向他们提问。最终由全班同学一起与教师对他们的表现做评价。先指出他们好的表达法，再指出他们的不足。这是一个共同复习、取长补短的过程，学生在一个宽松愉快的环境中学习别人好的语音语调、好的表达法、精彩的话题构思、敏锐的英语问答，也发现自己或同学易犯的错误。最后，教师和学生从语音语调、语法、话题构思及仪容仪表四个方面给两位同学打出等级。值生报告的评价是师生互动、培养学生英语"说"的运用能力。
2、课堂表现
每个星期结束，英语教师将对这一星期学生上课纪律、课堂回答问题、课堂运用英语情况记录在家校联系册上，让学生及家长及时了解这一周学生的英语学习情况。这是教师对学生平时英语学习的短期评价，是师、生与家长三方互动，这一评价促进学生更好了解自己的进步，家长也能进一步帮助学生更好学习，增强学生和家长的信心。
3、课外运用
英语口语的关键是学必用，学生必须将所学知识运用到实际生活中去才是真正意义上的学到了、学懂了。课外运用的评价不但评出英语讲得多讲得好的同学，主要目的是鼓励那些不敢讲英语的同学，很多胆小的学生在这一评价过程中，在爱讲英语同学的带动下，从不说英语到开口说英语到平时喜欢讲英语、喜欢运用新学的英语，受益非浅。
4、个人自评与同学互评
每学期结束的时候，我们用表格的形式，采取学生先自评，同学互评的方法使全体学生参与口语评价，表格的指定是基于新课程标准相关的目标所定，学生自己填表与给同学填表这种评价，体现了学生成为学习的主人，每位学生都有权对自己和他人进行评价，这是学生自我认识、自我提高的过程，也督促同学间的互相学习、监督与帮助。
5、家长评价
英语口语评价不能仅限于学生学校的活动，学生回到家里家长对学生听磁带的情况、背课文的语音语调、流利程度，看图说话的句子运用以及周末实际运用英语的情况作出评价，写在家校联系册的回执栏里，即使家长不懂英语也没有关系，他也要监督学生完成英语口语作业。这一评价方式使家长及学生双方感受到学生学习英语点点滴滴的进步，并且督促学生养成天天听说英语的习惯。
