“十三钗”约一半是南京姑娘，仍得学说老南京话
去年11月，《金陵十三钗》剧组的两名副导演找到了徐春华，邀请她担任方言老师，为演员培训南京话。“导演说，影片的故事发生在1937年的南京，因此演员们也要讲上世纪三四十年代的老南京话。”徐春华出生于1942年，自幼在老城南长大，从事白局艺术已有51个年头。作为“老南京”，教起那个年代的南京话自然不在话下。
到了北京，徐春华才知道，自己要教的竟然就是备受外界关注的“十三钗”。由于和剧组签有保密协议，在电影公映之前，徐春华不能透露剧情和“十三钗”的相关细节。她表示，选定的13个女孩年龄大都在20岁上下，容貌端庄，很有气质，而且其中有一半是南京姑娘。
据徐春华介绍，剧组在北京开设的演员培训班为期一个多月，每天的课程都排得满满的，姑娘们不但要学方言，还要接受形体、仪态、琴棋书画等各种培训。由于饰演的是流落青楼的风尘女子，“十三钗”不但要练习穿旗袍、化妆等生活细节，就连抽烟喝酒时的'神情、姿态也要演出当时的味道。
由于手头没有剧本，徐春华先是介绍南京的风土人情和方言特点，让姑娘们有个大致的概念，然后再教一些较为常用的生活用语。“每堂方言课大概两三个小时，到了后期会从原著小说中选几段对白，进行针对性的练习。有时候也会把一些方言编成唱词、快板，这样会更加好学易懂。”徐春华说。
“干么事啊”等会经常出现
今年1月10日，徐春华跟随《金陵十三钗》剧组进入溧水石湫影视基地，正式开机拍摄。作为南京方言对白部分的台词指导，她的工作是把剧本中“十三钗”的所有台词，都“翻译”成原汁原味的南京话。
一场戏开拍前，凡是遇到有南京方言的对白时，徐春华都会提前拿出自己的“设计方案”与张艺谋沟通。“导演在对白方面也提了一些要求，比如尽可能用一些较为生动、口语化的方言，一些太生僻的俚语则尽量少用。毕竟电影是放给全国观众看。”据悉，南京人经常挂在嘴边的“阿晓得啊”、“是滴哎”、“你干么事啊”等常用语将会在影片中频繁出现。
出演“十三钗”的女孩大都是新人，方言对白对她们而言是个不小的挑战。“很多戏是要带着情绪来演，演员在下面练好的对白，等到拍摄时一带上哭腔，很容易就走音了。”为此，徐春华结合自己几十年的演出经验，指导演员根据不同的情境调整语气和声调。一些女孩晚上经常会跑到徐春华的房间“补课”，有时还用手机录几段对白带回去揣摩。
影片中有段戏，是一个男孩骂贝尔饰演的神父“你是二流子”。这段看似简单，拍摄时却大费周章。徐春华表示，在老南京话中，这里的“流”字的音调应该是第一声，而小男孩要表达愤怒的情绪，一到拍摄就会跑调。为了纠正这个发音，一场戏反复拍了十几遍才过关。
