不能……因为这用的员的声音，除非让演员亲自说一遍…然你就找一个音色比较相同学配音也行的，网上那些出色的恶搞配音视频正是采取原始视频静音+自贴背景音乐+找人模仿配音最后软件合成的方式。
但是这样的话口型也对不上，效果一般……所以，总结起来……除非配音，否则不行……
