第三课 传递美

第四课 和谐美
体操团队在预赛不是很理想的情况下，争取了奥运会决赛的金牌。哥哥们讲：“团队之间的沟通，建立起的信任，在他人出现失误时，要给予信心，不要放弃希望，互相信任，在不可能的情况下取得胜利！”在学校中要和同学们相互配合，才能成功的完成团队任务，才能学合唱团发出美妙的歌声，就像一根筷子容易折断，一把筷子就不会断的道理，团结才是力量。

英语讲座心得体会1
随着时代的进步、社会的发展，全球一体化的进程进一步加快，而英语作为国际通用语言，其重要性不言而喻。从大的方面来说，身为大学生的我们，作为祖国的接班人，为了更好的增进与其他国家的交流，掌握英语这一门语言，已成为我们一项必不可少的技能。而从小的方面来说，对于多数非英语专业大学生而言，无论是就业、求职还是大学生活的一个必须目标，四六级都貌似是一个无法回避的问题。感谢这一次的四六级交流会，让我学会了如何合理规划自己的大学英语学习,也学到了很多关于四六级的考试规则，现将我的心得体会总结如下：
首先，词汇是一切的基础，但词汇并不会阻碍你的过级之路。经常在课堂外听到有同学抱怨：“眼看快考试了，自己的单词才刚看完几个单元，这次考试肯定挂……”乍一听很合理，其实仔细分析未必如此。单词是所有考试都要面对的一个大问题，尤其是考试难度越高，对词汇量的要求也就越大，如果连基础的词汇都无法认识，对于阅读、听力、写作等核心题型必然会束手无策。然而，对于四级考试而言，词汇量的要求也只有4500左右，对于一个正常高考通过，正常学习大学英语课程的学生而言，这个词汇量是相当基础的。换句话说，在我们的四级考试中，60%以上的英语单词考生是应该认识的。那剩下的单词我们必须要认识么?仅从阅读的角度来分析，一篇文章只有五道题，全部对应的是每段的主旨、首末句、转折句等关键成分，也就是，只要5个题目对应的5个线索句中的单词我们认识，文章其他句
子中的生词并不是必然的都要认识。因此，对于词汇部分的复习，我们认为平均周期可以在2个月左右，并且可以与听力部分重合，互相强化。
其次，听力和口语才是学习英语的终极目的。很多人背了无数单词，结果由于忽略了单词的读音问题，导致在考试中听力分数与词汇量不成正比。如果说整个四级考试只有一个部分最难——短期——提高的话，可能这个“殊荣”就要归于听力了。因此，对于大多数学生而言，一定不要忽略平日对听力的积累练习，平均周期应该至少在3个月以上，很多经典的听力材料仍然是不错的资源(比如VOAspecial)。同时，我们不能忽略了听力部分对于单词的反复巩固和强化记忆。
至于写作，虽然我们要提倡平时的不断练习，对于经典文章的背诵和优美句式的使用(如新概念三册以上的文章)，但如果仅仅是针对考试的话，我们不得不承认，写作部分是一个相对容易在短期内提高的题型，考前一定要大量阅读使用优秀的写作模版，形成自己固定的写作套路，这个的部分的平均周期大概在1个月左右即可。考试中只要少许的修改和成分替换就可以答一个不错的成绩。
其实英语学习并一定要死啃书本，英文原版的电影、杂志、网站都是非常优秀的学习资源，如果能找到几个志同道合的同学朋友一起学习效果可能会更好。我们有理由相信，只要合理规划自己的学习时间，严格按照自己的计划行动，多数的考试都不需要所谓的“突击”、“冲刺”。
听完这次讲座，有太多值得我们去思考，我一直以来都没有一个系统的英语学习方法，也不知道如何提高记单词的效率，更没对每次考试进行全面的总结。这次讲座对我起到了启发作用，它为我的英语学习打开了一扇大门，接下来的路都是靠自己去走，老师只是起一个引领的作用，而且老师的也永远是老师的，每个人所需要的学习方法都有所不同，我们需要自己去摸索，找到适合自己的学习方法。这次讲座后，我感触很多，头脑既清醒又迷茫，清醒的是，我有了学习的方向，知道自己应该要从哪些方面改进，要做些什么来应对考试，迷茫的是，我感觉空空的，也许这就是因为自己现在懂得的太少，所以在所有一切付诸于实践前必会有这样的感受吧。
学习英语是一个漫长的过程，不是一朝一夕的事，所以我们一定要有恒心，要持之以恒。学习英语不仅仅是为了应对四六级这种考试，而是要把英语运用到日常的生活中，多学多用，学以致用，方得始终。
英语讲座心得体会2
通常讲座是让人乏味的，很理论化的，甚至是遥不可及的，但是范院长和周主任的讲座却让我们笑声不断，让我们不约而同地，不知不觉地听到了最后，并且一直在思考着，反思着，原来听报告也可以听得如此幸福，听得如此享受。
范院长从人类进化到语言的发展，从英语教学规律到中考考题，给我们做了详细的分析和解读，让我们从宏观到微观对语言的发展有了更系统的了解。同时，也觉得自己该学的，要学的东西还有很多很多。
“我们的责任和使命是使这些孩子快乐地融入到国际大家庭，幸福地生活在这个世界上。”范院长的这句话让我感触颇深，我喜欢这句话中的两个词语“快乐”和“幸福”，在这个繁忙的社会中，在这个压力极大的社会中，这两个词显得那样珍贵，值得我反思的是我让我的学生感到幸福和快乐了吗?
范院长用他精心挑选的图片，向我们展示了深厚的国外文化和艺术内涵，也让那些距离我们久远且高深的知识变得简单直观了。我想范院长做事的细腻和对知识的精益求精的态度不只感染着我，也应该感染着在场的每一位教师。在今后的工作中，我也会坚持：要做就要力争做到最好，要做就要全身心地投入。
范院长广博的知识，宽广的视角，创新的思维，独特的想法，让我们惊讶，让我们开了眼界，让我们感觉到了自身的不足，让我们看到了这世界之大，知识之广!在这里，我觉得听是一种享受，学是一种幸福，用是一种快乐!作为一名一线教师，想让自己的学生飞得更高，首先让自己的羽翼更丰满吧!
周主任以“如何做一名快乐的教师”为题给我们做了一个轻松、愉快、积极、向上且堪称精彩的报告，我想听了这个报告，会让所有的老师心情豁然开朗，从萧条抑郁，冰冻三尺的寒冬腊月走进了万物复苏，柳暗花明的阳春三月。我们应该反思自我，不要一味地从学生身上找原因，凡事换个角度去看，我们会收获更多，快乐更多。“不快乐是一种传染病”，那么我们何不让“快乐成为一种传染病”呢?
周主任的几个案例都给我留下了深刻的`印象。“丈夫得了癌症的班主任老师”，让我知道与学生的沟通是非常重要也是必要的，应该把学生当作你的朋友，你的家人，与他们分享你的开心或不开心，同样的，我们也要多了解学生的开心或不开心，在分享的过程中，会拉近与学生的距离，对我们的教学会有正面的影响和积极的推动作用。“教师带棒子上课，成绩好”的案例，这似乎是一个不得不面对的无奈的现实，其实应该有太多的好成绩是吓出来的吧，原因也许就是因为这种方法简单、直接、有效。在成绩的压力下，太多的老师让“以人为本”，“素质教育”，“全面发展”这些词汇仅仅成为了一种形式。爱自己的孩子是一种本能，爱别人的孩子是神圣。你是怎样爱自己的孩子的呢?其实很简单，你如何爱自己的孩子，就如何爱你的学生吧?让你的本能变得神圣吧!在爱的光环中长大的孩子一定会学会爱，一定会去爱别人的!“英语得18分的孩子”。这个案例让我很感动，某些时候，一个老师的某个行为或某个想法可以影响学生的一生，反之你可能会毁掉孩子的一生，所以作为一名教师，应该时刻思考着，时刻努力着，时刻观察着，时刻牵挂着你的学生!
只要用心去挖掘，我们就会发现英语的无穷魅力，只要用心去思考，我们就会在教学中找到快乐!我会努力做个有心人!

4月23日下午，张老师组织工作室的导师和学员们在新世纪学校观摩学习闻达英语培训学校上的一节30分钟的展示课。同为英语老师，且听且反思。感触很深，感想很多。
一、赐我长袖，我自善舞——于学生：授之以渔，融会贯通
自我介绍——有趣有效！
闻达年轻亲和的老师，自我介绍中文名字让我眼前一亮。寥寥简单几笔，一只小鱼，一个太阳。而当孩子们自然的说出英文fish or sun 抑或是中文“鱼或太阳”时，她却板书“Miss 鲁” 。而这样的热场和自荐也巧妙的运用了即将开讲的主题——拼音英语，音形文字。
用母语教第二语言——实用实效！
自然拼读——将中文的声母韵母延伸到英文的元音和辅音。将音形文字迁移成学习单词的最高效方法。见词能读，听音能写。老师用一首字母发音歌曲结合动作让孩子们通过不同的形式反复模仿反复跟唱，不拘泥于全英的课堂，用孩子听得懂的语言去解释、去鼓励、去称赞。
课堂评价阶梯——淡化竞争，强化努力。
用小组阶梯的形式分为两个小组，有进步的依次上不同等级的台阶。上到顶级可以得到一本书，再回头攀登。强化学生通过自己的努力一起为小组贡献力量。上台阶的形式让学生知道，学习新知识一定有困难，但是也会收获成长更多。
二、 赐我长袖，我自善舞——于教师：选择自由，创意无限
培训学校于公立学校相比，有更多选择的自由。无论从教材、学生、教学方式方法、甚至是理念上都有更大的自主选择权，而不用受体制内的种种干扰和限制。这就决定了他们可以更专注于英语教学，钻研教学教法，积极创设教师的培训和提升机会。
英语讲座心得体会4
作为一名英语教师，语法的教学，是一个敏感的教学，语法的教学一度成为了过去时，许多教师为了培养学生听说的能力，而忽略的语法的教学，学生是能开口了，但是语句错漏百出，写作能力也是一塌糊涂，所以作为一线教师的我们，当然要重视与法的教学了，但语法的教学如何教，我们应该以显性教学为主，还是隐性教学为主呢？今天，听了谢纯才老师的小学语法教学的讲座，给了我们很好的答案了。
学生学习语言或者是特别学习语法规则，一般分为：一隐性的和显性的教学。所谓隐性的就是不直接讲规则，但是通过一些例子，通过实际的运用，或者通过实际的一些活动，让学生反复的接触这些规则。而且理解这些规则的意义，包括这些形式。所谓显性的教学就是直接了当的把规则呈现给学生，并且告诉学生这是什么规则，这个规则的结构。那么我们如何在两者直接取得平衡呢？和如何在课堂里面进行操作呢？谢纯才老师也给了我们很明确的答案，教学的步骤大致分为6个:
step1:歌谣热身
step2：在情景中感知
step3：在情景中操练
step4:在情景中运用
step5:在课文学习
step6:在拓展中让学生自己归纳，老师再指导。
在教学设计上，我们可以看到学生大部分时间是在情景上进行学习的，这就是所谓的隐性教学，让学生在情景中感知与法，并且让学生自己动口归纳出所学的语法点和注意的问题，这样很好提高了学生的主动性和学习趣味。在情景创设的上，市教研员邓宁霞老师在情景创设的问题上，也给了我们很好的建议：
1.情景创设要真实；
2.情景要有意义；
3.情景不要脱离学生的实际。
总之在今天的小学英语语法教学的讲座上，我个人是受益匪浅的，我所听所理解的是：语法教法要在大量形象生动、直观有趣、富有交际性的语言活动中进行，再引导学生通过观察、分析已获得的感性认识，归纳、概括其特点，使语法教学起到画龙点睛的作用，有效地帮助交际任务的实现。
