A retired teacher received many letters from his former students, one of which was read as not only a thank-you note for his inspirational teaching in his mathematical class, but a warm comfort for his poor physical condition.
Reading the passage, I’m touched and link my memory to the most supportive mentor of my own -- Mr. Xu, an experienced Chinese teacher, was in charge of my class in Senior Three. As the senior year is characterized by running a tight schedule on everyday basis, we students were loaded with heavy coursework, frequent quiz and exams, and pressured by our parents’ high expectations. Increasingly, I felt a need to consult with Mr. Xu on reducing the amount of our workload so that we could be given more time to digest what we had learned over the past couple years.

Is Watching TV a Good Thing
Television has changed people's life much since it was invented. Now it has become an important part of modem life.

Use of Free Time
With the working hours becoming shorter and shorter and holidays becoming longer and longer, how to spend the leisure time has become a hot topic.

Yesterday morning we wore strong and comfortable shoes, carried backpacks with the necessities in them and went to the mountain. We climbed a hill. On the top we saw a direction mark, which told us where to go. Down the hill, we came to a river. There were no boats but we had to cross it. Luckily, both of us had learned how to swim. But we shouldn't make our things in the backpacks wet. Seeing a piece of board, I got an idea. We put our backpacks on the board and swam in the water pushing the board. When getting to the other bank, with the compass we found north in which direction we walked half an hour. Finally, we arrived at the campsite. We set up a tent and made a bonfire.
The two of us spent the night in the forest.
We learned to use knowledge gained in classroom training to solve problems. It was quite an experience for both of us, which I'll never forget for the rest of my life.

Wealth has always been what some people long for. It is true that most of them try to acquire wealth by means of honest labour. Their efforts contribute to the welfare of the society and at the same time to the accumulation of their wealth, and hence to their happiness.
There is no doubt that wealth brings happiness, especially in the modern society. 学校教务处教学工作计划1
一、指导思想：
本学期教务处将以教研室工作意见和学校工作计划为指导，继续以课堂教学改革为重点，以提升教育教学质量为中心，以教学管理精细为抓手，让教学管理更规范，教师专业有发展，课堂教学出成效，努力实现教学质量的持续攀升。
二、工作重点：
1、加强教学日常管理工作，使各项管理走向规范化、常态化，打造学校的教学管理特色水平。
2、加强各科教学研究，借教材重整的机会，重视对教材的研读，让全体教师熟知教材，深度领会教材，提高课堂教学效率。
3、加强两组建设，规范两组活动程序，增强两组活动成效，开设两组活动阵地，做到一活动一展示，丰富学校网站，彰显两组活动特色。

一)、规范常规管理工作，提升精细管理水平。

1、巡：进一步规范年段巡课，明确巡课时间和内容，做到“两到位两及时”，即每天巡课一节到位，每周巡视所有节次到位，每周及时总结，每周及时反馈。行政巡课做到“三确定”：即确定人员、确定时间、确定节次，通过两级巡课规范课堂教学行为，落实课程计划。值日教师巡视课间活动，及时做好记录。

1、规范校本教研。本学期校本教研努力做到“规范、有效”。每次活动做到“四有”即有主题、有方案、有交流、有收获。每次活动及时在校园网报到，形成浓厚的教研氛围。

1、组织开展青年发展班。青年教师是学校的发展希望，随着新教师的不断增加，青年教师的培养工作是学校主要工作之一。本学期学校将组织开展青年教师“一知、二会、三指导”活动，即知道课堂教学基本样式，会听课，会评课，青年教师示范指导、青蓝结对指导、青蓝同课指导，通过活动让青年教师不断提高课堂教学水平。
2、规范骨干班活动。一是要以《谷里中心小学骨干教师培养考核方案》为依据，认真排查，确定县市级骨干教师培养对象、培养目标。二是对现有骨干教师提出“六个一”的要求，即自学一本专著、承担一个课题、上好一节示范课、做好一个讲座、带好一个徒弟、发表(获奖)一篇论文。要加强考核，发挥好骨干教师在教师群体中的传帮带作用。三是继续开展骨干教师展示课堂教学活动。
3、重视教师各项培训。本学期学校结合市、区、片级教研活动有序安排教师外出培训，努力做到“点面结合”，即考虑到教师覆盖面，又有所重点培养，让教师人人有机会参与，想发展的教师有更多的机会。积极开展校级培训，充分发挥江宁实验小学的优势，利用好区内知名资源，邀请名师、专家到校开展讲座。同时也发挥学校内部的优势，总结校内先进教师的经验，提升到一定的理论高度，开展好校级培训，提高教师思想、业务素养。

教学成败的关键在于教师，课改进展如何的关键还在于教师，因此，抓好教师队伍建设，提高全校教师的整体素质是非常重要的。根据我校实际，坚持“骨干带动、同伴互助、自我反思、自主发展”的策略，促进教师专业化成长。
1、加强学习，提高业务素质。
本学期，我们将加大培训学习的力度，(每双周学习一次)学校对各项教学工作做以指导和培训，教师做好记录并检查评价公示。(根据学期重点定出培训题目、内容，如：新课标、科研课题、听评课方法、个人基本功对教学的效果、如何写好试卷分析…)。继续鼓励教师们自学，并作还记录，学校不定时抽查，并予以评价。要求老师多看有关教育和教学的书籍，并做好记录，学以致用，以提高自己的业务水平。
2、加强实践与反思，倡导勤思、多写。
各位教师应积极撰写教育叙事、典型教学案例、论文、教学随笔等，要将各类文章的撰写作为促进自我成长的重要手段。各位教师撰写教学随笔每月一篇，本学期，教师撰写教学案例、论文、教学经验总结各一篇(结合各组的教研课题、教研活动进行)。
3、开展问题式教研活动，倡导在交流中提高。
本学期，将全面推进教研工作和教研活动：
充分发挥教研组的职能作用。各教研组根据课改确立科研课题，从实际出发，如：如何做好预习、如何让培养学生的自主学习能力，如何提高学习效率、如何上好写字课、如何上好阅读课、如何写写事的文章??开展专题系列活动。重点解决如何培养学生的自学能力，数学可研究解决问题方面的教学，提高学生解决生活实际问题能力。教研组长要制定好实实在在的活动计划，安排好活动内容、方式(理论学习、观课议课、经验交流)、时间、地点，并做好活动记录。
(1)由各位任课教师自己负责组织，确定主题。突出教研活动的实用性和可操作性，避免出现“应付”的现象。
(2)发挥骨干教师的传帮带作用，骨干教师有义务协助学校做好传帮带工作，促进教师队伍的整体提高。活动可以是备课、听课、评课也可以是师徒之间就教育教学内容的交流。

单元、章节备课要明确、细化。课时备课要做到明确本节目标，既有知识目标、能力目标，又有情感目标，重难点突出，环节清晰，板书齐全，教学反思不仅详尽，更要注重实用性。从本学期起，把单元复习纳入教学进度，纳入备课里，定好课时，目的是督促老师带领学生做好系统复习，掌握复习方法。两个单元一小考，由学科组统一出题，统一作答，统一批阅，以便掌握所教学生的学习情况，并根据学生的'学习情况及时调整教学方法。同时，公布每个学生的年组成绩，这样对学生们也能起到督促鼓励的作用。
教师备课必须按体现高效课堂模式，环节清晰。坚决杜绝不备课上课现象。教案要有教学目标、教学重点难点、教具准备、教学时间、教学过程(有导入语、过渡语、总结语)、自学题的设计、课堂练习的设计、作业设计、板书设计、有教后反思等。作文按篇备课。为了避免某些教师出现“课案不符”的现象，在今后的教学中，各位教师上课的时候必须要带教案，以备听课的时候检查。要求备课时，字迹工整，内容具体，做到有提前3节至一周的备课量。
②上课
课堂上语言要精炼、规范，知识准确。上课期间做到“六不”，不坐着上课、不吸烟、不接待客人、不接电话、不拖堂、不体罚变相体罚学生。严格执行课时计划，保证授课时间，向课堂教学要质量。严禁私自调课、窜课、早退、中途离开课堂或课上接打电话现象。课堂教学时间分配合理、得当。教学过程中，着眼点放在学法的指导和运用上。善于运用激励性语言，培养学生的学习兴趣，提倡快乐教学，逐步创设学生快乐的课堂氛围。在引导学生自主学习的过程中，激励学生合作探究，使学生逐步养成良好的学习习惯。不断提高学生的听、3说、读、写能力。同时，尽快使学生掌握自学方法，并具备一定的`自学能力。课堂上要关注全体学生，尤其要关照中等生，尽快提高他们的学习成绩。
③作业与批改
从本学期起，语数英作业分成两大块：一是课堂作业;二是家庭作业。(即练习册的作业)两份作业要求都有批改，除了教研组长要进行检查外，学校也会进行不定时抽查，并根据检查的效果对老师进行评价。作业量要适中，家庭作业要做到有布置有检查。教导处每两周检查一次。预习仍要纳入家庭作业。预习题目应精心设计，紧密结合教材内容及学生的认知水平和已有知识去出示。通过预习，逐步向效课堂迈进。课堂作业要做到全面、精炼。要有针对性、层次性、综合性和探究性。
教者批阅要及时、准确无误。数学作业一日一批;语文作业一课一批;作文批阅要细化：具备眉批、间批、总批，并且还要有打分(采取十分制);作文批改要有记录以备讲评用，并要备出本次作文的成功之处和不足之处，及解决和改进的方法。其他学科要做到一堂课一批阅。批阅中要有激励性语言。
④辅导
杜绝惩罚性作业现象，建立学困生档案，做好补习工作，要防补结合。本学期要加强对学生书写的要求，尤其加强低年级识字课的笔顺指导。现在各班差生、学困生所占比例有上升趋势，控制学困生的递增，是摆在我们面前的严重问题。为此，我们要求在教学过程中，加大辅导力度，注重差生的学习兴趣的培养，使其具备自信心，善于4利用其某一方面的特长，潜移默化、循序渐进，逐步提高。除此之外，采取结对子的方式互帮互助，共同提高，想方设法使学困生走出学困的阴影。
⑤考核
语文、数学、英语进行单元复习和考试，做到课课清，段段清，月月清。
⑥总结
对测试的情况进行全面的总结，各学科要切实做好此项工作，及时分析教学中存在的优缺点，提出今后改进的措施。
3、抓好两头，促进各年级均衡发展。
作为起始年级的一年级，我们要高度重视。从发展的角度讲，有好多良好的行为习惯、学习习惯需要在一年级培养，一旦打好良好的基础，学生将终身收益，教师将一劳多获。
4、控制辍学率，确保学额稳中有升。
5、开展综合性评价，促进学生全面发展。
本学期要继续利用好学生的素质评价手册，严格利用它对学生进行综合性评价，多元化评价，开展自评、互评等多种形式的评价，重视评价的发展性。并且利用好已经建立的学生成长记录袋，及时将学生的各种成绩、进步表现装入袋中。
6、加强教学监控，确保课堂教学有效性。教学领导坚持深入课堂听课，听课后及时交流评价、指导。每次听课后要检查教师教案，每月进行总结。
7、本学期教学将进行“量化考核”。
四、抓好学校特色工作，挖掘校内资源。
1、抓好读书课，严格检查上课情况，任课教师不挤占读书课时间，做到有备课，讲课与备课一致统一，学生有读书笔记或读后感积累。
2、继续开展第二课堂，让学生在课堂之外那片属于自己的“天堂”里，能玩有所乐，学有所获，立足兴趣，实现自我。
五、抓好科研和教研工作，提高研究水平。

一、提高对新世纪中国教育本质的认识
今年一开学，国家关于"减轻学生过重的课业负担"的精神如滚滚春潮澎湃而来，随之又有市教委的指示接踵而至。这一时期，我们自觉地学习了上级的有关指示精神，力求领会其精神实质，不断加深认识，逐步向全面准确把握减负的内涵过渡。我们以为减负是把多余的，过重的，无用的课业负担减去。是把学生过重的心理负担减去，是把学生过重的经济负担减去。新世纪是知识经济的世纪，是人才的世纪，它赋予我们的历史使命是培养出大批的合格的具有较高素质的人才，决不意味着不要学生的文化素质。为此，我们理直气壮的抓教学质量，真心实意的减过重负担。保证了教学、教研、实验等工作的顺利开展。
二、切实贯彻"减负"规定，反对片面追求升学率
①坚决不动摇地执行减轻学生过重的课业负担的规定，遵照校长指示，教导处以学校文件的形式下发《关于切实减轻学生过重课业负担的规定》，从课程课时，在校活动量，教辅资料，作业量，考试竞赛，升留级诸方面作了明确的具体可操作的规定，并在实践中严格施行。
②我们注重学生的素质教育，反对为片面追求升学率，随意增减课程。在课程设置上，按国家的课程计划，根据我们的校情，尽量开足各科课程，我们坚持开设健康，职教等课程，我们在过去"微机"课的基础上发展成了现行的"信息技术教育课"，协助教科室编写"信息技术教育"课教材。在教学活动中，我们注重对传统的教学方式采取"扬弃"态度，把它同现代技术结合起来，电子阅览课周均30节，信息技术教育周均26节多媒体教学周均15节，语音课周均30节。加上理、化、生实践课，用现代技术主导的课程约占十分之一。
③对学生学业成绩的考核评价，采用不同的形式和方式；我们对所学课程的成绩评定，一是考试，主要是针对中考科目；二是考查，主要是针对兴趣学科；三是测试，如体育项目，理、化、生实验操作；四是市、区统测结业，如史、地、生、劳等。评价方式：大多采用分数制，有些年级和学科尝试了等级制。
三、千头万绪，稳定教学秩序当数第一
教学手段现代化也好，培养学生的个性特长也好，施行素质教育也好，都离不开一个稳定有序的教学的环境，我们始终把建立一个稳定的教学秩序当作头等大事看待，我们把这件事提高到师德规范的层面来抓，我们加强了对教师的思想工作，除了再三反复的申明教学纪律外，还多次同教师谈心，发现苗头及时纠正，事先做为疏导工作，防患于未然，改变了过去"以罚代管""以罚代思想工作"的做法，减小了教务处同教师的矛盾冲突，教师们反而更自觉地遵守劳动纪律，整个教学没有因为市里大型学科竞赛，公开课，学术研讨会，高自考等活动而受影响，教学机器始终如一地有条不紊地运行着。
四、积极支持教学研究，促进教师"升级换代"
本学期教务处组织教育教学研究活动，参加省、市级教学研究活动，教师教学教学比武，派遣初中体育教师二人参加省体育专伦继续教育培训。本学期，《人类面临环境问题》的教案被评为市级优秀教案。我校教师获省市各级奖项的达31人次，扩大了我校的知名度。

1，总体目标

2，年级目标
初一年级
注重养成教育和根基教育，使学生尽快适应初中的学习生活，为初中的学习打下良好基础。培养学生科学的学习方法，认真预习，认真听讲，积极参与课堂讨论，积极发言，做好课堂笔记，学思结合，认真完成作业，认真复习巩固，逐步学会自己梳理知识系统，总结解题方法和规律。树立三年一盘棋的思想，随着今年生源的进一步优化，三年后本届学生中考争取达到人人上500分，重点上线人数过半的目标。
初二年级
帮助学生扎实有效的学习各学科知识，侧重学生能力发展；做好培优扶差工作，避免两极分化；提倡兴趣教学，帮助学生克服厌学情绪，努力调动学生的学习积极性。

二，计划和措施
（一）教学常规管理
1，教师
要加强职业道德修养，不断提高职业道德水平。要尊重、爱护、关心、帮助学生，对学生真诚相待，与学生平等相处，教育学生要以鼓励表扬为主；对学生严格要求，但不体罚、辱骂、讽刺学生。如与学生发生冲突，造成不良后果，老师要承担责任。教书和育人并重，以身示范，为学生做好榜样，在传授知识的同时，注重学生的人格培养。
要遵守学校的管理制度，坚持坐班，按时上岗，按时上课，不缺岗，不缺课。严格执行学校的考勤制度，有事请假，要履行手续，不耽误上课，不随便调课。
要刻苦钻研业务，加强进修学习，积极参加教研活动，不断提升专业水平。
除完成教学和管理任务外，要积极承担学校布置的其他任务。
2，备课
坚持集体办公，集体备课，加强交流协作，互相学习，优势互补，共同提高。在集体备课的基础上形成统一的教学方案－－讲学稿。讲学稿要有明确的教学目标，突出重点难点，优化课堂环节，统一作业练习。讲学稿一定要在集体讨论研究的基础上形成，是集体智慧的结晶，不能一人写了大家用。
在用好讲学稿的基础上，教师要发挥自己的主观能动性，要独立钻研教材，积极开发课程资源；要重视课堂上即时生成的有价值的问题，形成预设性和生成性相结合的课堂模式。
备课中有注意几个联系：一，本学科前后章节之间即新旧知识的联系；二，本学科知识与其他学科相关知识的联系；三，课本知识与学生生活实际的联系。
关于练习和作业，要坚持精选原则，要反复斟酌，精心选择，力图使习题具有典型性和代表性；要努力减轻学生的课业负担，坚决杜绝题海战术、以量取胜，杜绝一本资料，自己不做，自己不选，就甩给学生的现象。
3，上课－－努力构建以学生的学为中心的高效课堂。
第一，首先要做到目标明确、重点突出、条理清楚、难度适宜、容量适中。
第二，要运用好“明确目标－出示自学提纲或问题－学生自学－小组讨论－展示反馈－练习巩固提高”的教学模式。
第三，教师是课堂的组织者和学习的引导者，要发挥好组织、定向、启发、引导、点拨的作用，反对机械灌输，杜绝满堂灌。要用好讲学稿，增强课堂环节的可操作性，让学生动起来，不只是简单的听和记，让他们读、思、忆、说、练，口、手、脑并用，真正做到以学生的学为主，避免空洞说教和机械灌输。
第四，要组织好小组讨论。小组划分应优劣搭配，更好的发挥兵教兵的作用；不走形式，要讲求实效，给学生充分的时间；教师要平等的参与其中，发挥好质疑、引导、启发、点拨的作用。
第五，把讲的权力交给学生，让学生做学习的主人、课堂的主人。让学生质疑、讲解、点评、指正补充、总结归纳。
第六，坚持对自己的课堂及时评价和反思。要及时征求学生意见，把每节课下课前学生的评价做为一个必要环节。要在讲学稿后附上简单的自我反思，自我评价本节课的成败得失。在经常反思中发现自己上课的优点和不足，以更好的发扬优点，纠正缺点。
第七，努力做到堂堂清、日日清、周周清、月月清。
4，作业批改和辅导
布置作业的次数和每次作业的量要适中，除地理、生物、政治、历史外，其余考试科目每节课都要有书面作业；对“3+5”或其它习题集上的习题要有所选择，不应照本全留。作业要求全批全改，要有指导性、鼓励性的批语，对问题较大的学生要面批面改。作文批改，除指出优缺点的评价性批语外，一定要有帮助学生修改的建议性批语。除随机抽查外，本学期还安排两次统一的作业批改检查。
5，测试
除教师自行安排的周清和章节过关测试外，学校对初一初二年级本学期安排四次统考，初三安排三次统考，并安排两次体育测试，体育成绩计入总分。（详细的时间安排见《校历》）。
对待考试，教师要做好试卷讲评和成绩分析，要密切关注优秀生和学困生的成绩变化，及时进行指导教育；班主任要开好考试总结主题班会，对照成绩找问题，表扬进步的同学，鞭策退步的同学，充分发挥考试的激励作用。
（二）加强教研与进修工作，促进教师的专业成长
1，教师要利用集体办公、集体备课的机会，搞好随机教研，及时探讨、解决教学中遇到的问题，交流总结教学体会和经验。
2，学校按学科把教师划分为六个大的教研组，每组每大周进行一次集体教研活动，内容包括听课评课、理论学习、专题讨论等。教研组要制定详细的教研计划，并上报教导处。
3，学科组小组备课。要坚持独立备课和集体备课相结合的形式。针对具体的教学内容，老师首先要拿出独立备课的方案，然后在小组进行交流，进而形成统一的讲学稿。教学目标的制定要做到精、准、实，兼顾三维要求，教学环节要针对教学目标，练习设计要落实教学目标。要坚持集体备课，备、研结合，做到一课一研。
4，教师要坚持每小周听一节课，领导会随机听课督查。学期始即还安排新教师汇报课和骨干教师示范课。学期中还要安排新授课、习题课、复习课、试卷讲评课等多种形式的公开课和示范课。

1、精心做好评估专家回访工作。全校上下要认真总结评估一年多来取得的办学成果，起草完成评估整改报告;以此为契机，各学院各专业再次梳理人才培养的规格、办学特点与改革举措。
2、继续办好本科教学质量发布会。对照本科教学状态数据与办学指标，有的放矢地加以完善;积极引入第三方质量评价，结合专业建设与二级管理，逐步建立动态监机制。
3、认真总结整改与教学质量发布的经验，规范管理、形成完善制度，夯实教学工作的基础。
五、 明晰职责，做好二级管理的各项教学准备工作
1、按照学校二级管理的整体要求与部署，加强调研，明晰校院两级教学建设与管理的权利与义务，制订教学相关实施细则;以此为契机，梳理各项规章制度，引导学院加强质量、提升效益。
2、完善质量保证体系。进一步规范教师的教学活动，不断加强对各主要教学环节的监控，更加重视备课、作业、辅导、答疑、实验、毕业设计(实习)等教学环节的监控;进一步发挥
教学督导与学生信息员的作用，完善信息反馈体系;加强人才培养的内容与手段、教学方式方法、教学评价等各子系统的保证机制建设。
3、结合教育行政部门的相关文件精神，遵照教学规律，加强教学基层组织建设。
六、 强化服务、不断提升教学管理人员的能力与水平
1、结合二级管理的需要，教务处将继续改进工作内容流程，完善奖惩，内提效率、外拓资源，不断提升管理服务水平与能力。
2、鉴于教学管理干部的实际，有针对性地开展学习、培训、参观和教学研究等活动，不断提高工作的积极性、主动性与科学性。
3、稳步推进学生的选择权。积极拓展辅修专业、完善学生选教师制、完善学生素质拓展学分制;完善课程中心建设，推进学生自主学习;
4、积极发挥现代管理技术作用，提升管理服务效率，积极探索科学管理与服务的新途径、新方法。
