昨天下午第五节，我们班到五楼观看了《开学第一课》的录像，看后，我明白了知识守护生命的道理。
录像开始了，我津津有味地观看着，第一节课是《潜能》。这一节课让我知道了，每个人都是有潜能的。潜能是在一个人内心最深处的能量，需要发现，需要挖掘，但更需要进行科学的训练。5月12日，桑枣中学的学生们正在专心地上着课，突然，传来了一阵山崩地裂的响声，地震来了，桑枣中学的同学们立即按照老师说的话做，保持安静，有次序地迅速地往操场跑，因为桑枣中学每一学期都举行了逃生演练，最终全校2200名学生只用了一分三十六秒的时间全部逃出了摇晃得十分厉害的教学楼，创造了一个奇迹。由此我明白了，只要我们多懂得一些自救知识，在危险中就会多一份逃生的希望。所以我们要多长一些知识。
第二节课是《坚持》。这节课让我明白了，我们不仅要发现、挖掘自己的潜能，还要有坚持的精神。录像中一个叫李中俊的小女孩，在上学的道路上，不慎掉进了40多米深的天坑里，她昏迷了三天三夜，醒来时饿又冷，想起家人让自己带的食物。他努力向上爬，每次只是爬了一米多，就重重的跌了下来。但最后她凭着自己的坚持，终于七天六夜后，她爬上了天坑，晕倒在同学的家门。看了这个故事后，我懂得了，只要坚持，就一定能创造生命的奇迹。我也要像这个小女孩学习，学习她那种坚持，在遇到困难时坚持不放弃，不向困难低头。
经过了这节课，我明白了许多的道理，这些道理将在我今后的人生道路上终生受用。

寒假结束，新的学期来了。
在新学期开学之际，石家庄广播电视台生活频道联合市教育局，市环保局，为全市小学生再度献上城市环保生态课程开学第一课。
主持人先是问有谁放过鞭炮，很多同学都放过，但我们不知道鞭炮里还有许多污染物，燃放鞭炮时会释放出大量的有害气体，例如：二氧化硫（SO2）、二氧化氮（NO2）等。二氧化硫进入大气层后，氧化为硫酸（SO4），在云中形成酸雨，能强烈腐蚀建筑物和工业设备；酸雨可导致树木、森林死亡，湖泊中鱼虾绝迹，土壤营养遭到破坏，使作物减产或死亡。而二氧化氮会刺激人的眼、鼻、喉和肺；另外还形成城市烟雾，影响可见度；并且会形成硝酸小液滴，也产生酸雨。当然，在燃放鞭炮的过程中不止产生这两种有害的气体，像没有燃尽的火药以及剩下的灰尘都是一种污染。由此可见，在燃放鞭炮时所释放的有害物质给空气造成污染。
烧煤也会产生污染物，主要有二氧化硫，二氧化氮，二氧化碳，一氧化碳等。汽车尾气中含有一氧化碳、二氧化氮等。
工业也存在许多污染如颗粒物，指大气中液体、固体状物质，又称尘。硫氧化物，包括二氧化硫，三氧化硫，三氧化二硫，一氧化硫等。碳的氧化物主要包括二氧化碳和一氧化碳。氮氧化物包括氧化亚氮，一氧化氮，二氧化氮，三氧化二氮等。碳氢化合物如甲烷、乙烷等烃类气体。
