固然，企与员工是一个命运共同体，有着相辅相成的紧密联系。
当前，在市场经济的大潮中，企业的竞争达到了白热化的程度，对于电业企业来讲，拥有一批合格的员工队伍是企业求得长远发展的根本保证。
一、做合格员工，必须具有坚定的理想信念。
理想是人们在实践中形成的具有现实可能性的对未来的向往和追求，是人们的政治立场和世界观在奋斗目标上的集中体现。
二、做合格员工，必须做到为人正直。
正直是指一个人的正气，做人最基本的道德准则。
正直使你长出一双智慧的翅膀，正直使你增添一双明亮的眼睛；正直使你懂得：做人首先要挺直腰杆，堂堂正正。
