我从教的是中班的宝贝们的英语，这时期的孩子年龄比较小，听觉敏锐，对语言有很强的模仿能力和领悟能力，正是学习语言的关键时期。 这一时期，兴趣和动机是影响他们学习的重要因素。
我们都知道幼儿英语教学不但要求教师有一定的英语水平，更应该了解幼儿、热爱幼儿。针对我们中班幼儿的英语水平和接受能力，我反思了自己在本月教学中的一些粗浅体会和困惑。
首先，中班英语课堂上要用多种方式调动幼儿学习兴趣，让他们精神饱满。幼儿的注意力时间较短，喜欢重复，理解和接受能力相对较差是这个阶段幼儿的年龄特征。因此，课堂的形式要多样，内容要生动形象，争取在幼儿注意力分散之前结束主课。例如：在本周学习Unit7中的animals 5个单词时，我准备了大灰狼的头饰，让他们在老狼游戏中反复练读、认读已学单词并记忆新单词。在“find card”游戏中，让幼儿能根据图片认读单词。在新单词的学习过程中，根据单词自编动作，把枯燥的单词和律动结合避免了课堂氛围的“冷”及消磨孩子的热情;运用大灰狼头饰变换气氛，让幼儿情绪调动起来等等手段来丰富课堂，以有效达到教学目的。
其次，在教学活动中多加入一些体态语，少一些汉语的翻译，让幼儿在“看一看”，“想一想”，“猜一猜”的过程中理解老师所说英语的意思。这种形式的教学活动气氛很活跃，容易被幼儿所喜欢，并且有利于集中幼儿的注意力，因为相对运动的物体比安静的听读更容易引起人的兴趣，尤其是中班的幼儿。
以上的一些形式、手段都比较容易引起课堂的`活跃，但也容易引起孩子的“一发不可收拾”，则需要老师需要有技巧地对幼儿“收放自如”，把握一个度的转换。
在给中班的宝贝们教授英语时我最大的困惑是：如何让孩子区别一些读音相似的单词，因为在教学中我发现很多孩子不知道如何区分读音有些相似的单词，由于他们的年龄相对比较小，所以即使给他们一次又一次地强调区分读音相似的单词，他们也会在很短的时间里就忘记了。这是我在教中班宝贝们中一个最大困惑，不过相信自己在意识到这个困惑的同时，很快就可以找出解决的办法。
生活是语言的源泉,幼儿学习语言是靠“听”和听后的模仿“说”, 因此我们要给幼儿创设一个“说”的环境,让幼儿在模拟的、熟悉的情景中发挥主动性,无拘无束的倾听、感知、交流。在活动中,涉及幼儿熟悉的情景,使幼儿在看看、听听、说说、玩玩的情景中学习了单词和交际口语,更重要的是激发了幼儿参与英语活动的兴趣,让幼儿发挥了学习积极性,知道了学习英语要注意倾听,感受英语和汉语的不同语感、语调,同时掌握了一定的与人交流的方法。在活动中我采用了“情景游戏教学法”,强调了幼儿和周围环境的交互作用,利用在幼儿英语教育活动中创设和日常生活相近的情景,激发幼儿的积极性和主动性,这种交际情景可提高幼儿对语境、交际对象等因素的敏感性,促进他们交际能力的发展,也有利于幼儿对英语的自然习得。
