《谈判》读后感1
《谈判》是谈判专家盖温·肯尼迪的一部经典畅销书，帮助谈判者在谈判过程中如何获益更多。
书中有很多的干货，是作者在多年谈判中生涯积累下来的宝贵经验，作者也很意思，一再强调虽然他现在说起来头头是道，但他也在这无数次的谈判中吃了很多亏，蒙受过很多损失。他接的案子常是跨国的案子，这些案子常受地区文化、政治、经济，甚至自然因素的影响，外界突来的变化常会使前期费劲心力谈好的条款失效，不得不重新来一遍，我在想，我与本国其他地域的人接触的时候尚且感受到不同地域的人们做事、文化有何等大的差异，更不用说他在全世界范围内接的案子的.差异性了，当然了，收获也是颇丰的，戴其冠，受其重。
万一、如果中谈判过程中常用，提前预想更周全的情况，也能借此了解对方的真实意图。
永不接受对方的第一次报价，即便它多么的符合你的预期。
落实到书面，凡事有迹可寻，凡事有据可依，否则是白淡。
对于较菜的谈判者，常会被对方的各种状态震慑住，如专横、粗暴、轻视等，要专注工作、专注目标。
非常不认同24章格萝莉娅的降价策略，简直可以用无耻形容，每次都是把对方逼得不得不降价，我在想虽然她可能以此法胜利几次，可是她一直这样还会有人与她合作吗？最后谈判的目的是双赢，要想谈判能够谈得下去，就不能只着眼自己的利益，也要考量对方能获得什么。
万事皆可谈，并且可一谈再谈。

昨天网络上刚刚报导一位大妈因为闯红灯被罚款，与交警砍价，试图将20元的罚款砍成10元。这一消息引来了社会大众的广泛讨论。
我想在中国，爱贪图小便宜是人的本性。没有人能抵挡得了它的诱惑。我们亦是如此。
吴老师说，我们买东西时，为什么不还价？我们应该还价！我们是消费者，还只是学生。学生的钱哪里来，都是父母辛辛苦苦挣来的血汗钱。我们不能随意挥霍。所以，我们要谈判，落实到现实生活中的种种小事件上，用粗俗的话来说，就是砍价。
谈判是世界上挣钱最快的方式。细细想来也是如此。我们砍价省下来的钱，仅仅只在一两句话的时间内就可以完成。而其他行业呢，想必做不到吧？！
我想这节课让我比较满意的地方应该是它的实践部分了吧。相比枯燥的理论而言，亲身的体验更能让我们记住要学习的内容。

I read Snow White last week, I to this book as well as the inside master public some views and the feeling, below am my some ideas. I thought that this book is very interesting, moreover is also exciting, story plot unconstrained fluctuation, confusing.
