How to keep healthy, then? First, enough time should be set aside for persevering in exercises in addition to sleep and rest. Second you must give up the habits that damage your health, such as smoking and drinking too much alcohol. Finally, be sure to have your physical check-up regularly.
As for me, I have always been taking care to have proper sleep and relaxation. In my spare time I like running, swimming, and playing table tennis. So, I can keep fit and have a good life.

下学期四年级英语期末考试是对四年级学生学习的人教版PEP教材进行的一次检测。本次测试重点放在基础知识方面，特别是书本知识的学习和运用。

错误分析
1、听力（50分）
听力的第一题学生正确率很高，第二题中的第4小题，很多学生分不清desk 和 table，第三题部分学生由于听不懂句子导致失分较前面严重。第四题比较简单，学生得分率高。
2、选择题（35分）
课后学生书读的少，单词和句子换个位置就不认识了，导致找与图片匹配的单词时失分较多。
3、完成单词（5分）
根据题意和图片写单词：字母书写不规范导致失分现象严重。
4、判断正误 （10分）
在正确的句子前写“T”，错误的句子前面写“F”。部分学生没有注意看题意，打了“√”导致得了失分。
5、读短文，判断正误。
平时练习较少，学生理解能力较差，很多学生看到长句子读不懂，导致理解错误，判断错误。学生从文章中获取信息的能力较弱。
二、试卷评价
本次调研的试卷在注重基础的同时，又增加了部分拓展题，其目的（）在于考查学生运用语言的灵活性、实践性。能坚持面向全体，落实“双基”，联系实际，灵活应用。全卷试题覆盖面广，强化对基础知识、基本技能的考核，又重视学生综合语言运用能力的考察，难度适中。
调研试卷分听力、笔试两个部分，各占50%和50%。试卷在所考查的知识范围、题型设计、各类题型所占比例、能力要求等方面，基本符合小学英语教学的大纲要求，学生均能在规定的时间内完成答卷。试题既考查了学生的英语基础知识，又考查了学生在本阶段所应具备的综合运用能力，基本能对学生的`读、写水平做出比较客观的评价。
三、教学过程及考试中存在的问题
此次考试成绩就整个年级来说是差强人意的，主要有以下几点原因：
1、课堂上教师在讲解知识点和学习方法时，四年级学生没有很好的理解和运用知识；教师带学生复习的方法和时间都有所欠缺；课后对学生的关注不够；
2、学生在课堂上的听课效率不高，课后没有认真复习及背单词；大部分学生的学习积极性不高，依赖性较强；对所学知识点不懂得基本不发问，学习比较被动；认真背单词的学生又对知识的运用能力较差，不会举一反三；学生在考试时审题不认真，在答题时不讲究技巧。
四、今后的教学建议和教学对策
1、应组织英语教师加强理论学习，学习新课程标准，理解新课程标准的要求，了解和研究新的评价机制和命题思路。同时要不断提高教师自身的语言素质。
2、从试卷分析中我们可以看出，基础知识是我们教学的重点，也是学生的弱点，在各种考试中，基础知识都是考查的重点。我们对词汇、短语、句型和语法等基础知识的教学不能仅仅停留在让学生机械记忆阶段，单词、短语的听写和背诵固然必不可少，但更应注重把词汇教学融入特定的语言环境中，强调对基础知识的理解和运用。
3、要重视词汇教学。单词是四年级教学的重点，只有打好了词汇的基础，才有可能在阅读、写作等方面驾驭自如。但在词汇量较大时，要把握好教学的尺度，重点检测基础词汇，对不同类型的单词，可以有不同的要求，避免学生负担过重，失去学习英语的兴趣。可以适当补充一些构词法的知识来帮助学生记忆单词。
4、加强学生阅读能力的培养。阅读能力的考查是英语考查的重要（）部分，因此，从四年级就开始训练学生的阅读能力是很有必要的。老师要充分利用课堂作业中的每个语篇对学生进行阅读训练，不同的题材可以使用不同的阅读方法，让学生掌握正确的阅读技巧会起到事半功倍的效果。阅读能力是长期训练的结果，一定要持之以恒。
5、科学合理地使用教材。教师应该首先科学合理地利用好教材使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的综合语言运用能力。
6、加强学生审题能力和答题技巧的指导，还要规范学生的书写。
7、在教学过程中教师应面向全体学生，关注不同层次学生的学习状况，应根据新课程标准和课本的要求，把握课堂教学的最低目标，以保护每一个学生学习英语的积极性。因此，教师应鼓励学生积极、主动地参与课堂教学，帮助学生找到适合自己的英语学习方法，为今后的学习和发展打下良好的基础。
