【定力和毅力】 知易行难，说的容易，做起来就很难。
知道了如何提高记忆力的方法，不等于你的记忆力真能提高。
每天背一点东西，看似简单，真尝试过的人就知道个中难处，很难成功，失败的原因就是因为大部分人不仅记忆力差，同时另外两种力也很弱：毅力和定力。
★我们的缺点现在的我们缺乏毅力，学习不能坚持；缺乏定力，目标不能专一，易受外界干扰。
一方面是现在社会上新鲜事物太多，尤其是网络上什么都有，确实是个不利于学习的环境。
不像以前，书房里只有桌子椅子，想受诱惑都难。
现在房间里只要有一台电脑，学习效率下降0%，再有宽带，基本上就没法学习了。
另外一方面也是同学很少有主动锻炼自己的定力和毅力的意识。
大家好像总觉得体力可以通过锻炼而变好，而毅力恒心这东西是天生的，所以经常说某某人有毅力，某某人无毅力。
其实这是个错误的提法，正确的来说，某些人毅力强，某些人毅力弱，而强弱之间也可以互相转化。

★怎么锻炼 我们来说说如何在英语学习中强化自己的定力和毅力。
比如说，有个同学决心把新概念背00遍，决定这段时间不看其他英语书，也不从事任何娱乐活动，每天早上六点起床。
刚开始几天肯定没问题，因为热情还未冷却，但到了第四天，早上六点醒了，发现天特别冷，开始动摇了，不想起床。
注意：这时候就是锻炼你毅力的最佳时机，如果你经过激烈的思想斗争后，还是起床了，那么你的毅力就变强了一点。
但如果你妥协了，那么你的毅力就变弱了一点。
你的毅力最终的状态就取决于每次你思想斗争胜负的累积。
本来晚上要背新概念的，不小心瞄到电视上出现了自己最爱的日本明星，比如说机器猫，开始动摇。
那么同样，如果你按原计划去背书了，那么你的定力又长了一分，如果坐到电视机前看机器猫了，那么定力就弱了一分。
再比如说《新概念》背第一遍第二遍的时候，感觉还可以，到了第七遍第八遍的时候，很多同学反映，看到那本书就想吐，好，考验你的时候又到了，你能定的住吗
绝大部分同学可能不行，换成《走遍美国》了，等于一条道走了一段，又换了一条道，前面的工夫都白花了。
但如果你能忍着恶心，接着背下去，不仅英语学好了，定力也练出来了。
