相关背景基于美国政府于1948年立法通过的<信息及教育交流法案（smith-mundt>以及1961年修订的<教育文化相互交流法案
（Fulbright-Hayes Act）>，Work and Travel USA项目是旨在促进国际文化交流加强各国大学生交流的官方项目。并且，这也是一个由美国国务院监督管理并且已经在欧洲，韩国，日本，新加坡等全球数百个国家成熟开展40多年的文化交流项目，拥有一整套具体详尽的操作规范以确保学生参与者的安全和利益。

实践工作Work and Travel USA项目为参与学生提供遍布全美二十个州、城市和郊区的多元化的工作场所。这些工作都是充满乐趣并且简单易操作的入门级工作，目的是让参与学生在最短时间内就能上手实践。同时，此类工作的大多是暑假旅游季节性的工作，让学生有很多同游客和工作伙伴直面交流和接触的机会。
以往每年的工作场所例如有：纽约州六旗大逃亡游乐场；内华达州哈氏娱乐世界；加州Yosemite优胜美地国家公园，Oakland国际机场，洛杉矶国际机场HMSHost餐厅；密苏里州六旗圣路易斯乐园，Silver Dollar City乐园；犹他州Zion国
家公园；北达科塔州Theodore Roosevelt Medora公园；伊利诺州芝加哥O’Hare机场HMSHost餐厅；怀俄明州黄石国家公园；亚利桑纳州大峡谷国家公园；阿拉斯加州希尔顿Anchorage酒店等。
实习职位例如有：收银，售票员，机动游戏操作员，公园服务生，救生员，餐厅侍应和清洁，房间服务助理，酒店前台，厨房事务助理，食物供应，管家，销售助理等。分配职位时按学生的英文水平区分，并据实际工作表现可做调整。
实习学生享受的是同美国同事同工同酬的待遇，并享有其他福利（政府要求的基本医疗和意外保险等）按照联邦政府的最低工资规定：2009年7月24日之前，大约是每小时6.55美金，之后则提高至7.25美金。另外，对于接收小费类工作，每小时至少有2~3美金小费。学生每天的工作时间是7~8小时，每周工作5~6天，这样计算每周总计35~40小时，每周收入至少为250~300美金。住宿费用根据所处区域的不同大约20~100每周，饮食按个人的喜好，大约每周花费25～100美金。所以，按照过往其他国家参与学生的经验，每周至少有50美金的盈余可用于旅行等其它个人开支。
一般情况下，美国雇主每2周支付薪酬，学生收到第一份薪酬可能要在到达美国3~4周以后，取决于学生开始工作和获取Social Security Card(社会安全卡)的时间。所以，我们建议学生至少携带额外1000美金以支付一开始的住房等日常费用。实践时间根据中国高校的一般暑假时间，学生实习时间一般是10周，从6月中下旬开始至9月中旬。

资格要求
––年龄介于18至30周岁；

面试的目的在于评估您的英语水平，沟通能力、独立生活能力等，以确认学生的

什么是 Summer Work & Travel?
Summer Work & Travel USA基于美国政府于1948年通过的信息及教育交流法案（Smith-Mundt Act），该法案为交流访问项目建立了基本框架。 此法案于1961年被纳入并扩展为教育及文化平等交流法案（Fulbright-Hayes Act）。项目在已经在欧洲、美洲及亚洲其他国家和地区成功运作了30余年，每年约有十五万来自世界各国的学生利用他们的暑假，持J-1签证进入美国企业进行为期3—4个月的短期社会实践，并利用实践之余的时间，在美境内旅游或实地体验美国生活、了解美国风土人情。
项目的特点在于为全世界大学生提供了一个踏上美国国土、体验美国生活文化、提高英语能力、进入美国企业与美国同事以及与来自其他国家学生并肩工作的机会。项目全程接受美国政府监管，并享有医疗及意外保险。每个参加项目的学生以合法纳税人的身份在美国企业进行社会实践，与美国同事同工同酬。这给予学生全面提高综合能力的锻炼机会，同时也减轻赴美学生的经济负担。

最近拜读了李慧波的《团队精神》一书，该书围绕团结协作论述了团队建设的好坏对于领导者和员工意味着什么；高效团队是如何构建和运作的；团队成员何以才能相互信赖、协作和进步；团队中的大多数人如何激励；少数人如何引导；怎样将团队培育成学习型组织等主要资料。
书中引用了超多生动、具体的事例来进行诉说并论证团队精神的重要性。例如书中描述了张瑞敏领导的海尔团队发挥团队精神、集中力量克服难关的生动事例。从这个事例看出，海尔集团神奇般的崛起和茁壮成长，不仅仅仅得益于他的统军人物张瑞敏，还得益于张瑞敏率领下的整个团队中的每位员工的努力。海尔把自我的价值观定义为：“人的价值高于物的价值，共同价值高于个体价值，共同协作的价值高于单干的价值”。这种价值观不正是团队精神的生动写照吗！
书中还列举了韩国三星集团、我国蒙牛集团等著名企业快速发展崛起的事例，无一不是依靠团队精神、依靠企业凝聚力发展起来的。众所周知，1+1是等于2的。那么，为什么说1+1大于2呢因为这其中的每个1都是充满团队精神的1，如果一个群众、一个机关、一个团队，我们中的每一个分子都充满团队精神，那么，这个群众、这个机关、这个团队就必须是个和谐的团队。这样的团队工作起来就必须能够取得事半功倍的成果。这难道不是1+1大于2吗。
团队精神就是公司上下精诚团结、目标一致、协同共进。就如航行于大海的巨舰，有智慧舰长的正确指挥，有勇敢船员的协同配合，在这艘巨舰上每一个人都发挥着重要的作用，凝聚成劈波斩浪的巨大动力。一个成功的企业，只要具备了这种精神，就能在激烈的竟争中长盛不衰。一根筷子容易弯，十根筷子折不断，这就是团队精神重要性力量的直观表现，也是团队精神重要之所在团队精神的最高境界？凝聚力。全体成员的向心力、凝聚力是从松散的个人集合走向团队最重要的标志。
书中所列举的生动事例，所阐述的观点使我更加明白一个道理：一个人如果没有团队精神将难成大事，一个企业如果没有团队精神将成为一盘散沙、无所作为，只有发扬团队精神，才能创造辉煌

近期，看了一本李慧波女士写的《团队精神》，看完后我感受颇多，受益匪浅，有点耳目一新的感觉。虽然团队精神看似很平常浅显易懂，但真正实践起来并不容易，其中蕴含着无尽的道理，就如书皮上写的“以一当十并不难，难的是以十当一”。
古语云：人心齐，泰山移。常言道：“人多力量大，团结就是力量”。一个团队若能拥有良好的团队精神，必将能化腐朽为神奇，创造出无穷的力量，从而形成强大的战斗力，进而让其平凡的队员创造出不平凡的业绩。
《团队精神》在开篇通过生动的实验案例告诉我们缺乏“团队精神”的团队只不过是一群乌合之众，如同一盘散沙，缺乏战斗力，不仅不达到人多力量大的效果，反而只会削弱整个团队的威力。而一个具有团队精神的团队一般都拥有公平公正的环境，具有和谐的人际关系，能够充分发挥团队每个成员的积极性，发掘出每个人的潜能，达到1+1>2的效果。纵使个人能力有限，但拥有具有团队精神的团队就能弥补个人之不足，博采众长，完成那些个人所不能企及的事情，达到意想不到的效果。秦朝末期的楚汉争霸，论单个战斗力刘邦远不及项羽骁勇善战，但他懂得构造一个精诚团结的团队，发挥出团队的合力，最终取得了胜利。三国里的曹操与袁绍，论兵力人数袁绍远远超过曹操，可人多并没有形成人多力量大的效果，最终还是兵败曹操，究其原因我原以为是曹操足智多谋，但通过阅读本书后，我感觉主要是团队精神所致。
在市场经济体制下，团队精神的作用表现得越来越明显。一个人的智慧再高再强，也无法全面掌握日新月异的爆炸性的知识和信息，若想在激烈的市场竞争中取胜，则必须借助团队，依靠合力。我们的路政工作同样如此，在泰井高速公路路政管理工作中，我深深地体会到了团队精神是做好路政管理与服务工作的关键。今年以来，大队在迎“国检”、总队规范化检查、小车高架桥突发事件处置、泰井高速连接线平面交叉道口和农家乐非交通标志牌的整治等活动中取得的成绩，都是多方共同努力的结果。日常工作中，无论是遇到司乘人员需要帮助，还是施工单位的施工备案，当事人的缴纳路产赔补偿费，每个路政人员只有具有高度的团队精神，才能以最高的效率为当事人提供优质服务。
凝聚产生力量，团结诞生希望。我们路政人员只有培养团队精神，建立团队文化，才能拧成一股绳，达到“以十当一”目标。

“不怕狼一样的对手，只怕猪一样的队友”，这句话完美的说出了团队作战的重要性，在日益竞争激烈的社会中，只靠自我一人是无法在社会中取得重大的成绩的，只有越来越多的好的队友才能够和自我一齐，战胜困难，迎来成功。
学习《团队精神》一书后感触最深的是一句话“规则是给别人定的，更是给自我定的”在我们天天喊“团队精神”的时候，很多人，尤其是领导人本身没有重视到这个问题：团队精神不只是向员工讲的，也不只是要求员工做的，更是要求领导人身先士卒的，而最基础的就是遵守规则。
君不见，此刻很多领导享有特权，对下属的要求严对自我的要求松，对别人的要求严对自我的要求松，制定了很多的规章制度，但是真正的进行执行的时候都是雷声大雨点小，根本原因在哪里？就是领导人本身就没有从内心准备去遵守。很多规章制度制定以后首先被限制的不是下属而是领导人本身，因此最早去破坏制度的常常也是领导本人。制度的执行监督者碍于是领导就没有办法去执行监督，既然监督的人员没有去监督，也默认领导这种破坏制度的行为，那么别人也就随着去破坏这项制度，最终导致的就是制度形同虚设！
所以，所有的领导人在制定制度并准备让制度起到足够作用的时候请三思：我是否能够是否能够不破坏这项制度？我是否能够模范的遵守并执行这项制度？假如能，那么我们就去起草制定、认真完善细化，然后颁布并坚决的执行！假如不能那么我们还是不要去“光打雷不下雨”，因为假如你不执行那个东西就是假的，就是摆设，这样这项制度就可能降低你的威信！
从那里我们能够看出制定制度是很重要的，这一点在《团队精神》这本书中作者也提到了。对于大多数的企业和企业部门来说，制度的制定都是很简单的，仅仅就是出现了一件事情然后去寻找一下其他企业的类似或者相关制度，进行一下修改就变成了自我的制度。其实，借鉴是很好的方法，但是没有目的性没有区别性的去借鉴，构成不了自我的特色也就没有核心竞争力。
我们制定制度以前必须要以构成我们自我的特色，透过这种特色来塑造企业自身的核心竞争力为目标，不要仅仅的借鉴或者照搬。在制度制定和借鉴之前要首先去调研一下企业自身的实际状况，自实际状况掌握翔实的基础上再思考进行借鉴，根据我们自身实际状况制定出来的制度才能真正顺利解决我们企业中的实际问题，才能真正的适应企业。
另外，在《团队精神》这本书中看到了“曹操用将，优势互补”的说法，感觉很有借鉴：企业用人和古代的曹操用将其实是一样的道理。
企业中的员工是每人有每人的特点，每人有每人的性格，能够说千差万别，军队中的将领当然也是一样，但是曹操的用人是独具匠心的，注意了各个将领的性格互补，我们在企业的运营过程中对人员的安排也就应象曹丞相一样，进行差异化的安排，保证发挥出每个人的优势，又避免人员存在的劣势，实现优势互补，无论是年龄互补、个性互补、潜力互补等等都要围绕不出现问题，组建高效团队为核心，避免使企业运作过程中在用人上出现软肋，假如真正的出现了这种软肋就就应尽快去弥补，透过辅助人员的优势来弥补“主官”的缺陷。毕竟世界上每个人完美的都只是某些方面不可能处处完美，但是我们能够用大家的完美来塑造一个完美的团队。
置之死地而后生，在现有的企业中经常出现老好人，他们不愿意去落实未完成工作的原因，不愿意去考察到底是谁没有绩效，不愿意去损害任何人既得的但是不合理的利益，不愿意去得罪任何人，其实我觉得老好人有的时候也是被逼的，被自我的思想逼得，他们想多边讨好，避免因为自我得罪了别人而遭殃，很多老好人就是契可夫笔下“装在套子里的人”，他们谨遵的原则就是“不要出现问题”，不会去思考突破。

古人云：人心齐，泰山移，我们也常说：“团结就是力量”，在向市场经济转轨和参与国际竞争的大背景下，弘扬团结协作精神对于建设好一个组织，一个企业仍然具有极其重要的意义。要建立一个有效的团队是非常难的，要使团队中的每一个成员真正达成一致，齐心协力地向同一个目标奋斗就更加困难。毋庸置疑，大部分人工作都是为了物质生活，因此保证员工的物质愿望得到满足是基础，而在此基础上，对员工心态的引导也是极为重要的，这也就是团队精神的培养，群体：在英文中为group；团队：在英文中为team，团队不同于群体，群体可能就是一群乌合之众，并不具备高度的战斗能力，而一个有高度竞争力、战斗力的团队，必须有“团队精神”。
丹佛大学的学者所作的一项研究表明，他所研究的46家公司之所以面对互联网带来的商业机会行动迟慢，最重要的两个原因就是：交流的匮乏和行政上的混乱。要使交流成为一个团队、一个公司里的优先事项，并且要让每个员工都知道公司重视交流，为员工提供同管理层交谈的机会，建立信任的氛围。这是优秀的团队要达到有效沟通协调的至关重要的条件。
由此可见，交流是如此的重要。部门的交流，上下级的交流，而交流不畅则是导致工作延缓最重要的原因，但是这种交流不仅仅是外在制度上的，也有心灵的因素，这就是一种信任的氛围。就好比华盛顿小时候顽皮地砍断了樱桃树，但当他主动向父亲承认错误后并没有遭到父亲的斥责，而是表扬了他敢于主动承认错误，虽然只是一个教育小孩子的故事，但就企业的管理而言未尝没有相通之处。团队精神并不是一句空话，它是需要大家实实在在地投入到一种事业中去，实实在在地从个体中解脱出来去服务于集体。但这种精神绝对不仅仅是命令与要求，而是相互的理解与信任，员工得到关怀与激励，并由此得到一个相互交流的良性氛围。人与人之间因为这种理解与信任而造就在交流时的积极心态，人与人之间因为这种积极心态而勇于承认错误并承担责任。
从这个角度来说，一个温暖健康的团队氛围是至关重要的，在一个团队中，影响成员发挥其潜力的因素非常之多。一个团队要建设好，需要每一个方面，每一个环节都做得好，才能保证团队的力量；相反，如果团队建设中的任何一件小事，任何一个细节做不到位，都会影响团队成员的积极性，进而影响团队整体的威力。所以，汪中求先生强调“细节决定成败”的理念，是非常有道理的。
有人说管理重在制度，公司管理制度是人去制订的；有人说管理重在执行，制度要靠人去执行；有人说管理重在企业文化，谁来定位企业文化？一切在人。建设强有力的核心团队是企业管理者的第一要务。
时代需要英雄，但更需要优秀的团队。只有优秀的团队，才能造就出高瞻远瞩与尽心尽职于一身的管理大师，造就勤勉、诚信、团结、高效、自律的员工队伍，使一个组织、一个企业、一个团队朝着更高、更远的目标不断迈进。我们公司是一个大家庭，大家庭观念如果建立在价值观，愿景目标和个人特质等方面深层次的沟通和理解上，我们就会有强烈的整体感和团队责任感，这种感觉对于企业每一个员工建立无私奉献和拼搏精神都非常重要。要成为一名优秀员工，必须充分认识自己所肩负的责任，增强责任感和使命感，爱岗敬业，忠于职守，在本职岗位上努力创造出一流的业绩。

书中描述了张瑞敏领导的海尔团队发挥团队精神、集中力量克服难关的生动事例。1994年4月5日下午两点，一个德国经销商打来电话要求海尔务必在两天内发货，否则订单自动失效。两天内发货意味着当天下午所要的货物务必装船，而此刻正是星期五下午两点，如果按海关、商检等有关部门下午五点下班来计算的话，时间只有三个小时，按照一般程序做到这一切几乎是不可能的。如何将不可能变为可能?此时，海尔人优良的团队精神显示巨大的能量。他们采取齐头并进的方式，调货的调货、报关的报关、联系船期的联系船期，全员全身心地投入到工作中，抓紧每一分钟，确保每一个环节都顺利透过。当天下午五点半，这位经销商接到了来自海尔货物发出的消息时，他十分吃惊，从吃惊再转为感激，并破例向海尔写了感谢信。

再看看我们春德小学辉煌的业绩，成绩的取得，离不开学校领导和全体师生的拼搏努力，离不开学校上下团结一心、共同奋斗的协作精神。众人拾柴火焰高，人心齐，泰山移!春德小学特有的团队精神，谱写出了一曲曲团结奋进的辉煌乐章。今后不论遇到什么困难和险阻，只要我们发扬团队精神，万众一心，就没有过不去的“火焰山”!

在清华的培训班上了一天的课，受益非浅。其中让我记忆由深的下午李慧波教授给我们讲的“团队精神”这节课。在上完课后我公司又买了李慧波教授写的《团队精神》这本书。一周的时间内读完了《团队精神》，感觉时间有点不够，感觉了解的其中的精髓还不够。应该再好好的仔细读一次这本书。
读完这本书后，并结合李慧波教授在课上给讲的内容感觉我们公司已经构建了一定现代意义上的团队。如我们每天早上的碰头会、每周一的例会，这正如书所说的“沟通、沟通？再沟通——积极沟通才能有效合作”。在日常工作中要保持团队精神与凝聚力，沟通是一个重要环节，比较畅通的沟通渠道、频繁的信息交流，有事就及时的沟通，使团队的每个成员间不会有压抑的感觉，工作就容易出成效，目标就能顺利实现。公司的目标已经制定出来了：三年之内销售额达到三千万，五年之内争取上市。现在公司的大目标每个人已经知道了，就需要我们每个人的目标和公司的目标统一起来。当个人的目标和团队目标一致的时候，员工就容易产生对公司的信任，士气才会提高，凝聚力才能更深刻地体现出来。所以老板要把确定的长远发展战略和近期目标下达给下属，并保持沟通和协调。这时，企业团队成员都有较强的事业心和责任感，对团队的业绩表现出一种荣誉感和骄傲，乐意积极承担团队的任务，工作氛围处于最佳状态……团队合作对公司的最终成功起着举足轻重的作用，只有我们成为一个高效团队，并且有团队的真正核心——团队精神。一个人如果没有团队精神将难成大事，一个企业如果没有团队精神将成为一盘散沙、无所作为，只有发扬团队精神，才能创造辉煌，才能完成我们共同的目标。
书中描述了张瑞敏领导的海尔团队发挥团队精神、集中力量克服难关的生动事例。书中还列举了韩国三星集团、我国蒙牛集团等着名企业快速发展崛起的事例，无一不是依靠团队精神、依靠企业凝聚力发展起来的。我来公司的这几年感道公司这几年的快速发展，但比起书中列举的这些公司我们的发展速度还是很慢的。不快则慢，慢就等于在停止，停则退，我们要加快我们的发展步伐，快速的跑起来。回想我们公司发展的经历，也有很好的团队精神，比如说在2003年的时候，公司接到朝阳供电局十五万块电缆盖板的订单，送货任务急，我们公司全体员工在郭总的带领下按时完成了任务，这不是我们公司的团队精神吗？假如说我们这次任务没有完成，还会有以后的合作机会吗？我们要把这些好的团队精神继承下来。众人拾柴火焰高，人心齐，泰山移！在当前市场经济大潮的拼搏中，在公司走向世界、参与国际竞争的征程中，不论遇到什么困难和险阻，只要我们发扬团队精神，万众一心，就没有过不去的“火焰山”！
这种例子与我们有些工作性质是比较相似的，如果换成我们来做也是一种不可能完成了的的任务，因为大家在还没有努力之前就已经放弃了，已经认为是不可能做的事情。其实如果我们以后在这种“不可能”的事情上力争，尽最大的努力，发挥最大的才能，将这种不可能变成可能也许我们也能做到。当然作者是想通过这个例子让我们知道，团体的合作精神有如此大的力量，所以在今的后工作中，大家一定要有这种意识，特别是公司现在已经慢慢大规模化，新工作人员越来越多，而且也应该有一套完善的管理制度，公司领导应该安排一些有关的培训，这样不仅仅对我们工作帮助，而且也能提高每位职员的自身素质。

借着团省委开展的“青年励志读书汇”活动的东风，依仗军川分公司职工书屋万册藏书的.优势，军川分公司轰轰烈烈的开展了一场以“享受书式生活”为主题的读书学习活动，掀起了一场学习与感悟的热潮。在这次活动中，<团队精神>一书给了我更多的感受。
团队精神，在当前社会发展的形势下，成为一个越来越热门的话题。单打独斗的时代已经过去，我们需要一个高效的团队，经过有效磨合的团队是一个企业的核心竞争力。
团队的重要性不言而喻，在历史上，不乏有为了团队奉献生命的战士，邱少云、董存瑞，这些英雄的名字在这天仍被广泛赞扬。在经济高速发展的这天，一个个知名的企业凭借着优良的意识、绝佳的团队，创造出了优异业绩。
团队需要核心。在我们军川分公司这个大团队中，以生产部为核心，奶源部带给软件保障，设备部带给硬件保障，综合部带给后勤保障，财务部带给经济保障。各部门沟通协作，群策群力，以董事长讲话精神为指导，以集团战略方针为目标，各施其责又紧密联系，为实现完达山三年攻坚战的大目标而努力。
团队需要沟通和信任。在各种拓展训练、培训中，经常会强调沟通和信任，甚至在各种文艺作品中，我们也不只一次的看到“伙伴，是能够把背后放心交给他的人”这样的话语。这说明在一个团队中，用心沟通才能有效合作，充分信任才能密切配合。我们小时候常常做一个小游戏，把人分为四个小组，在没有沟通的前提下，分别让他们在小纸条上写“时间”、“地点”、“人物”、“事情”，并把写出的这四个要素随即抽取拼写成一句话，当然，结果是很搞笑的，常常会出现“某某于公元前多少年在月球上啃玉米”一类的笑话。当时只是觉得很好玩，把这当成了一个娱乐，而如今才发现，这正彰显了没有沟通的可怕。一句话尚且如此，那么一个工段、一个部门甚至一个企业如果出现这样的状况，后果不堪设想。
团队精神才是企业真正的核心竞争力。一个优秀的团队，必然是一个学习型的团队、一个协作型的团队、一个创新型的团队、一个竞争型的团队，同时还要有为团队建设导航的共同愿望。在军川分公司，总经理王培忠早就提出了“转变观念，提高素质，争做企业主人”的口号，还经常举办各种活动，促进各部门内部的良性竞争，调动员工的用心性。岗位技能竞赛、小技改、演讲比赛、知识竞赛等等，给员工搭建了一个能够充分展示自我的平台，为有效提高军川分公司团队管理打下了良好的基础。
千里之堤溃于蚁穴，这并不仅仅仅是一句警句，在某个角度上更说明了团队的力量;雁行千里成行，更加有力的证明了一个优秀团队的纪律性。我们军川分公司这个大团队，具备了一切成为一个优秀团队的条件，在未来的工作、生活中，在不断的磨合、交流中，必将成为一支响当当的、能打硬仗的优秀团队，为完达山实现奋斗目标、为垦区进军世界500强贡献自我的力量。

在我们生活的这个以人为本的社会里，一个人只有把自我完全融入到他所在的团队中，才能得到最充分的发展，才能在事业的进取过程中左右逢源，勇往直前。这是我在通读《团队精神》一书过程中得到的最深刻感受。
作为一个早已加入团队并一向在团队中工作的人，我也不只一次听说过“团队精神”这个词，但透过全面学习《团队精神》一书，让我真正感受到了什么是团队精神，认清了团队的巨大力量，体会到了一个伟大团队最重要的作用是让其平凡的队员创造出不平凡的业绩。一个人要想真正地超越自我，只有从自身的一点一滴做起，发挥潜能，成就团队的成功，进而收获自我的成功。
海尔公司把自身的价值观定义为“人的价值高于物的价值，共同价值高于个体价值，共同协作的价值高于独立单干的价值，社会价值高于利润的价值”，可见团队的力量是巨大的，正如书中所言“没有完美的个人，只有完美的团队”。那么，作为团队中的一份子，我们每个人就应怎样做才能创造出一个优秀的高绩效团队呢？在读书的过程中，我渐渐找到了答案。
首先，要学会服从群众，与团队持续共同的目标，不断增强自我的职责感和归属感。“职责到此，请勿推辞”，美国前总统杜鲁门的座右铭道破了天机：每一个团队的成员都务必学会服从，务必担负起自我应有的职责，这是构建团队精神的基石。我们要对自我的工作充满热情，不断增强主动性，用用心的态度应对，既然你选取了这个职业、这个岗位，就务必理解它的全部，不是仅仅享受它给你带来的益处和快乐，就算是委屈和责骂，那也是这个工作的一部分。一支竹篙，难渡汪洋海；众人划桨，开动大帆船。如果每一个人每一天都能老老实实、诚诚恳恳、兢兢业业地全身心投入工作，那么大家的成就积累起来，就是一笔极为可观的财富。
其次，要发扬团队的协作精神，学会与别人沟通，不断增强队员之间的相互信任和理解。在实际工作中，个人的得失是孕育在团队的成败之中的，因此大多数时间里，每个人都务必把自我完全托付给团队中的队友，没有完全的信任是不可能完成工作目标的。《团队精神》一书中讲到了一个蚂蚁搬动巨蟒的故事。一群蚂蚁在扛一条巨蟒的时候，因为没有站在一条直线上造成了动作不协调，只能使巨蟒在原地摆动无法前进，之后经过蚂蚁军师的协调和调动，蚂蚁们很快整齐地排成直线，迈着统一的步伐向着回家的方向前进。蚂蚁凭什么能够战胜巨蟒并将重量数百倍、数千倍，乃至数万倍于自身的巨蟒搬回家呢？对于一只蚂蚁来说简直是不可思议的笑谈，然而对于由无数蚂蚁结成、动作协调一致的蚂蚁团队来说，则是轻而易举的事情。我们就应看到，信任是靠沟通来完成的，沟通带来理解，理解带来团结协作。在团队工作中，要勇于提出自我的见解，合理细致的分析其他人的推荐，尽量客观的看待所面临的问题，如果团队中的每一个成员都这样想，众志成城，再艰难的事也会解决，再困难的时期也会度过，同心发挥每一个人的长处，是团队战胜一切的默契。
