我说课的内容是人美版高中课程标准实验教科书一一美术鉴赏第20课《城市建设开发与古建筑的保护》。我主要从教材分析、教法运用、教具准备和教学过程四个方面加以阐述。
一、教材分析
（一）教学目标
本课关注的是当今城市建设中的古建筑保护问题，探讨如何协调二者之间的关系。客观的说，这个问题是当前中国许多城市在建设开发中都会遇到的普遍问题，也是城市规划与发展中的重点和难题，因此确定本课学习目标：
1、使学生正确认识文物古迹，尽早树立起尊重文物、尊重历史的观念。
2、以城市建设与古建筑保护为出发点，引导学生学会从生活中发现问题，思考问题，并通过自己的思考寻找解决方案。
（二）重点
城市建设开发与古建筑保护二者之间历来存在着难以协调的矛盾，城市建设势在必行，而古建筑保护常常得不到很好的贯彻，因而在这两方面之中，偏重的是保护的重要性以及如何保护，因此确定本课重点是：
帮助学生全面认识古建筑阶值，树立保护古建筑的观念。
（三）难点
文物建设和历史地段具有重要而丰富的阶值，我们首要的任务是对他们进行有效的保护这是我们本课所要阐述的古建筑保护的出发点和原则，因此确定本课教学难点：
学生通过思考，探讨保护与开发的协调方式。

（一）导入
教师活动：通过播放一段关于城市建设破坏文物古迹的电视记录片，提出问题：大家想一想为什么要探讨城市建设开发与古建筑的保护？如何协调城市建设开发与古建筑保护？
学生活动：感受、思考并回答，初步了解本课主题。
（二）为什么要探讨城市建设开发与古建筑的保护
这节在本课是引导部分，目的是让学生认识到城市建设和古建筑保护存在矛盾，而往往是后者得不到人们的重视，阐述古建筑保护的必要性。
教师活动：通过建筑家梁思成与老北京城保护的故事，来树立古建筑保护的重要性和紧迫性。
提出问题：A、你记忆中有消失的.古建筑吗？对这些古建筑你有什么看法？B、你觉得应该如何保护他们？
学生活动：观看多媒体展示，通过了解课本内容回答老师提出的问题。
总结出：城市开发和古建筑保护这一问题巫待得到重视，我们必须通过正确的方法协调二者之间的关系，科学全面的保护古建筑。
（三）城市特色与古建筑密不可分。
这一节是本课的基础部分，主要探讨了古建筑与城市之间的相互关系，通过阐述古建筑的价值来说明古建筑在现代城市中所不可替代的积极作用，说明古建筑和城市的关系非常密切，是城市文文化的标志和特征。
教师活动：多媒体展示巴黎城市古建筑和我国周庄风景。提出问题：1.你了解你所在城市有怎样的历史传统？有什么样的古建筑？2、你认为这些古建筑在城市发展中能起到什么作用？
学生活动：欣赏讨论，回答问题。
师生共同总结出：具有特色的古建筑是城市风貌的点睛之笔，能够奠定城市文化的基调。良好的城市规划能充分烘托出古建筑的璀璨夺目，并使之与现代城市风景相得益彰。
（四）如何协调城市建设开发与古建筑保护
这节是本课的核心部分，探讨了如何协调城市建设开发与古建筑的保护。让学生明确城市开发和古建筑保护存在那些矛盾和冲突，对这些利益冲突我们该如何协调。
教师活动：
1、展示各国城市改造的成功例子：例如北京平安大街、法兰克富火车站等。
2、展示讲解过程中适时提出问题：A、城市开发和古建筑保护存在那些矛盾？B、应该如何协调城市开发和古建筑保护？
学生活动：
通过多媒体展示，参考概括课本知识，分4组进行讨论，并且每组派一个代表发言，阐述自己观点。
最后教师总结建筑是人类文明的重要组成部分，是珍贵的文化遗产，一但毁坏就不可能复原，我们要特别重视古建筑的保护。
（五）、小结本课，提示下节安排。

材料一：最近几十年来，英国政府加强了对古建筑的保护力度。1984年，英国成立了一个名为“英格兰遗产”的组织，专门负责对全国的古建筑进行系统的调查、登记和保护，同时制定了相关法律，使英国对古建筑的保护走上了法制化的轨道。目前，全国被列入国家重点保护的古建筑和历史遗迹共约50万处。英国还设立了500个保护区，不仅保护古建筑本身，而且对其周围环境也加以保护。他们认为,如果古建筑被高楼和高速路所环抱，就会失去它应有的韵味。
英国古建筑保护协会的创始人威廉·莫里斯说：“这些建筑绝不仅仅属于我们自己，它们曾属于我们的祖先，还将属于我们的子孙……它们从任何意义上说都不是我们可以任意处置的对象，我们只不过是后代的托管人而已。”

材料二：紫禁城对面，已经有一个被称为“大水母”的建筑站在那儿，睥睨着默不作声的八百年的北京历史。和“大水母”竞争占有北京天空的，还有中央电视台，那是钢铁和玻璃挑战极限的作品，以自身的特异做现代的宣示。一栋一栋光怪陆离的建筑，以“现代”之名，可以完全忽略建筑与周边人文环境的有机关系，那是不顾城市历史和传统美学的另一种恣意表现。意大利的建筑师，在竞标北京大剧院落榜之后，酸酸地说：“我以为，为北京这样有历史的古城设计剧院，常识告诉我，这新建筑一定要和古城的历史氛围相和谐，中国传统的元素一定要融进新建筑里去。没想到，得标的是这样一个东西，简直就像从火星掉下来的。我才知道，原来，中国人其实是希望和自己的传统一刀两断的。我完全想错了。”

材料三：浙江省十届人大常委会第３５次会议批准的《宁波市文物保护点保护条例》规定，从２００８年１月１日起，任何单位和个人不得实行危害文物保护点安全的行为。据了解，宁波市立法保护的文物保护点，是指具有历史、艺术、科学价值，尚未核定公布为文物保护单位的不可移动文物，包括古文化遗址、古墓葬、古建筑等。

材料五：月湖自宋代以来就是宁波人文胜地，文物史迹集中，古老街巷遍布。然而，随着城市化的发展，一些承载着城市记忆的老建筑，却渐渐倒在了旧城改造的'瓦砾中。月湖西区一期35处历史建筑19处被拆，二期141处历史建筑，30处也已名存实亡。如今的月湖两岸，触目所及，都是鲍鱼馆、高档会所、售楼中心。“历史都拆迁掉了，那我们回来看什么呢？没有了那些老房子，宁波还算历史文化名城吗？”最近几年，不少回乡寻根的老宁波，都发出了类似的痛心疾呼。
