我觉得这节课很成功，它较好地体现了课程的三维目标，具体我将从以下四个方面进行点评：
第一大点：教学目的。这堂课的教学目的明确，教学效果好。
1、学生在课堂上用英语表达旅游景点和名胜古迹，培养了用英语思维的能力；
2、课文阅读教学目标如scanning、skimming 都能很好地完成；
3、激发了学生对祖国美好河山的热爱。
第二大点：教学过程和方法。
1、整堂课的教学设计符合高中学生的实际和教学内容的需要，教学各环节过渡自然，从开头Free talk导入课文，通过图片启发提问到Quiz测试，再到词汇Paraphrase 和Reading阅读、Dialogue对话、Discussion讨论，完全符合学生认知水平；
2、设计有层次、有深度，特别是反馈形式多样，可见该教师花费了不少心思，如小测试、词汇解释、提问、填空、对话、预测等设计有坡度，并且都是为了一个共同的教学目标。
3、教学方法处处体现以学生为本，如注重对学生的语言只是检测（词汇学习时注重部分学生的单词拼写能力）， 讨论时分为上海组、漓江组、香港组、长城组，充分尊重学生意愿和个性差异。
第三大点：学生学习情况。
因教师的教学设计有新意，学生始终保持良好学习心态。在获得知识的同时，思维能力也得到了锻炼，我粗略统计了一下，该堂课中，学生自主活动时间达2/3左右，学习兴趣高涨，课堂气氛热烈，参与面广，体现出学生乐于探索、乐于参与的精神，如有一位学生自己还准备了图片，准备补充，真可谓意犹未荆
第四大点：教师素养方面。
1、教师口语流利，发音标准，语言基本功扎实，可见教师对教材吃的很透彻，备课充分；
2、教师教态自然，有时配合手势，有亲和力，教师指令明确、到位，善于启发学生，因人而异，因材施教；
3、教学亮点：教师的教学机智，特别是善于抓住细节，处处体现二期课改目标，以学生为本，与学生“零”距离，如开始有一学生答不出，教师并未放弃，后经过反复启发诱导，学生答出landscape一词；再如一学生说的英语谚语“He who doesn’t reach the Great Wall is not a true man.”极好，但很多学生并没在意，教师故意装作没听清楚，却故意让学生再复述一遍，还有一学生答出rainbow一词，教师立刻表扬“imaginative”等等，所有这些，都给学生以极大的鼓励和信心，这正是该教师最成功之处，非常值得广大一线教师学习。所以说教师的理念十分重要，因为它决定了教学行为。

xx老师的这节课，容量大、节奏快、效率高，充分体现了以教师为主导，以训练为主线，体现了六种要求进课堂，体现了教师教学方式与学生学习方式的转变。使课堂成为情感的课堂，唤醒了学生的学习欲望；成为互动的课堂，学生主动参与，自主学习，师生共同探讨。本节课张老师让学生多了一分灵动，让学习更为主动；多了一分活泼，让教学充满活力；更多了一分趣味和尊重，营造了一种身心解放、思维开放、个性奔放的教学场景，建构起一种互动、体验、快乐的多元课堂。
一、激发学习兴趣，让学生想学。
“知之者不如好之者 好之者不如乐之者，”兴趣是最好的老师。真正的课堂是学生在快乐中学习，在幸福中成长，在学习中感受快乐，在成长中收获着幸福。本节课教师主要通过以下方法激发学生兴趣，调动学生学习的积极性。
1、导入激趣。
转轴拨弦三两声，未成曲调先有情。一个好的课堂导入，是建立师生感情的第一座桥梁，可以使学生自然而然地进入学习新知识的情境，并能激发学生的兴趣和强烈的求知欲，在最短的时间内，使学生进入最佳的学习状态。课堂伊始，张老师通过讲自己的生日故事，播放生日蛋糕，让学生回答有关问题，复习旧单词等拉近了师生距离，并且为下文学习打下了坚实的基础。
2、情景激趣。
本节课张老师运用信息技术为学生创设生动真实的教学情景，同时新颖美观的生日图片、优美动听的音乐，让学生有身临其景的感觉，让学生感到英语就在身边，大大地激发了学习兴趣，调动了学生的参与积极性，同时也节省了时间，培养了学生敢于探索和创造的精神，促进了英语高效课堂的形成。
3、氛围激趣。
教学过程中最活跃的是师生关系，而良好的师生关系对提供课堂教学效率起着积极的促进作用。教学中，张老师真心地走进学生，真情地亲近学生，深入地了解学生，尊重学生的个人经验、感情或意见。积极构建融洽、民主、平等、和谐的师生关系，给学生一种亲和力，形成民主、和谐的教学气氛，使学生能在一个欢乐、和谐、宽松的良好氛围里学习。从而激发他们的兴趣和动机。这样学生才能放开手脚，人人参与，积极展示，学会交流，学会研究，善于倾听，营造阳光、和谐、高效的课堂。
二、凸显学生主体地位，促进学生自主学习。
新课程明确指出，教师是课堂教学的指导者、组织者，学生是课堂真正的主人。作为一名英语教师要千方百计把时间、把空间让给学生，引领他们去欣赏教材的大好风光。
1、多读细品，让学生在自主读中去学习新知。
自主学习是新课标进入课堂的一把标尺。本节课张老师巧妙的引导学生通过多种阅读，让学生在反复的读中去体味，去思考，去感悟，去理解。听录音读，速读、个人读、小组读、齐读，多种形式的读，使学习书生朗朗，兴趣昂然，使课堂充满生机。
2．进行学法指导，让学生会主动学习。
学外语不仅要“愿”学，而且要“善”学，要讲究学习方法。本节课在课堂教学中，张老师巧妙的.指导学生解题的方法，让学生知道考试中如果遇到阅读题应该怎么做。让学生平时养成良好的解题习惯，从而达到学生善学的目的。
3、精讲多练，让学生在多种练习中，巩固新知。
纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。本节课，教师根据学生的实际，对短文中学生不理解的短语、句子Look at One by one It had the mouths of the year进行了适时点拨，重点讲解，是精讲落到了实处。同时，本节课张老师以训练为主线，设计了多种练习，课堂开始的问答题，课堂结束的判断题、选择题等，题题紧扣目标，题题锻炼能力。多种形式的练习，让学生巩固了新知，开阔了视野，掌握了做题方法。有效的培养了学生的听说读写能力。
三、多鼓励 令学生收获成功的喜悦 。
赞扬如阳光，批评如利剑。数生十过，不如奖生一功。作为一名教师，要欣赏学生，真诚的赞扬学生，要把爱化为涓涓细流，灌注到每个教学细节中，从而使每一个学生精神细胞里多一份高贵。本节课张老师让肯定和赞扬的声音贯穿了整个课堂，Good 、 Very good 、Great、学生的掌声等激励贯穿整个课堂，既给千里马以阳光，又给丑小鸭以雨露。让学生在欣赏中体验到成功的快乐，体验到学习英语的兴趣，从而以更加饱满地精神状态积极地投入到学习中。
四、存在问题：
学生自主读书时间稍有点少。
总之，本节课是比较成功的，中心校在工作比较繁忙的情况下，组织了这次活动，凸显出中心校领导对英语教学的重视，我们相信，在中心校领导的正确领导下，在我们全体英语教师的共同努力下，涅阳的这朵英语教学之花会开得更红更艳。
加强管理 共同努力 提高英语教学质量
1、营造一种氛围。营造一种当英语教师自豪，学好英语骄傲的氛围，培养教师的职业荣誉感，培养学生的成就感。
2、转变一个观念。转变英语教学只是英语教师的事。形成人人都来关心英语教学，人人都来支持英语教学的局面。
3、扣主一个中心。英语教师紧紧抓住课堂教学这个中心，认真备课，认真上课，认真批改，认真辅导，把工夫下在课外，把力量用在课内，把补弱加在课后，向课堂要质量。

从上周开始，实小的“践行”式高效课堂竞赛课正在如火如荼的开展，我校英语组袁芳、龙桂金春霞、杨信琳、祖娥老师参加了此次活动。听完这五节课，我心中除了赞叹和佩服，更多的是自己有所收获的那份欣喜。下面是自己的一点收获，或者说是感想，写出来大家一起分享。
一、教师的基本功要功扎实
作为小学生的英语启蒙教师，教师本人的基本功能直接影响到学生英语的日后发展。从侠义方面来说包括两个方面：语音的标准及语言的流利，规范的板书。小学英语对学生听和说的要求相对多一些，因此，教师语音的规范及语言的流畅至关重要。龙桂老师的口语基本功扎实，让听课的人轻松愉快。这就要求我们要不断修炼自己的语音语调基本功，确保我们说出的每个单词，每个句子没有发音上的问题。同时，在课堂上适当的指导学生的语音、语调，从而培养学生正确的英语语音、语调。另外，规范的板书除了能利于学生抓住本课的重点内容，利于课文的理解外，也利于学生养成良好的书写习惯。
二、情境的设置要真实
践行式课堂要求高效。那么对英语的学习来说需要大量的输出和输入。这就要求我们在语境中学习句子，在句子中学习单词。这就是说我们在教给学生一句话、一个词时还要给学生创设一定的情境，让学生学会在一定的情境中学会用句子、词语。
所创设的情境如何即利于课文的导入，也利于重点单词、句子的引出是一节课成败的重要方面。袁芳老师和学生准备了大量的真实的照片训练Who’s this woman/man/girl/boy？ Is this your…？这两个句型，创设的情景真实，学生的积极性很高，参与度很广，突出了学生的`主体地位。祖娥老师的课件优美、实用，有利于突破难点。
三、注重基础，适当拓展
这五节课没有想象中那么花哨，更多的是注重课文，注重基础知识。在精讲精练课文基础知识的前提下，进行相应的拓展延伸。由于前面将基础知识都夯实了，后面的拓展学生进行起来也就得心应手。正是这种“磨刀不误砍柴工”的远见，提高了整节课的课堂效率。

今天听了赵静老师四年级三班的一堂生动有趣的英语课，感受颇深。赵老师执教的这一堂课是一堂清晰实在，扎实系统，动静结合的小学英语课。教师以新的课程理念为指导，充分考虑儿童的年龄特点，在本课的教学设计和组织上注重了以下几个方面。
1、游戏导入，充分调动起学生兴趣。良好的开头对一堂课的成功与否，起着关键的作用。本堂课一开始，教师就用TPR活动导入新课，使学生的注意力在最短的时间里，被激活。接着教师利用游戏引出新词教学，自然有效。
2、关注教学方法，体现了一个活字。教师的教学方法灵活，新单词呈现形式多样。应该说整堂课中，教师在引入新词时，都是比较新颖而又自然，而且具有生活化的。教师还注意利用实物，图片，卡片，身体语言，表情动作等作为教学资源，创设讲解，操练和运用英语的情景。贯彻学生为中心的原则，关注教学过程，尽可能发挥学生的主体作用，让学生真实的去感受知识，体验知识，积极参与，努力实践，在活动中学会用语言表达交流，较好的体现了从不懂到懂，从不会到会，从不熟练到熟练的过程。
3、教学活动的设计丰富多彩，有效，训练方式多样，有全班活动，师生互动，小组活动，双人活动，个人活动等，在活动中突破难点，在活动中发展能力。教师为了巩固本课的内容，精心设计了多个活动：有歌曲，谜语，游戏，内容非常丰富不但使单词、句型的操练面广，练习次数多，而且还调动了每一个学生的参与热情。将热闹的形式与有效的语言实践有机结合。
在英语课中，活动的设计和开展还应该有利于学生学习英语知识，发展语言技能，从而提高学生的综合运用语言的能力。英语课堂的活动应该以语言运用为落脚点，本堂课上，赵老师很好的贯彻了：在用中学，学中用，学用结合，学以致用的原则。在这样的一个学习过程中，学习者处于相对自然的态势，不断的在习得和使用语言，学和用每分每秒都和谐的交织在一起。

周老师为我们展示的研讨课是闽教版第二册Unit 4 Lesson 7 Parts of the body（1）的词汇课。听了这堂课，参与教研的老师们共同探讨，达成共识，现将老师们的观点小结如下：
一、读教学设计，欣赏教师素质。
周老师的教学设计始终围绕教学目标。从课之伊始的动画导入，让学生听单词的英汉对照，到学习词汇、活动操练、游戏设计，无一不突出教学目标，让听者感受到由浅入深、从易到难的层次。各种活动以三年级学生喜闻乐见的形式又内涵教学重点，凸显教学难点，让学生在良好的氛围中习得，体现出教师较高的业务水平与较强的工作责任心。
二、观教学过程，感悟能力培养。
我们说学生学习的过程，也是能力培养的过程。周老师在教学过程既能充分注重学生听、说、读、认能力的培养，又能注重学生注意力、观察力、思维力和想象力的培养。在教学单词的过程中，能让学生用不同的语调朗读，并努力做到词不离句，以培养学生的语感；每个单词的呈现都能加以拼读，以培养学生的认读单词能力；让学生听录音跟读单词，以培养学生的听说能力；让学生通过竞争与合作学习以培养学生的合作精神与竞争意识。可以说，周老师能在教学过程中同时培养学生能力，为我们县小学英语课的教学起了榜样的作用。
三、学教学互动，赞叹师生情感。
教学过程不单是教师教的过程，更是学生学的过程。英语作为一种语言，重要是它的工具性，学习的最终目的是为交际服务。从周老师这堂课，我们看到多种的互动形式，有“我拿卡片你来猜”、“互听互指”、“同桌游戏”、“听音画画”“看屏幕猜一猜”等，师生间的互动，生生间的合作式和竞争型互动，学生通过输入与输出，知识的接受与内化，都在宽松的氛围中进行，更难能可贵的是互动虽形式多样却始终不偏离目标。每次的教学互动既是学生运用语言的过程，也是师生、生生之间情感交流的过程，小学英语课堂正确使用教学互动，使课堂生动、活泼、高效。从这堂课的互动中，我们感受到了师生、生生之间融洽的情感。
四、看教学资源，享受多元信息。
周老师充分挖掘教学资源，让多种教学资源服务于教学活动。多媒体课件制作，动漫英语的使用，工整规范的板书，漂亮直观的简笔画等，让学生在美的熏陶下直观学习，调动听觉与视觉多种器官参与学习，更重要的是周老师还能重视生活资源，从学生身边和自身的资源入手，信手拈来的head/eyes/ears/nose/mouth/neck等词汇直接联系到生活实际，让学生感受到学以致用的乐趣，又促进学生良好学习和思维习惯的养成。
五、听教学评价，了解学习效率。
过程性的评价对课堂教学起到了推波助澜的作用。可以说，周老师这堂课没有吝啬表扬学生的语言，每次学生回答完问题，周老师竖起大拇指对学生加以肯定并投以欣赏的目光，让学生体会到成功的喜悦，提高了学习的兴趣；另外，周老师把学生分成四个小组，每次活动或学习比赛赢的一组获得一个笑脸，最后再把这些笑脸与本课时的教学内容紧密联系。对三年级学生实行分组比赛并适当奖励有效地促进学生学习的积极性，并能从评价中了解学生学习的效率。
总之，通过这堂课给我们的信息是：小学英语课从开设初期的师资不足、资源不够、支持率低，到现在有一批年纪轻、学历高的新生力量充实小学英语教师队伍，让我们看到了希望，充满了信心，相信小学英语的明天会更好。
